The Bottom of the Bucket: BL RMT

Taking a break from the heavily overpowered OU Pokes, I decided to give BL Pokes, the least known of the tiers, a chance to shine. Of course, the selection is quite limited, so be gentle :<

Staraptor @ Choice Band
Adamant
6 HP/252 Att/252 Spe
Close Combat
Brave Bird
U-Turn
Return

Comments: Staraptor makes a lot of teams in OU cry. No one, bar steels, like taking a Choice Banded, STAB Brave Bird. Return is there simply for coverage, and a secondary STAB. U-Turn to scout and switch into a counter hoping for a sweep.

Kingdra @ Life Orb
Naughty
120 Att/252 SpA/136 Spe
Rain Dance
Waterfall
Hydro Pump
Draco Meteor

Comments: Kingdra is here as my premier Rain Dancer, and mixed sweeper. He gains quite the speed boost, and his Waterfall becomes a force to be reckoned with. I went with Hydro Pump for super extra power, and Draco Meteor for a super extra STAB.

Azumarrill @ Life Orb
Adamant
212 HP/252 Att/46 Spe
Aqua Jet
Waterfall
Body Slam/Rest
Brick Break

Comments: Azumarrill in the rain is a potent beast; scoring OHKO's on frail sweepers quite nicely. In return, they cannot do much to stomp on this monster. It can live Timid LO Gengar's Thunderbolt, easily taking it out with Waterfall and Aqua Jet. Body Slam or Rest is a doozy, but I may go with Body Slam for paralysis support.

Empoleon @ Petaya Berry
Modest
28 HP/12 Def/252 SpA/216 Spe
Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Substitute
Agility

Comments: Empoleon is quite a force without the Rain support, but with it, he's an absolute monter. He guarantees a 2HKO on Blissey with Hydro Pump, which'll always hit due to the accuracy increase. A single Agility is nice, but two is even more appreciated. Offers some nice special sweeping power.

Mespirit @ Damp Rock/Leftovers
Bold
252 HP/70 Def/92 SpA/96 SpD
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Rain Dance

Comments: My second rain dancer, and answer to Infernape, Garchomp, and Gyarados. The set is pretty self explanatory, but the items aren't. I may ditch the items and go for a Scarfer, to revenge kill things.

Medicham @ Leftovers/Life Orb
Adamant
6 HP/252 Att/252 Spe
Focus Punch
Substitute
Psycho Cut
Ice Punch

Comments:Eh? A little twist in the traditional Medicham. Sub up in front of a weaker opponent who will be switching out. NOTHING likes a STAB Focus Punch coming off a 480 Attack stat, unless they resist it. Psycho Cut and Ice Punch are there for coverage.

The Scraps

Rhyperior @ Choice Band
Adamant
252 HP/252 Att/6 Spe
Stone Edge
Megahorn
Earthquake
Avalanche

Comments: Rhyperior, if I use him, can absorb electricial attacks that harm my team and fire of super powered Stone Edges and Earthquake's. He's a complete brute who can hurt ANYTHING in the game with his fantastic 624 Attack stat. Goes over Staraptor if I use him.

Ice Punch is Illegal with Aqua Jet (4th gen Egg move vs 3rd gen tutor).

Double Edge or Return /Aqua Jet/Waterfall / Brick break <--Use

Well, you asked me to rate. ...So, I'll talk about Kingdra. :D

Try Surf, Draco Meteor, Waterfall, Rain Dance. While it may lack ice beam coverage, you get more bang for your buck in the rain. When predicting special walls like Blissey to come in, you just have to waterfall the switch in. And I definitely say Life Orb, I've tried Damp Rock, but you need some more oomph, even with rain to cause extra destruction. Try these EVs: 120 Attack / 136 Speed / 252 Special Attack. That speed allows you to outrun Breloom (Who I've seen pop up more recently on suspect if you're trying it out there) without rain, while still being able to 2HKO Blissey when predicting the switch in. So, yeah, give that set a try. :D
