Expierenced Role Players

Lets see...I need some help. Out of all the RPG's I'ved played, I know there are some that I have missed throughout the years. Does anyone know of one that they have loved but is now hard to come by?

You see I love RPG's and if there is any one way to expand my RPG collection of great games...I hope you can help.

Maybe the Grandia Series...or the Lunar Series...any others?

You and me went to the EB today and you know what game I asked for...XENOGEAR!

Judging by sarahs vast wisdom i would say that that is a good rpg. Bloddy assistant manager at my eb games has two copies!! GARGH!

Xenogears was a good game. Tales of Destiny was also a good game (same with the remake of Tales of Phantasia, but the SNES version translated is MUCH better than the PSX version in terms of script). Chrono Trigger (SNES), FF5(SNES), Ogre Battle (not VERY good, but decent. SNES), Tactics Ogre (SNES or PSX, PSX in english), etc.

Okay, my brain ran out of good games to say for now. lol

Super Mario RPG for the Super Nintendo. Proof that a Mario plot can be more complicated then Princess Peach getting kidnapped. Proof that it is a great game: One of Bowser's weapons lets him throw Mario at enemies XD And it was the game that introduced the best videogame character (excluding the Heartless), Geno! And it has a good mix of humor and seriousness to make it great. Possibly Square's greatest early work, second only to the original Final Fantasy (I haven't played Chrono Trigger so it isn't included, but I've heard it is great too).

CT wasn’t exactly little known though. o_O; And I don’t think I could play Xenogears, since I’d associate two of the characters to people I used to know on PSO. ._.;
Of the RPGs I’ve played that some people might not remember, the Breath of Fire series is pretty good. Just doesn’t get the recognition.
Edit: *also agrees with Shadow* *gives group hug...or was it therapy? o_O*

Breath of Fire...I totaly forgot about that.
Thanks, I shall hunt down some of these games and try them out...if not I can just go to Amazon.

Group Hug - Slightly heal all teammates and remove status conditions
Therapy - heals one teammate and removes status condition
