Pokemon: Blue's Journey

Introudction

Hello Everyone, this is my first attempt ever at a Pokemon Hack of any type. It's still in it's very early planning stages and I'm still looking for more team members so we can hopefully get this project started.

Story

"Pokemon: Blue's Journey" is the story of Red's rival, Blue Oak and gives the player the perspective Blue had during his entire journey through Kanto from when he acquired his first Pokemon from his Grandfather to the battle for the Championship between his rival.

But that's not the end of our story with Blue. His journey will continue with his first excursion in Johto, teaming up with old comrades to take down Team Rocket, and even making new rivals. Soon everyone will know that the story of Blue Oak was one of the greatest Pokemon adventures of all time.

Features
-Hack of "Pokemon: Fire Red"

-Play as Blue Oak through the entire Kanto region from Pallet town to the Elite Four.
-New Area created in Johto to catch Johto Pokemon
-Multiple New Rivals
-The Ability to catch and raise both Kanto and Johto Pokemon
-Exciting Original Story Lines
-Amazing battles between characters you won't want to miss

TEAM
Jinzomanz
-Writer, Designer.

Wait, can you do anything hack wise? If you want to make a hack you should learn how to do some things like mapping, scripting, etc. People won't make this for you. So if I were you I would download some tools and use tutorials to learn how to use them.

I know people who do who I'm trying to get together as a team at the moment, which is why I technically don't have a team yet.

That depends on which version you pay attention to, the english version of the manga called him Blue, while the original called him Green(personally I prefer to call him Green myself).

I have to say it's a worthwhile idea for a hack though there are many ways in which this could go wrong. In any case I wish you the best of luck and don't be afraid to continue on without a team, it's not entirely necessary for a hack.

I've always called him Blue, just rings better imo.

Also, if I may what ways do you think this could go wrong/what should I watch out for when working on this hack?

Not asking to be rude I'd just like the input. c:
