Training Methods

Thats right ppl!!
Post here your training methods!! So that other people (like me :D ) can learn something useful!

Ill post mine. This training method is just for beginners!

Catch your pokémon. Lets imagine youve catched a Lvl 23 and your party levels are 32, lets say. Put your pokémon in the Daycare. make sure it doesnt learn any moves! when it gonna learn a move, in 26, for example, take it out on level 25.

I now its not good but it was the best I could do! Note that the EVs of your pokémon will not grow properly.

ok my training methods

1. Macho Brace (u must get one immediatly if u don't have one)

2. Pokemon Breeding

Breeding is important, breed for the following
Moves : some moves can only be gained through breeding
Nature : some natures affect your stats, breed for the proper ones

3. Balanced team
Unless you're playing a themed team I.E. Dragons,
meaning all your team would be Part Dragon Type try not
to have more than 2 pokemon with a common type weakness.

4. Patience
more than anything else, you gotta be patient, the more patience u
show during training, the stronger your pokemon will be
meaning DON'T use the daycare for anything but Breeding Purposes
and DON'T use rare candies, u'r pokemon will be better for it

good luck

Another good way to train is, using the secret base
have your friends catch teams of pokemon and rare candy them up
like if u wanna train for special attack EV's for example
have 1 of u'r friends make a team of 6 Spindas
and take 'em with him when he makes a secret base and mix records with u
then, u can find his/her base and battle those pokemon
if u have a lot of u'r friends do it in different areas it should work
pretty well, plus free money for winning and u lose thing if u lose

Ive got a training method what you do is you get Pokemon Colosseum and the cable thingy trade a low level on to Colosseum with it holding Exp Share for a fully purified Pokemon besides Espeon and Umbreon cus you really need them on Colosseum and then train up the POkemon on Colosseum normally and the Pokemon holding the Exp Share will get loads of Exp because it gets like 1/4 to 1/2 the Exp of the Pokemon you just beat and it will also get boosted Exp cus its traded. This is just a normal trading method ok no fancy stuff.

You may rate this method if you want please feel free

Gee...

1. Double-click the "Pokemon Calculator" on my PC.
2. Type in what I want.
3. Make the code.
4. Insert code into my AR.
5. Turn on AR.
6. Check Box 14 Slot 1.
7. Take out a fully trained Pokemon with 255 EVs in each stat.

-do all the necessary breeding
-pick out what are the EVs I want
-put it in a team with 5 zigzagoons/linoones
-lvl it up with rare candy to be 10 levels higher than the wild Pokemon who gives those EV
-train against Pokemon that gives the certain EV and rare candy along the way
-lvl it up until I get effort ribbon and lvl 100
-put it in box and takes out another

*blinks* All very interesting methods. There's really no method to my madness. Heh heh.. Just train a lot.. and if there is a pokemon I want to evolve and I'm too lazy to train it I may just have it hold an exp. share. :P In ruby there are certain trainers that are useful for leveling up though... The ones outside the daycare center esp. There are 2 that have 6 pokemon which is useful... And of course there is always the daycare center. :)
