Lead with this.

Rotom @ Light Clay
Levitate
Timid
EVs : 252 HP, 252 Spe, 4 SpAtk

This set is cool.

Steelix @ Leftovers
Rock Head
Relaxed
EVs : 252 HP / 252 sp.def / 6 def
-Earthquake
-Gyro Ball
-Stealth Rock
-Roar

You already have enough defense (Like 460 or something stupid lol) so go for sp.def.

Drapion @ Black Sludge
Battle Armor
Careful
EVs : 252 HP, 252 SpDef, 4 Atk
-Crunch
-Rest
-Sleep Talk

-Toxic Spikes

Already have a Phazer. So use it like this, and by coincidence this gives you a status absorber that you lack currently.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Magic Guard
Calm

-Wish
-Protect

Lets go with this.Steelix walls most of your team pretty hard.

Hitmontop @ Leftovers

Impish
EVs : 252 HP / 74 att / 110 def / 74 sp.def
-Close Combat
-Rapid Spin
-Stone Edge
-Aerial Ace / Toxic

Froslass : with Froslass lead I cant make 3 layer spikes :o
Steelix : Steelix needs 252 Def to take some Earthquake/Close Combat.
Drapion : My status absorber is Clefable (After TO activation).
Clefable : why Toxic when Toxic Spikes is up? >_>. This team is only walled by Clefable :x .
Hitmontop : k Ill try that EVs spread.

Frosslass :-Everything else is a bad lead tbh, at least with frosslass as a lead it actually does something, aka Taunt Rain Dance attempts, set-ups etc and sash ensures you get up one layer of spikes anyway.

Steelix : - Wut ? You dont keep it in on EQ and Close combat, trust me you DO NOT need to invest max def, it has enough to take Close Combats and eqs regardless. You do the same with Regirock, Milotic etc because each of their def and sp.def is high enough respectively that you ev the opposite defense to take hits from both sides of the spectrum.

So you are going to switch Clefable in on each time you predict sleep ...rite...good look getting out predicted...=/. Even with Toxic Orb you have nothing to absorb sleep, making Venusaur and stuff easy sleep anything and heaven forbid that you DONT have Toxic Orb activated. This is why we have status absorbers to take sleep and what not so they are not dead weight once they're asleep.

As for Toxic, you want to hit things that are immune to t-spikes, aka flyers and levitators etc. You want to cause as much residual damage as possible to EVERYTHING, this is the aim of your team correct ? Stall teams work this way too.

Your not walled by Clefable either due to Hitmontop.

Steelix walls worse you due to the fact that to get rid of it you have to Close Combat it, thus cutting your defenses and then its free to eq you.

EDIT : - Rain Dance weak, Quagsire may be a nice addition here.

I'd lead with Steelix, but invest less in def and more in sp. def. Something like:

252 HP/216 sp. def/40 atk

As for Hitmontop, go with either Mach punch or toxic instead of Aerial ace. Close combat and Stone Edge do more damage than Aerial Ace to any pokemon in the game except for Medicham and Gallade. But since those can't go into UU, you have nothing to worry about.

Ninetales lead could simply Nasty Plot in your face and start sweeping unless Froslass comes in to be sacrificed with Desinty Bond.

Rain Dance totally rapes you (like D_A said).. I could see Omastar laughing at this team.
