~*!*~FAVORITE LANDMARK OF INTEREST~*!*~
Out of all of these places which is your favorite place?
* Dark Cave * Sprout Tower * Ruins of Alph * Union Cave * Slowpoke Well * Ilex Forest * Radio Tower * National Park * Burned Tower * Mt. Mortar * Lake of Rage * Tin Tower * Whirl Islands * Ice Path * Dragon's Den * Tohjo Falls * Mt. Silver * Indigo Plateau * Battle Tower (Crystal only) sorry, this was suppose to be a poll, but I screwed up :t354:TG |
Ice Path. Ice Pokémon, sliding around everywhere, and it's not long or drawn-out like other "dungeons" ^^
Ruins of Alph. Cool puzzles and countless Unown make for a great visit. Plus, there's that eerie radio broadcast.
It would have to be dragons den.Planty of Larvitar and dratini:)
Easily National Park. I loved the bug contests!
I always liked Mt. Silver.
I ended up training there constantly to level up my Pokemon in Crystal, so I got kind of attached. Second place would go to the Ruins of Alph, mainly because of the awesome puzzles and the fact that you got a Pokedex setting specifically to keep track of all the kinds of Unown. |
Lake of Rage because of the Red Gyarados
Mount Silver! I love the mountain, but I think they should have made it a little more... Epic?
My favorite place is the Whirl Islands, because of the maze, the Lugia, and I just love the long Waterfall.
Mt.Silver is the landmark for me as we can battle Red there! Red was my fave trainer in the game!!
Ruins of Alph were always perplexing. Curiosity provokes interest. Simple
Oh, by the way - Original Post > Thread Tools > Add a Poll That better? |
I loved Ruins of Alph because of the sliding puzzles. Those were fun to mess with. Too bad you can only do 4 puzzles for the entire game without starting over.
Ice Path and Dragon's Den.
Because at the time Dungeons like those were not common, and I have to admit it was pretty fun exlporing them and catching the rare pokemon in them (Like Sneasel & Dragonair) |
Mt Mortar, but only if I have tons of repels. Getting that free Tyrogue was such an effort.

Hitmontop was so awesome in the Metal games...But Hitmonchan and Hitmonlee aren't bad either. :3 |
Mt. Silver. Just that epic feeling of "Here I am... I've worked this hard to prove myself worthy of battling here, and it's time to dethrone the master of Pokémon... Champion Red". I agree with Pokestick, though. It could've been much more epic. But, there's hope for HG/SS to bring in the epicness.
Mine would probably be the Slowpoke Well. Lapras ftw.

My favorite would be Dark Cave. You can get DUNSPARCE there, and it links the last city in Johto with one of the first, which is cool. Also, that guy in it who gives you the blackglasses is really interesting. |
The Whirl Islands because of Lugia, Tin Tower because of Ho-Oh (and its awesome epic tall-ness), and the Lake of Rage, cause I just like it. (And cause of teh Red Gyarados)
Oh, my favorite is WHIRL ISLANDS because that's where Lugia is and I like my Lugias. :D
My favorite would definitely have to be Mt. Silver, considering that I go there all the time just to fight Red. XD; Other than Mt. Silver, I guess it would be the Ruins of Alph. :O
Guys, you saw what they did with Mt Coronet in DPP, I'm sure they can manage something pretty awesome for the epic locations.
I was also quite fond of the National Park, just because it grew familiar over a period of time. Maybe if they improve it a bit, this time? |
The Lake of Rage, That red gyrados was a staple in all my Johto teams
Mt. Silver. Went there and caught me self A larvitar! Lvld it up there until it was pwnsome enough to stand a chance against red.
National Park, because I like the music and as far as I can remember it's the only place where you get that different sprite for tall grass. Plus, bug catching contests rock (I won one with a L. 18 caterpie against a pinsir and butterfree!).
I also like how the people there advertise for printing out stickers. xD |
