Ho-Oh July 16th, 2009 3:35 AM

Have you ever forgotten your phone number?

This applies to only your number, whether it be home/mobile, not your friends, family, etc. If you do... it could become an issue when filling in an important form or such. So yeah... have you forgotten yours?

I have no clue what my mobile number is... I've only heard it like once. Home number I'll never forget though. :D

⋚Raika⋚ July 16th, 2009 3:39 AM

I have never forgotten my phone number nor my mother's number nor my home number, but I have forgotten my father's number a few years ago. :o

Razer302 July 16th, 2009 3:41 AM

I still don't know my mobile or home number. I have never needed to use my home number as we all use mobile phones to contact each other as we have unlimited call time and my own mobile number I just don't see the point as when someone asks me I just get out my phone and give them it.

BeachBoy July 16th, 2009 3:58 AM

Oh definitely, I'm lost in confusion when someone commonly asks me for my number when I just move or something, but when it's a high pressure situation, my memory never fails. o_o; Comforting, I guess.

Rokusasu July 16th, 2009 4:07 AM

My home number? Perfectly fine.

I seem to remember my mum's mobile number better than my own, however. Sometimes I'll be filling out mine and accidentally put hers in, because they're similar. o:

Citrinin July 16th, 2009 4:10 AM

No.

This is the result of not knowing my home phone number in the first place. XD;

Cherrim July 16th, 2009 4:52 AM

I just barely remember my cell number. :| I still have to check it to make sure I'm giving the right one when I get asked for it, usually. That and I never quite memorized my home number when I was away at school last year.

I'm bad at remembering those kinds of things. >_< It took me like 5 months to memorize my home number when I moved to Toronto. It took me forever to memorize my mom's cell number--and now that she's changed it, I don't know it until I check my address book. Same with my dad's. XD; I'm just horrriiibllee with phone numbers of all kinds. :(

Anxiety. July 16th, 2009 6:47 AM

I've never forgotten my home number.

But I don't know my mobile number from memory, I don't call it, so I wouldn't know.

Saltare. July 16th, 2009 7:14 AM

Yup! I forget it all the time. So I have it in my contacts so I don't forget...hehe.

Vie July 16th, 2009 7:34 AM

I never forget phone numbers, no matter who they belong to. I know my old & new mobile number and both home numbers. And I will never forget them. MUHAHAHA.

yeah.

Sammi July 16th, 2009 10:56 AM

Pffft, I hardly remember my phone numbers. I never learned my cell number; I just kept getting it out to give out the number. And our home phone? Don't know it.

It usually takes me a LONG time to actually memorize the home phone, unless I hear it alot. I still remember the phone number from our house in Nebraska... how sad is that?

Satoshi Ookami July 16th, 2009 10:58 AM

Well since I never learned my number I can say yes xD
But I have good memory on other numbers

Kazukii July 16th, 2009 10:59 AM

I've never forgotten my home number but I forget my mobile one, yes :D

~*!*~Tatsujin Gosuto~*!*~ July 16th, 2009 12:12 PM

I use to forget my home number because I just moved, but I remembered my cell number so quickly

:t354:TG

coolman89765 July 16th, 2009 2:49 PM

i have forgotten it a couple times

Neko July 16th, 2009 3:23 PM

I've probably forgotten home phone numbers in the past before, especially since we moved from one place to another in a time span of three years. Then we got rid of the home phone again and I got my cell phone, and I chose a number that I would remember (due to a certain Nintendo console) and it worked. I don't think I forgot it even once. :)

Her July 16th, 2009 3:41 PM

I know my phone number, but I've never known my mobile number. :3

Michii July 16th, 2009 7:16 PM

OH. MY. GOD. For several months after I got my cell, I gave out the wrong number. I thought one of the numbers was something other than it was. I don't know exactly who got the wrong number, but I do remember my father getting the wrong one. I remember when I visited my grandmother once (he's there a lot), he asked if I got his birthday call. When I bitterly/said with confusion "No, why?" he told me that he'd been texting me and calling me.

Oops.

Giraffes? Giraffes! July 16th, 2009 7:39 PM

I always forget my home number, never once have i given it to someone without asking my father :P

shinx095 July 16th, 2009 7:39 PM

Sometimes I forget my number. People ask how I can forget it and I just say 'Well I never call myself'

digi-kun July 16th, 2009 7:40 PM

I know my cell phone number, just none of the numbers that are on it :p

Amaruuk July 16th, 2009 7:47 PM

Nope, can't say I've forgotten my own number, even home numbers when I had them (I only have a cell now). Only numbers I do forget on occasion are ones I have on speed dial X3

Gummy July 16th, 2009 8:39 PM

Considering I rarely use my cell phone, I tend to forget my number whenever someone asks. On a few occasions I've given out my dad's cell by mistake.

bit.trip void July 16th, 2009 9:24 PM

Uh, my mobile broke, but I couldn't remember it too save my life. I never forget my home number, though. :D.

Limey-chan July 16th, 2009 9:41 PM

I can never remember mine, I have it saved in my contacts in case anyone asks for it xD

Star★Seeker July 16th, 2009 9:53 PM

Actually, no. My cellphone number is the only one I can remember with certainty, save for my closest family members.

deliriouspurple July 17th, 2009 1:45 AM

No, not really. My phone number is easy to remember.

Legobricks July 17th, 2009 2:29 AM

I don't use phones — my answer is obviously yes.

.little monster July 17th, 2009 12:50 PM

Yes, I have trouble remembering them. I moved here a month ago and I still don't know it. o:

Gabri July 17th, 2009 12:56 PM

I've never forgotten my current phone number, I memorized it right when I got it.
Fact is that I'm good at memorizing those things, I hardly forget things like phone numbers, passwords, etc. So yeah, I never forgot any phone number I had in my life.

Ayano Katagiri July 17th, 2009 7:33 PM

Nope, I've never forgotten my current home nor my mobile number before.

I have forgotten what my home number used to be before we switched companies, but that was like 7-8 years ago. I'll probably take a few weeks to remember my new mobile number that I'm getting next month though.

Saltare. July 17th, 2009 7:34 PM

It's gonna be really hard for me since I'm gonna have 2 different cell phone numbers in 2 different states. Thank goodness for the Notepad app on the iPhone.

Sweet Smoochum July 17th, 2009 7:51 PM

Yes, but that's only because my house number has been changed so many times over the years. We always changed it so people would stop prank calling asking for a "Mrs. Bloomers." (That's not my last name btw, so don't even think it.)

s0nido July 17th, 2009 8:59 PM

Once I memorise a number, I never forget it. I never need to consult a phone book because I remember all the phone numbers I actually need to call. As for my own, same story :3

TwilightBlade July 17th, 2009 9:04 PM

Nah, but I once almost forgot my mom's cell phone number. It's embarrassing enough having to use a school phone because I don't have a cell phone, but it would be simply crushing if I had forgotten what to dial.. Talk about a brainfart.

Sarcastic Prince July 17th, 2009 10:54 PM

I always forget those damn friggin' telephone numbaz! >:[
Well, anyways, my answer will be yes. I'll save the contacts in my Moblie Phone's Notebook!
