I vote for green sapphire for a great storyline, amazing tiles, and an outstanding titlescreen.

oh wow! PC has hack of the week too!
i read the rules and i see that green sapphire isnt elidgible, why have u voted for it?

Neo-Wolf October 12th, 2009 8:02 AM

I vote for Shadow Black.
The storyline is really unique, not your average cliche ones.
The tiles are nice and I love a dark palette.
The progress is getting real good, as Mervyn has holidays coming up (we live not far away from each other).
The scripts are great. :)
Mervyn is pretty dedicated.
Overall, it is a nice, unique hack.

Mine goes for Shadow black aswell pretty much for the same reasons.
Mervyn has this very well planned out and it's looking great

I vote for Zap, Artic & Molten because the author has put a lot of effort on it and I like the fact of it being hack of 1st gen.

I Beg to differ, the creator used his second chance, thus its still eligible.

Megiddo-san October 12th, 2009 8:10 PM

Yes, but she was correct at the time she posted. I didn't add it until later.

i guess ill vote too! ^^
i vote for Shadow Black. ^.^ awesome maps combined with an even awesome storyline.

PokeBal33 October 13th, 2009 5:37 PM

I vote for green sapphire, because it has cool dp tiles, a cool title screen, and an interesting story

BlitŻ October 13th, 2009 8:19 PM

I give major kudo votes to Zap Arctic Molten. Why? Well, take a look into my crystal ball...

First, have you seen a Red, Yellow or blue hack with new tiles? I sure haven't. I'm amazed at what this person has done to do this.

Second, the storyline is pretty unique, considering that scripting in hex must be a ***** xD

Third, the modifications they did to the rom are also pretty coolio. Honestly, I've never seen a oldies hack as cool as this x3

GaryOGaryProductions October 14th, 2009 6:44 PM

I vote for Green Sapphire, the title screen id so cool, and like the tiles.

Megiddo-san October 18th, 2009 9:20 AM

The winner is Shadow Black with six votes. Darkrai Returns, Zap Arctic Molten, and Green Sapphire each had three votes.

Editing.

Ghost October 18th, 2009 11:20 AM

I vote pokemon scaredfire because it has great maps and story

Korronensu October 18th, 2009 11:20 AM

I vote for Sacred Fire because of its story.

Satoshi Ookami October 18th, 2009 11:52 AM

I also vote for Sacred Fire.
It has nice tiles, cool story and very good scripts in fact everything what hack needs to have.

dragonface October 18th, 2009 2:47 PM

I vote for green shaphire for the 3rd week in a row... same reasons as before. great titlescreen, tiles, storyline, and progress.

JasonX3333 October 18th, 2009 2:59 PM

ok

Pokemon Sacred Fire Awsome scripts good tiles and a good stroyline

Neo-Wolf October 18th, 2009 7:20 PM

I vote for SacredFire.
  • Nice story.
  • Great scripts.
  • Good tiles.
  • Funny dialouge.
  • A Beta release.

Tropical Sunlight October 19th, 2009 6:33 AM

I vote for Soul Charm. I like the custom graphics and the creator's name scripts.

psychicboy October 19th, 2009 7:28 AM

I vote for sacred fire as well as it is one of the most original hacks Ive ever played.

NiKaNoRoU October 19th, 2009 9:54 AM

Damn, all 3 hacks I support are eligible...and I like them equally.

Well, then, since I already voted previously for EnCODED (though the vote failed) and Sacred Fire's gonna surely get many other votes, I vote for Shimmering Tempest.

For its interesting template, originality and storyline concepts.

kevcrash October 19th, 2009 11:39 AM

I vote for shimmering tempest because it has an organized appearence, an awesome storyline, total originality, cool screenies, and because i made like 5 of the banners up there XD

Forget that last thing I said XD

NarutoActor October 19th, 2009 12:34 PM

I vote for SacredFire the maps and storyline are great pluse the scripts will be awsome I see this hack becoming a great one. :D

score_under October 19th, 2009 12:45 PM

Sacred fire, and not just because it features me!
The scripting, for a start, is heavily prioritized (which to me is one of the most important parts to a hack).
Mapping wasn't neglected, however, and the result is flawless.

Lady Berlitz October 19th, 2009 12:48 PM

Hey megiddo, can you please change my name from Infernal Contraption/Esmas to Vesper, please? It's Hack of the Week #39: Pokémon DarkRed Version.

Oh, and I'll vote for Pokémon Soul Charm. It seems like a decent hack that's fit for HotM. :)
