Shaymin-s @ Life Orb
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Sp Att , 252 Speed
Timid
- Air Slash
- Seed Flare
- Earth Power
- HP Ice/HP Fire

This is a much more powerful set with plenty of speed and lots of type coverage. Psychic is bleh...HP Ice or Fire are better options.
---
Kingdra (M) @ Life Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Att , 252 Speed
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Dragon Dance
- Rain Dance
- Outrage

No Choice Band on dance sets, otherwise you'll be locked into your power-up moves. Double Dance set is cool I guess. What are you doing with those EVs? Just stick to attack and speed for a sweeper set.
---
Gengar (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Sp Att , 252 Speed
Timid
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- HP Ice

Again, what are you doing with the EVs? Gengar is much too fragile to put them in anything besides special attack and speed. Timid if you're running a Life Orb set. Psychic and Sludge Bomb are meh...Focus Blast and HP Ice give you way better coverage.
---

Rotom-s @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP , 252 Def
Bold
- Air Slash
- Shadow Ball
- Rest
- Sleep Talk

I can't say I know enough about the new Rotom sets to say if a rest/sleep talker is viable.
I do know that it needs leftovers and maxed HP and Defense. A standard Oven Rotom set might be more beneficial.

---
Machamp (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Guts
EVs: 128 HP , 252 Attack , 128 Speed
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Bullet Punch/Ice Punch
- Thunderpunch
- Payback

Choice Band could work here. Machamp is much too bulky for a focus sash...go with that EV spread.
---
Heatran (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Sp Att , 252 Speed
Timid
- Earth Power
- HP Ice
- Fire Blast/Flamethrower
- Flash Cannon

Go with the standard Scarftran here.

Comments in Bold
---

This team needs....wow, a lot of work. Too much work for just one rater, so I hope someone can give you a second opinion. There's so many ways it can be improved, I don't even think I could begin to list them all =/

Lead with Scarftran...And that's all I can think of right now. I might be back =P

Shaymin-s @ Life Orb
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 SAttk/252 Spd/4 HP - Timid
- Air Slash
- Seed Flare
- Earth Power
- HP Ice
---

I guess Scarfmin is viable to kill Timid Scarftran but I'd use Life Orb instead. Don't lead with this.

Kingdra (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 180 HP/252 Attk/76 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Dragon Dance
- Rain Dance
- Outrage

You see, the thing about Choice items is that they restrict you to the move you first make; this resets when you lose or change items or switch out. Dragon Dance is cool but you can't use the boosts if you're locked into it and the boosts don't stay if you switch out. So essentially choice item + boosting move is useless. Kingdra can use Life Orb but it's bulky enough for Leftovers.

Gengar (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAttk/252 Spd/4 HP - Timid
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Trick

I suggest making this your lead. Trick screws up walls and Timid with Scarf outspeeds lead Deoxys-S. After it has gotten rid of Scarf it's still a competent sweeper and can possibly do something like getting a Life Orb from a sweeper and giving it Lefties from the wall it just ruined.

Rotom-s @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 SDef/4 Spd -- Calm
- Air Slash/Shadow Ball
- Substitute
- Discharge
- Will-o-Wisp

Chesto Berry on a STalker is a bad idea, they usually need Lefties. Here is a Rotom set I use that works quite well. Either paralyze or burn, depending on what will cripple the opponent more. Air Slash is useful for coverage and paraflinch but it can be replaced with Shadow Ball if you desire a more sweeping-inclined set.

Hariyama @ Leftovers -- Thick Fat/Guts
252 Def/252 SDef/4 Spd OR 76 HP/180 Attk/252 Def -- Impish
Cross Chop/Force Palm/Brick Break
Knock Off/Whirlwind/Ice Punch
Rest
Sleep Talk

You seem to lack a good defense so Hariyama could work in place of Machamp. It can still hit hard but takes hits better, and the Restalk version is good at absorbing status. Ability choice is up to you, Guts is more offensive while Thick Fat is more defensive. Force Palm is only here for paralysis, but since you already have Rotom for that you might want Brick Break for reliability or Cross Chop for power. Knock Off and Whirlwind are good moves in general.

Heatran (M) @ Choice Specs/Choice Scarf/Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAttk/252 Spd/4 HP - Mild/Rash/Hasty/Naive
- Earth Power
- Fire Blast/Flamethrower
- HP Ice/Electric
- Explosion

Heatran is a popular Pokemon right now for its ability to deal with Scizor and Skymin. Mild and Rash boost SAttk and Hasty and Naive boost Spd. If you're using Choice Scarf, go with Hasty/Naive for beating Skymin. Life Orb or Choice Specs is fine with any of the four.

You have some things to learn (Poison Jab sucks without STAB; hell it even sucks with STAB if there are better options.) but you seem to grasp the basics well.

Lol at needing max Spd for Doubledance Kingdra. I mean really?

p.hant0m October 19th, 2008 3:31 PM

Yeah I put the band on Kingdra but then forgot about stat boosters. I was mostly thinking about outrage. I originaly had HP Ground on Skymin but changed out for psychic thinking about apes. I'll go change the evs and the natures. I really want to keep my Machamp though. Can I still keep him?

shedinjask October 19th, 2008 4:12 PM

You could but I would suggest a STalk Guts set. Rest/Sleep Talk/Close Combat/Payback, @ Leftovers/Life Orb 252 Attk/252 HP/4 Spd Adamant. Ice Punch could be there too, and Cross Chop over Close Combat.

Guts does nothing for Resttalking. Put on No Guard, then use DyanmicPunch and Stone Edge to hit Gyara.

Skymin wants HP Fire to deal with Bronzong and Skarm, who otherwise go roflfmao and kill with Brave Bird or Sleep and Stall with Toixc(in Zong's Case).

This team is Kingdra weak. Maybe run Mixmence or BulkyMence>> Heatran, as Gar makes a better revenge killer IMO.

Guts is activated while asleep, so I can see it doing quite a bit.

Kingdra's hard to counter. You're better off Chipping off a bit and Revenging Skymin.
