40th RMT in this week!!!11

The Team:

How it happened:
This team was created using the mechanics of Serebii.net, Smogon.com, pokecommunity.com, and the progam "Notepad".

Gs320@Lum Berry
252 hp/252 atk/6 Def
Adamant
- Stealth Rock
- Meteor Mash
- Bullet Punch
- Thunder Punch/Ice Punch

If you've read all my other RMT's, this thing is in almost every lead. This is a GREAT lead. 252 hp evs survives almost every earthquake imaginable, and can usually set up rocks no problem. Meteor Mash can destory T-Tar too, if it's a lead. Bullet Punch takes a good chunk of Azelf and KOs Aero. Thunder Punch is mainly just for lead gyarados tying to set up and takes an EQ, but Ice Punch could help with coverage that is needed.. Zapdos can wall gyara, but 2 DDs and the game is at stake.

http://arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/zapdos.png
GoldWings@Leftovers
252 hp/252 def/6 SAtk
Bold
- Discharge
- Heat Wave
- Roost
- T-Wave

Zapdos can switch in on most Earthquakes that would 2KO Metagross, and is a fine stratagy is Stealth Rocks are up. Discharge takes place of TBolt due to a normal status move not doing much in today's metagame, but still having Parahax and a good chunk of damage. Heat wave is just for scizor, trying to sweep my damn team. Roost is for recovery, and Drill Peck can damage some physical sweepers and Heracross if I've found myself cornered.

http://arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/heracross.png
Hercules@Choice Scarf
252 atk/252 spe/6 hp
Adamant
- Close Combat
- Megahorn
- Stone Edge
- Night Slash

Heracross is a late game sweeper, with gliscor and physcial walls down, hera is free to sweep. Stone Edge takes care of remaining gyarados, and dragons. Earthquake is for Heatran on the switch or if it's locked on to another move (usually scarf'd heatran lurk now). CC and MH are standard.

http://arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/blissey.png
Blissey@Leftovers
252 def/80 SAtk/176 SDef
Calm
- Flamethrower
- Sesmic Toss
- Softboiled
- Wish

Standard wish bliss. Wish can really help my team with recovery, esp. my EQ'd poor metagross, which can then sweep with its awesome bulkiness. Flamethrower took place of aromatherepy, cause of the lack of status moves in todays metagame, and sotboiled is for standard healing. yup. Sesimic toss is for 100 damage all round.

http://arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/gengar.png
Gengar@Choice Scarf
252 satk/252 spe/6 hp
Timid
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- HP Ice
- Thunderbolt

Special sweeper and revenge killer.. Standard mostly. HP Ice is reallly needed here, cause of the lack of ice beams. Focus Blast is for Blissey, Shadow ball is STAB, and Tbolt is yet another gyar-killer. Scarf isn't used due to myself hating two scarfers, and that I need some freedom with a special sweeper.

http://arkeis.com/images/pokemonfactory/suicune.png
Suicune@Leftovers
252 def/252 hp/6 SAtk
Bold
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- HP elec
- Calm Mind

Suicune uses ice beam/surf/cMind very well, and I really needed something to use ice beam, and a bulky water wouldn't hurt at all. HP electric took place of sleep talk cause no one uses sleeping moves anymore

Rate please!

Not here for a full team rate but would like to point a few things out.

~ Metagorss: Leading Metagross's like Pursuit just in case your opponent finds Metagross to be a threat and feels the urge that they must switch, I'm looking at you Gengar, Azelf etc....

~ Zapdos: If you really want a flying move on your Zappy, why not HP (Flying) > Drill Peck? It has a lot more power and still kills the specific targeted threats, also.. the Bold nature's not doing any favours for Drill Peck. Zapdos would also like 40 Spd EVs to outspeed other standard Zapdos's.

~ Heracross: I see EQ as to being quite redundant on Heracross because MH + CC + SE takes out everything EQ is apart from Electric/Poison. Now, by looking at the current metagame, the most common poisons you'll be facing are Roserade, Crobat, Wezing and Gengar who either take neutral damage from EQ or are immune to it, and going to Electric types now.. You'll be facing Rotom forms, Electivire, Magnezone, Zapdos and Jolteon who are all really frail and fall to MH/CC apart from Zapdos who resists it anyways so Hera has so no business facing him. So I say, your better off replacing, EQ with something like Night Slash or the surprising Sleep Talk. Sleep Talk + Scarf + Guts boost = ?????

~ Blissey: Wish + Softboiled = Wasted moveslot, Go with 1 or the either, and status moves are even more common these days, so Aromatherapy is still a very viable option.

~ Gengar: Standard

~ Suicune: Standard

Nice. Not sure how to rate this. :#

Drill Peck on Bold Zappy is eww. HP Ice please.

Earthquake provides moot coverage, as stated in the above reply. Use a Dark-Type move to cover Ghosts and Psychics. You'll likely prefer Pursuit as it will smash through the paper defenses that are common among what this move is geared towards covering. Also, CB Hera > CS Hera.

Blissey@Leftovers

252 def/80 SAtk/176 SDef

Bold / Calm

Wish Bliss is eww, especially because your team doesn't need support. Please go with regular special wall Blissey, and use a status move and Toss or it fails. Consider a Calm nature as well, depending on which you want to do; tank special hits easier or survive physical hits better. (Not that it should be staying in on anything physical anyway.

Suicune uses ice beam/surf/cMind very well, and I really needed something to use ice beam, and a bulky water wouldn't hurt at all. Sleep talk is just to switch in on the barely remaing status moves (which are hypnosis) and yeah.

With Hypnosis at 60% now, hardly anyone uses it. :\ Bulky waters lol at this thing, so HP Electric is necessary.

Rate please!

I swear I've seen this team before. I might've fought you with my FEAR team:

Rattata/Gallade/Banette/Tangrowth/Donphan/Kangaskhan.

You used Stealth Rock, I used Endeavor. You then Meteor Mash'd, taking my Rattata to 1 HP, I used Endeavor again, then you Bullet Punch'd me. My entire team was ripped to pieces as I switched in, SR broke my Sashes, and then you just ripped through my whole team with Bullet Punch.

Do you remember?
Or was I facing someone else who used lead Gross with BP/SR?

Regardless, nice team. I'm never using FEAR again because of (you). :D
