Latios=OU,Latias=Uber?

Hey,i've been thinking,why did everyone consider the [email protected] as one pokemon when putting thme in a tier?Really,Latias is better than Latios,as it has higher defenses,and if you maxx out its sp.atk and speed its a lot more dangerous,as it has more chances of surviving an attack,whereas Latios has weak defenses,and will die to an attack off another sweeper,particularly a physical one.I don't want to be seen as raising an old arguament everybody's bored of,but wouldn't it be better if Latios were OU?It woudl add a bit of freshness to the game,plus,whereas Latias good enough for ubers,Latios really,is not,Latias has a wider movepool,and Latios has only one real use:sweeper.if you really wanted,you could use Latias as a tank.So,i ithink that they should be separated,Latias left in uber,adn Latios moved down.But that's just me,what does everyone else think?
