I think I am kinda Weavile weak so if you guys can make any suggestions on what I can do to improve this team I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance guys.

I have a problem with that Mixpert. Here's what it usually looks like:
[email protected]
Relaxed Nature
EVs: 240 HP, 216 Def, 52 Sp.Att
Surf/Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Stealth Rocks/Roar
Mostly a Phazer/Rock setter. Can take some hits and dish some out. Surf vs. Hydro Pump is a power vs. accuracy arguement, and Roar/Stealth Rocks is a matter of preference. You could forgo a water move for both Rocks and Roar.

Your, Yanmega, Ancient Power can be replaced.
My favorite set is my starter set.

Yanmega @ Wise Glasses
Modest Nature 252 SpA/252 Spe/252 HP
Protect
Hypnosis
Air Slash
Bug Buzz

Though if you like yours Ancient Power can be replaced with Shadow Ball/Pyschic to cover Gengar

Anyways, I would suggest giving Salamence Stone Edge instead of Flamethrower, because I'm assuming you have Flamethrower for Ice-Types, and Stone Edge takes advantage of 'Mence's incredible attacking power and still hits Super Effective. Ditch Crunch for Dragon Dance; if you feel like Breeding and EV Training for the Mence again. >.<

DD on a CB set? I think not. Flamethrower is for Skarmory, Foretress, etc., not Ice Types.

Scarf Yanmega sucks. Use the predictable-but-works set that is Hypnomega.

So I herd the meme is finally dead. Anyway, not tested that Swampert so...

If you are playing on D/P, use Hypnosis, if Platifail, use Trick-Scarf.

Mixape needs 24 Attack EVs to KO Blissey.

Agiligross is fail. Use CB or Jolly LO.

Urgh, CB Mence is fine.
---------------------------------------------

2 special sweepers, 2 physical, one mixed and a random tank doesn't make for a good team, sorry.

Weavile weak, Gyarados weak, Mixape weak. HP Electric Vaporeon fixes Gyara and Ape, and Forretress over Metagross fixes Weavile. Forry also gives you a Rapid Spinner.

Oh, whoops, didn't notice the CB there. o.O I feel stupid...
Oh, I see what you mean.
