Pikachu's Last Move in Fire Red

i'm playing through the fire red version and i just have a quick question... at what level does pikachu learn his last move? he's currently at level 41 and he just learned thunder. i just want to know so i'll know when to use the thunderstone, thanks.

In Firered Pkachu's last move is "Light Screen" at level 50. Personally, back when I actually played, I used it at level 26, seeing as Thunderbolt is really Pikachu's last useful move, but even that can be taught through TM.

Pikachu learns his last move at Lvl: 50 and its, wait for it...... Light Screen, yeah, thats it, you might as well evolve him now, unless you want Light Screen......

Azonic November 27th, 2008 10:01 AM

Light Screen isn't useful on Raichu and it can be taught Light Screen through TM16 so you might as well just evolve it now.

ok i'll evolve him now, thanks for the replies. =]

does anyone know the last moves for bulbasaur, squirtle and charmander too? i know they can keep learning once they've evolved, but im keeping them unevolved for now so they can learn their moves as fast as possible.

Bulbasaur: Level 46 Solarbeam
Charmander: Level 49 Fire Spin
Squirtle: Level 47 Hydropump

For future reference, you could use the helpful website of Serebii. It's very helpful, and contains accurate information on each Pokemon through its Pokedex. :D

Personally, I would suggest using Metalkid's program instead. It is far more accurate than serebii and it is something you can download to your computer and access whenever you need.

Don't waste time not evolving Pokemon just to get a move. It is rarely worth it, unless it is Shroomish.

groudonlover November 28th, 2008 1:03 PM

Shroomish's is DEFINITELY worth it, but Stone Evolutions never learn anything, so it is important to have all of your moves already...

For everyone that didn't knew, Shroomish learns Spore, a 100 accuracy sleep-move at lvl 54 in generation III and 45 in Generation IV, formerly Paras(ect)'s Signature Move

yu should stop now, go get yourself a light ball (keep catching pikachus at the safari zone until yu find one holding it) and have a baby using a pikachu holding a light ball so yu can get Volt Tackle. Its not the best move ever, but the novelty of having it is pretty nice.

i have a question, i had a level 65 charizard on fire red and it never learned fire spin.. is it really that much earlier that it learns moves

This thread hadn't been posted in since November, that's well over the one month period for reviving threads, sorry. ;[
