Speed Of Sound

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 40 HP/70 Atk/44 Def/100 Spd/252 SAtk/4 SDef
Lonely nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Drill Peck
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Roost
Mixed Sweeper, to the occorenza TWawer, who comes from the RS metagame as me for reasons for habit it uses it so, then I don't know if effetivamente mistake. I think the him.
Mixed Sweeper

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SAtk
Lax nature (+Def, -SDef)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Earthquake
- Rest
Swampert old style, perhaps in this metagame it would be then better Roar I don't know.

http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/5575/spr4d448ix1.png
Lucario (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed
- Crunch
One of the Sweeper princincipali, even if he has never won '' a battle alone '' I am thinking about getting away, I am not liking at all its performances.

http://img383.imageshack.us/img383/3777/spr4d242svk5.png
Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 60 HP/252 Def/14 SAtk/184 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Softboiled
- Flamethrower
- Toxic
Special Wall of Team, has chosen FThower as moved by damage for the Gengars.

http://img372.imageshack.us/img372/7027/spr4d373qu1.png
Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Roost
Physical Wall, but it has a function more defensive than offensive, him in fact it has to defend from Infernape/Heracross and Lucario, very unpleasant Pokémon and that they make the DPP Metagame boring.

http://img142.imageshack.us/img142/2921/spr4d437dv8.png
Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Toxic
- Psychic
- Stealth Rock
- Rest
Do-all Wall, lifts of very the Staying Power of the team, Rest to last.
Together with Blissey I am the defensive part of the Team, it is one of the fundamental elements, nothing to say on him.

There are much better Mixed sweepers, but w/e.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SAtk

- Stealth Rock

Yep

http://img230.imageshack.us/img230/5575/spr4d448ix1.png
Lucario (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Steadfast

Yep

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 60 HP/252 Def/14 SAtk/184 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Seismic Toss
- Softboiled
- Flamethrower
- Toxic

Calm Blissey is better in D/P.
Aromatheraphy is kinda bad and gives free switch ins which you cant afford to do in D/P.

Use Seismic Toss too.

http://img372.imageshack.us/img372/7027/spr4d373qu1.png
Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP/ 80 def / 176 speed
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Wish
- Dragon Claw

- Roost

Use Wish on this and then you wont need Rest on things. Make it 308 speed for Jolly Lucario with Ice Punch and Stone edge.

Dragon Claw for STAB.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/ 74 att / 110 def / 74 Sp.Def
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Rest
- Earthquake
- Sleep Talk
- Gyro Ball

Make this your status absorber so you dont need Aromatheraphy.

Gyro Ball for Tyranitar.

comments in bold.

There are much better mixed sweepers than zapdos so you could look to replace that. Preferably something with a scarf because Mixape and Gyarados hurt you badly so at the very least it would give you a checks to those.

Balanced teams dont work too well in D/P/P you either have to go full out offense or pure stall to get the best results.

Matt-O December 14th, 2008 6:44 PM

Relaxed>Lax on Swampy. You don't want him to lose Sp.Def, that would be very bad.

Sebastien Loeb December 15th, 2008 12:41 AM

Thanks for the rating, looking at the technical characteristics of the team, with which Pokémon to replace Zapdos?

SkyPioneer December 15th, 2008 12:50 AM

Just my two cents, but maybe you'd consider a rest talker set on that bulky swampert of yours? It's EV's are defensively oriented but it's moveset is offensively oriented.

dark_seeker December 15th, 2008 5:20 AM

mixape would do you good instead of zappy
[email protected] orb
252sp.att/24att/234speed
naiive
nasty plot
flamethrower
grass knot
close combat

takes care of skarm bliss and after 1 np.....anhilation

Sebastien Loeb December 15th, 2008 5:51 AM

No tahnks, if you have to recommend me a new MixedSweeper you i signal the weakness of this team:
- Yanmega
- Gyarados DDancer
- MixedMence
With the new MixedSweeper I would like to cover these weakness.

Skip Shot December 15th, 2008 7:16 AM

Sebastien, instead of a mixed sweeper, I would go with a special sweeper, seeing as you lack one. Scarfgar can easily revenge kill Mega, Gyara, and Mixmence. Skymin can't deal with Yanmega, but those are rarely seen around anymore. NP Ape can also take care of those threats. NP/Focus Blast/Grass Knot/ HP Ice or Electric is the moveset. Sorry for stealing it Vance.

Dark Azelf December 15th, 2008 7:58 AM

How does ape deal with Yanmega, Gyarados and mixmence =/

Id just scarf zappy in all honesty to revenge stuff.

[email protected] Scarf
252 SP.ATT / 252 SPEED / 6 HP
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave / Extrasensory
- Hidden power Ice
- U-Turn

Oh and whilst you are at it, you might aswell use Mixmence since the current one isnt doing anything.

Yeah...great way to kill a moveset, and make me look completely idiotic >___> Where's Flamethrower? Grass Knot is essential for Gyarados, who shrugs off Focus Blast with its underrated 100 Base Special Defense. HP Electric/Ice isn't needed, as Grass Knot KO's Gyarados, and Mence is taken out by Focus Blast with Stealth Rock damage. Dragonite defeats this set, but who uses Dragonite? Mixed Nite also runs -SpD IIRC.

It's also no Yanmega/Gyarados/Mence check...so yeah.

Skip Shot December 15th, 2008 2:53 PM

I feel stupid now... (walks away in shame) Looks good on paper though. Oh well. GO with what D_A said, ScarfZappy or Mixmence.

Sebastien Loeb December 16th, 2008 5:16 AM

Beh the problems with that 3 Pokémon take over when Zapdos and K.O., would not I like it more starters that I put there?
