Gofre's second attempt at a retro team.

In Detail:
http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/dpiconani/dpiconani003.gif@Lefties
Calm
252SpDef/252HP/6SpAtt
Sleep Powder
Leech Seed
Grass Knot
Sludge Bomb
Standard Seeder ftw. Usual stuff really, grass knot to put larger dents in stuff like Gyara.

http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/dpiconani/dpiconani006.gif@Choice Specs
Timid
252SpAtt/252Spd/6HP
Falmethrower
Dragon Pulse
Focus Blast
Air Slash
I like SpecZard. Air Slash over either HP, STAB is always nice and water types are dealth with by a lot of other things on this team.

Bold
252HP/252Def/6SpAtt
Surf
Ice Beam
Yawn
Rapid Spin
Zard isn't a fan of stealth rock, this guy solves that problem. Standard Utilitoise, simple enough eh?

http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/dpiconani/dpiconani025.gif@Light Ball
Naive
104Att/152SpAtt/252Spd
Thunderbolt/Thunder Punch
Brick Break
Grass Knot
Substitute
Yayyy for the legend that is pikachu. Light ball makes him a potent mixed sweeper. Thunder Punch over Volt Tackle- Chu dies easily enough to rapid spins, I don't wanna be helping them along. Need help deciding on STAB

Careful
244HP/28Def/236SpDef
Rest
Sleep Talk
Body Slam
Earthquake
RestTalkLax, special wall and status absorber extrordinaire.

http://www.pokemonelite2000.com/sprites/dpiconani/dpiconani128.gif@Choice Band
Jolly
252Att/252Spd/6HP
Return
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Pursuit
The obligatory physical sweeper, simple enough.

So yeah, that's about it. Let me know what you think =]

Snorlax : -

Life Orb Gengar weak. Your only hope of taking it out is to hope for a speed tie with Tauros who wont OHKO anyway.

Crunch >> EQ on lax plzz, which also helps with Sub Mind Mismagius.

Blastoise : -

Yawn is a horrid move, especially with sleep support (from Venusuar) use Roar.

Gyarados smashes you to bits so you might aswell use Hidden power Electric on it too.

No answer to Tyranitar is blarg. I sure hope this said "Ash" used a bulky ground or Fighter to cover that =].

I may come back later for a better rate. Too "novelty" for my liking, but meh.

MY LINE. DON'T USE IT.

I know it's a gimmick team, but having a huge TTar weakness isn't helping. I suggest removing Blastoise for Donphan, who can spin and counter TTar.

Scarf Venusaur please; it can make a wonderful lead with a quick sleep and revenge killer. Thus I advise Leaf Storm on it.

Use Crunch on Snorlax. Heatran does ass to you either way, so might as well prepare yourself for Gengar, who spanks this team. Crunch > EQ.

I'm not sure if this team could hold it's own in OU.

-This team is arguably gyara weak. Worse case scenario Gyara DDs, yu switch in Vena. Gyara Ice Fangs, vena will probably barely survive (idk) since it's EV spread carries no defesive bulk at all. Vena would GK/Sleep Powder which you shouldn't be dependent on for dealing with gyara. Anyway, Vena get's KOd and gyara moves on to the rest of your team I guess you can argue that your blastoise will survive yawn, but it can't really switch in and pose an immediate threat (Hell, you might have already slept someone..)

- Your team lacks SR which will put a dent in gyara.

That's all I'm seeing at the moment considering you're now aware of gengar.

D_A beat me to it T_T, but I'll leave my post since my case scenario is true.

Oh dear god...
You will need to make some serious changes if you don't want to be metagame weak.
~No Normal/Fighting Immunity
~No Normal resist
~No Dragon Resist
~Nothing terribly fast. Coupled with no priority, you will fall to anything that sets up.
Crunch is necessary on Snorlax, otherwise Gengar has free reign.

That Venusaur cannot lead. It gets hit hard by most leads and the rest Taunt it.
Look, if you really want to run a "Ash Team" then you may have to throw in some Eeveelutions (Jolteon/Vappy), as you simply can't build a solid team from such a select group of Pokemon.

Actually, Machamp can help against TTar, which is a serious problem. It's also 1st Gen.

Props for trying, though.
