Native styled GUI toolkit or Custom styled GUI toolkit?

Do you like programs that used native GUI toolkit style(buttons, textboxes fits the OS's theme, Firefox's default theme fits to the OS's theme) or styled GUI toolkit style(example: Java swing GUI's default theme(example or Netscape(example))
Normally, a program built for GNOME will look native on GNOME, and Qt program will look different on GNOME.
I like custom styled GUI toolkit because the default GUI toolkit style is plain and dull(esp Windows 2000 and 9X's GUI toolkit), so I got new Firefox themes to replace the native look.

If you doesn't understand what I said, here's a screenshot about HyperCam in 2 different styles: Songbird style and native Windows Vista style:

I'm ok with the native GUI of Mac OS X, but I kind of like it when you get an App that puts a new twist on it with colours or set up.
