I'm still hunting for that shiny scorbunny. not sure how many eggs now, probably a few hundred at least... which isn't much yeah, but I'm hoping I'll get it sooner rather than later. the fact that the next dlc will probably introduce an ability capsule that can change a regular ability to hidden makes me so much more relieved about if I end up hatching one with blaze hahaha

Hello to everyone! I just have a question. I have to ask it here because I can't find a reliable answer via Google.
In Ultra Sun, I'm trying to hatch a Shiny Fennekin (which I could hopefully transfer eventually to Shield or future games) with a Delphox I caught myself and a foreign Incineroar. I received that foreign Incineroar as a Litten through Wonder Trade, and when it evolved, its name reverted back to English. Will Masuda Method still work? I have already hatched more than 200 Fennekin eggs without luck. 🙁 I was successful with Beldum though. I managed to hatch a Shiny Beldum with less than 100 eggs by pairing my Metagross with a Korean Ditto. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EfI3uSPWkAMoGKm?format=jpg&name=small And to share something, I have only two Shinies in my Galar Hall of Fame Team 🙂 I transferred this Espeon from Pokemon Crystal VC via Pokemon Transporter and then to Pokemon HOME. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/Ed1mwR7UEAA_i7T?format=jpg&name=large I found this Rapidash as a Ponyta in Glimwood Tangle after searching for about 24 hours of gameplay. It took 543 encounters of Ponyta (with only 10% chance of appearing via random encounter in grass). https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EeJG3BoUcAAr79U?format=jpg&name=large I have some other Shinies aside from them. |
Quote:
However, I'm not sure how it would work if the Litten was obtained as an egg in an English game and hatched in a foreign game. (I assume that this would make the Litten/Incineroar English and therefore wouldn't work.) |
Quote:
And whenever I transfer a foreign Pokemon that evolved (and had its name revert to English) to Pokemon HOME, its name reverts to foreign language. |

After last month's bug-themed hunt (see my previous post) I decided to do a more broadly summer-themed hunt. I Horde-hunted Gelata the ice cream cone in gen 6, no SC. I SOS hunted Kehena the sandcastle in gen 7 with SC. I hatched Folia the summer deer (MM+SC) and Rotomatik the fan (gotta beat the heat, also MM+SC), and since summer is not all sunshine, I SR-hunted Raijin the thunderstorm man (with SC). And then, with all of these hunts taking a reasonable amount of time, the dumbest of the bunch decided to make me work hard for it. Heliotrope the sunflower decided to bloom after two long failed phases of friend safari hunting (no SC) and switching to dexnav for 980+ searches (also no SC) but I finally got him and promptly evolved him.

I've had another bit of good fortune.
I recently bought Ultra Sun and have successfully soft reset a shiny Litten! https://i.imgur.com/NF0sn3b.jpg |
Catching up, the time really does fly when you're in a pandemic and every month there's a brand new disaster. But this thread makes me feel happy.
I've caught a bunch of Pokemon Go shinies thanks to Community Days and GO Fest 2020, including some more shiny Gastly. My shiny Gengar is still all the way back in older games, so it's nice to have another in both PoGo and I transferred one to Let's Go then to Home then to SwSh, where I trained it and gave it the Max Soup to make shiny GMax Gengar which is pretty cool! My attempts to hatch shinies in Sword have never come to fruition however. I had been hatching Galar Corsola before hatching Deino for a friend. I hatched a shiny one on the fifth and final egg! But since then I haven't hatched a single one. I tried hatching Galar Yamask to try and get one for the Zeraora raid event (which I got the shiny Zeraora from Home) but after 300+ eggs it never came. I was working on getting breeding materials together to hatch for a shiny Silicobra, but I started to lose interest again outside of raid chances. Pokemon Go is a different story though. I play it every time I go out, and even though I don't battle on there I'm heavily invested in it especially since Remote Raid Passes are a thing. The last shiny I got was a shiny Unown as the second-to-last spawn during GO Fest Makeup day. It was the only shiny I found that day despite playing all three hours. It must have been because I had to use Incense and did not go out (I still live in a rural area.) But I'm glad I got it because it's extra special; there, Unown typically only appear during extremely special events such as Safari Zones and Pokemon GO Fest which are usually restricted to specific real world places and require tickets paid with real money. There's no way I'll ever be able to go someplace where those are held, so I took the dive with GO Fest 2020 since it was worldwide. I wanted a shiny Unown the most on those two days but didn't get it. So getting one on the makeup day made me satisfied (and not extremely angry I wasted 3 hours.) I'll have to make a list of my Go shinies. My first one was an Aron. Most of them are shinies I already got in the past, but some were new to me like the Alolan Exeggutor and Zangooses (Zangeese?) I got on GO Fest. But I like having them on there because it's not like I can bring my old friends to Go. And I don't want to bring some of them to future games because of how mechanics have changed (I'm looking at you, Cursed Body Gengar.) Me and my friends participated in the Max Raid Battles in SwSh for shiny GMax Eevee and Meowth, so I have them to thank for allowing me to play with them and catch them. I returned the favor when I found the shiny Wailord den, but it took us hours for it to finally stay in the ball for them. I still upload videos to my YouTube channel, but they're not as in order as I used to upload them because it got harder to keep track when Pokemon Go came out. It might be easier to give you all a list of what I'm wanting to hunt now, at least in SwSh: Silicobra Galarian Corsola Scorbunny (with HA, I'm hoping the datamined item from the next DLC is real allowing you to switch to HAs in case I can't get it on this one or Corsola) Blipbug Applin Toxel Rookidee Impidimp Clobbopuss Galarian Meowth (I wanna try fighting them in the wild) Galarian Yamask (still hatching these, I put in too much effort not to get it and I need Trick Room anyways) Cufant and more. A huge list for someone not interested in grinding eggs. But to date the only Galarian Pokemon I have that's shiny is my shiny Dracovish which took a long, long time to get because the fossils are full odds even if you have the Charm. Congrats on all the new shinies, and very cool to see new faces and old ones as well. :) Club of the Year!!!!! |
I have a question about overworld spawns in SwSh.
Is their Shininess determined already as soon as they spawn? Or only when you bump into them? If the case is the former, then there's no use soft resetting. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just to share: Another Shiny I transferred from Pokemon Crystal VC https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EgKs5R_UcAA-V3u?format=jpg&name=large This one took me more than a hundred eggs! And more Shinies that I got from Ultra Space Wilds https://twitter.com/Hocus_Pokemon/status/1297456007665180672 |
My first Shiny in over a month! I just recently got one of the ultra rare Cram-o-matic Balls (Safari Ball) and decided to try catching a Shiny Bergmite with it (Luxio was tempting and probably better suited for the Safari theme, but I think I'd rather hunt it in HGSS). At one point while doing my encounters, I got boxed in by a couple Jellicent and a Clobbopus. The Clobbopus was Shiny (full-odds too, I reckon)!
https://i.imgur.com/3eg6qDh.jpg I'm thinking about naming him Perry, after his periwinkle coloring. (Believe it or not, that wasn't an intentional Phineas and Ferb reference.) (PERRY ♪ PERRY THE CLOBBOPUS ♪) |

Last month I posted my summer hunt, and in September I kept it going with a fall hunt focusing on changing foliage (although there is an impostor among us). Pitcher the bellsprout was a quick horde encounter in X, Petrichor the Shroomish was 600 dexnav in AS, Nictynasty the Phantump was from FS in X, Shroom Bloom the Morelull and Shohin the Bonsly were both SOS (with SC in Sun) and Sylvia the Fall Deerling was probaby my most unpleasant hunt yet (MM+SC for several weeks, lost count).
I had hoped for a chikorita but I was so fed up with breeding and didn't have much time to hunt one in Island Scan so I'll have to get it some other time. Now I'm gearing up for a Halloween hunt and I have so many good ones to hunt. |
The Sneasel hunt continues, but I got this after only 5 encounters this morning!
https://i.imgur.com/zKoVzk7.jpg I failed to capture a Shiny Quagsire when I found one in the Great Marsh years ago, so I'm glad to finally have one! I named her Tama (ball) because I remembered Quagsire liking round things in the anime. |
I know Summer is long gone, but I kept forgetting posting my hunts here. I decided to include a small story behind the team to make it more fun.
Let's start with the one I decided to call "One day at a beach". The idea behind it is simple: What can you see on beach? https://i.imgur.com/I94vEUm.png Let's start with you. Slightly burned, but enjoying your stay. https://i.imgur.com/bkd60BQ.png But then, an annoying kid runs all over you and kicks a sand in your face. Well, we were all once kids. https://i.imgur.com/ji7EW1p.png So it's time to go to sea to get rid of that sand. While going there, you can see the kid's mum. https://i.imgur.com/oiC7cj8.png The sea is great. You can clearly see a beautiful and colorful corals. https://i.imgur.com/0ya68EY.png And fish are swimming all around you. https://i.imgur.com/P0VG7bI.png You return back on your lounger and watch a surfer taking on a huge waves in a distance... Next up is "Going hiking" theme team. It tells a story of a family hiking trip. https://i.imgur.com/RmFmzbP.pnghttps://i.imgur.com/NsN4N0W.png You and your family decide to go hiking. https://i.imgur.com/bX35sXG.png The mountain is huge, but after several hours, you claimed the top. https://i.imgur.com/OAJWWAT.png But it took you the whole day, so you decided to stay at the top for the night. https://i.imgur.com/QaKteYW.png You can see shooting stars in the sky. https://i.imgur.com/aMh4Tx3.png And in the morning, you woke up to the balloons flying high... Since it's October now, I think my next theme team will be spooky. I might finally hunt shiny Phantump, since that's my favourite Ghost-type. |
Shinies apparently aren't as rare in this game (about 1-2% as far as I can find), but I started Pokémon Quest a few days ago and scored a Shiny Eevee! I didn't even know that this game had Shinies!
https://i.imgur.com/avUvHiU.jpg Funny that my first Shiny was Eevee when the only Shiny on my "IRL Team" is an Eevee. Spoiler:
EDIT: Not sure what the odds are, but I got a Shiny Kangaskhan from a Dynamax Adventure! It would seem that Dynamax Adventure Shinies don't show their Shininess until after you catch them and finish the challenge. https://i.imgur.com/Z0Goyea.jpg EDIT 2: Shiny odds in Dynamax Adventures is apparently 1/300. Also, I finally got an Ability Patch and used it on my Shiny Alolan Sandslash. I can also confirm that the Ability Patch does NOT allow you to change a Hidden Ability to a regular Ability. (Unfortunately, this means no Serene Grace for my Shiny Dunsparce from VC Gold...) |
I used the pokeradar on my copy of Pokemon Y to catch a shiny skiddo for a friend the day before yesterday. I caught this female skiddo in the big purple flower patch surrounding a boulder on route 5. It's the place underneath the track from to the roller skating course.
I was extremely lucky and found Skiddo on a chain of only 3!!!!! I don't believe the fast music was playing, but maybe it did start, and I was just so excited and shocked to see the sudden sparkle that the music escaped my notice. This Skiddo is a special gift for a friend of mine who is getting married soon. Since we are both Pokemon fans I wanted to give her a shiny pokemon for good luck on her wedding day, and asked her what pokemon would most like. She picked a shiny gogoat. You don't see gogoat a whole lot, but I think this line of Pokemon is well-designed with lots of interesting utility moves. Being able to learn milk drink is awesome. I also have some fun memories of riding on Gogoat and Skiddo at Lumiose City, and I think on a ranch in-game. So I'd say this is an underrated Pokemon that we should see more, you don't encounter it much outside of XY. I hadn't paid much attention to the shinies of this evolutionary line before, but now that I have set eyes on shiny Skiddo first hand I can see why she wanted this Pokemon. It's really a pretty and whimsical shiny. I love all the gold skiddo is sporting. It reminds me of the golden fleece from Greek mythology. I haven't got the heart to evolve it because I think skiddo is the cutest, but I will be saying farewell to Skiddo and trading this little one to a friend in a few days, so the it will be entirely up to her if skiddo ultimately becomes a Gogoat. I fought the impulsive urge to name Skiddo Mountain Dew, because my friend already asked me to name the pokemon Evergreen for her. So this Skiddo has been named Evergreen, and is awaiting her true trainer to come pick her up tomorrow. This Skiddo is naughty natured, I was synchronizing for Adamant, but it's still an attack boosting nature, and I am grateful for whatever I could find using this really erratic method of hunting shinies. I usually stay away from the pokeradar, but after spending a month slowly hatching eggs with the Masuda method, and not having much luck I decided to roll the dice and try something different. I am glad that I did! https://i.postimg.cc/6Qzdn6df/IMG-20201028-164041135.jpg This is not the only shiny pokemon I snagged for a friend recently. Earlier this month I chained for a shiny cottonee for a different friend of mine. He didn't ask for it, but since Whimsicott is his signature pokemon I want him to have it. Nice timid nature like I was shooting for, thank you Alakazam for lending me your synchronize ability! https://i.postimg.cc/vZbhVNJM/IMG-20201028-170109843.jpg Shiny Whimsicott looks lovely with the darker coloration and dash of midnight blue, but I like shiny Cottonee best. I have a weakness it seems for golden shinies. I have tentatively named this one Dreamsicle, but I will let my friend ultimately pick the name this time too. Last but not least I captured a shiny, modest Wartotle this month on Friend Safari for a third friend of mine who I knew was feeling down, and liked this pokemon. I got it for her as a surprise in hopes that it would cheer her up. She asked that I name him Krile. Turquoise was what I called him briefly until I went the name changer and got him the name that made her happy. Krile is now in a loving home with his new trainer! I think shiny Wartotle looks the best of all the middle stage Kanto starter Pokemon. The pictures don't do it justice. He is periwinkle with a sea green tail and back shell. https://i.postimg.cc/V6mzQ1Tp/IMG-20201008-230508237.jpg |

Not the male I was hoping for, but I finally got a pre-3DS full-odds Shiny Sneasel! Caught her in Diamond and traded to SoulSilver where the shorter feather isn't as noticeable.
https://i.imgur.com/yosW09K.jpg Same nickname as my Sneasel from Moon, but I might change it later if I can think of something I like more. Unless I find a male while training her and my Shiny Quagsire, I reckon this finishes off my Gen. IV full-odds Shiny team! https://i.imgur.com/iriaGOB.jpg EDIT: Full-odds(?) Shiny Avalugg! https://i.imgur.com/JnSoEiY.jpg I love how Shiny Avalugg looks this Gen! I named him Herbert (from sherbert, an alternative spelling of sherbet) and caught him in a Heavy Ball. :3 |
I was pretty spooked when this happened yesterday. I failed a shiny while using the pokeradar in XY. Now that I have gotten over the initial shock of what happened and the feelings of disappointment from a missed opportunity, I wanted to talk about the experience. Hopefully I will become more educated so that I don't make such a mistake again, and maybe it will also be informative to others, especially because the way that I believe I failed is rather unusual to hear of with this particular method, though there are plenty ways to botch the pokeradar. I use the word "believe" because I am not 100% sure of what happened, but I'm like 99. 9% sure of what I saw.
I was walking in the grass on route 14, trying to find a haunter to form a chain around so I could nab myself a shiny one. This is one of the rarer Pokemon in the area, so I was encountering everything but Haunter, and not able to get a chain off immediately. I saw shelmet, karrablast, skorupi, carnivine, quagsire and weepinbell again and again, and was forced to run from encounters over and over to reset the radar because each time they were the wrong Pokemon. I had bought 200 max repels for the job, but noticed that they had whittled down to 180, but still no Haunter. That quantity still should have been plenty to get me to a chain of 40 once I found Haunter, but I didn't want to keep wasting my repels for an indefinite period of time just trying to find a regular Haunter to begin the chain. Also having to walk another 50 steps every time I ran from the more common Pokemon on the route to charge up the radar's battery made the journey ahead even more tiring. So I decided to reset the radar for a final time, but this time I created a save point after I had taken the mandatory 50 steps. From that point on I would activate the radar, go into the shaking grass, and if Haunter wasn't there soft reset instead of running to save me walk time, start at the same save point--rinse and repeat until I found my first Haunter. I did this a few times uneventfully, but after walking on one shaking patch of grass something odd happened. Out of the shadows appeared a weepinbell. I grimly soft reset the ds since it wasn't my Pokemon of choice, but as I was resetting I heard a ringing sound, and glanced up. The last thing I saw before the screen faded to black were some blue sparkles floating around the weepinbell! I don't think my eyes were playing tricks on me or that this was a lighting issue. I am pretty sure that it was a shiny weepinbell I just erased forever. The thing is the grass didn't glitter! I just remember seeing a normal, shaking patch of grass. Had I known that shiny pokemon could appear on normal tiles I would have paid much closer attention to every Pokemon encounter, even if it wasn't the pokeradar Pokemon I was looking for. I am usually very hypervigilant, and it's rare for me to fail a shiny, but shiny pokemon being on non shiny tiles was not something I had accounted for. I was so singularly focussed on Haunter that I barely looked at the weepinbell when I saw it wasn't the Haunter I needed to begin a chain, and not seeing any sparkles on the ground gave me no reason to alert to a shiny pokemon's presence. It didn't help also that weepinbell has a barely noticeable shiny change.I only processed that it was shiny because I saw light around it. I am so sure that I did! Even though it wasn't my goal to catch one of these, a shiny is still a shiny. I wouldn't have minded a blue-lipped shiny victrebel. Oh well. Does anyone else have experience finding shiny pokemon in the rustling grass randomly? Is the experience I am describing indeed something rare that can happen with the pokeradar? Shiny pokemon in regular moving grass tiles, no sparkles in the overworld? I haven't been able to find a lot of documentation about this, but there isn't as much copious info on the pokeradar in general since it's not quite as popular as some of the other gen 6 shiny hunting methods like friend safari, chain fishing, Dexnav or masuda. Just because I haven't read about it doesn't mean it's not true. Please tell me I'm not crazy y'all. I couldn't have imagined this. |

RIP Shiny Weepinbell... :( |
Hello everyone! Seeing as this is my first post here, I will detail all of my legit shinies. 😉 My first ever was around 2005 in Emerald, I was 10-11ish with no idea of what a shiny was when I happened upon a green Marill near the Winstrates (I think...). Lucky, even though I didn't know what I shiny was, I caught it and ended up with a golden Azumarill. Eventually though, I restarted the game and lost it forever. 😆
I didn't find another legit shiny until Gen 6 where I got a shiny Bergmite, Murkrow, and Boldore which are lost forever because I forgot the Accounts info.. oh well. Gen 6 is also when I got really into breeding and competitive and I ended up breeding a shiny Absol which was neat but I also lost that on the old account. Now to my current shinies, all on my current account. From random wild encounters and dynamax raids I have a shiny Stufful, Midday Lycanrock, Mr. Mime, Dusclops, and Nidoking (it was my first Crown Tundra encounter and I am super proud of it). I have been getting a lot of shinies in Gen 8 because I have the shiny charm and use the Masuda Method while breeding. I have bred shiny Rotom, Toxapex, Grimmsnarl, Corviknight, and Charizard all in under 50 eggs. I have a notebook where I track Nuzlockes and shiny egg hunts and so far I have three hunts going past 50 eggs. I got Hawlucha in 64 and gave up on Magikarp at around 400 (I lost exact count on that one). My current hunt has been going for two days and it is Aegislash with 101 eggs hatched so far. I have kept two Honedge that are Modest 6 IVs so if you need one let me know! Edit: I also bred shiny Tyranitar and Feraligatr, not sure how many eggs though, they were both before I started counting. |
Just got my Shiny 5IV Honedge after 356 eggs! Took a break two days ago and just sat down to hatch more, 16 eggs in I got it! Next up is Glarian Zigzagoon.

It finally happened! I captured my target of a shiny mincinno after hunting on and off in a friend's normal type safari since October. I ran into more than half a dozen shiny lillipup in this safari before meeting this little one. I captured her in a heal ball, which suits her pastel rose color scheme nicely I think. I named this new pokemon Pink Mink, the name of a beauty store in my area.
https://i.postimg.cc/pLtnYHq4/IMG-20210116-074244883.jpg I'll keep some of the shiny lillipup even though it wasn't what I was looking for, a shiny is still a shiny. However, I have so many that I can spare some shiny lillipup if anyone wants one. I caught enough to have myself a shiny from each stage of the lillipup evolutionary line, and still have 3 or 4 leftover to give away. If anyone has the capacity for a 3ds trade and is interested let me know. They are mostly adamant nature because I was synchronizing at the time. Incidentally, I wasn't using synchronize when I caught Mincinnio at long last. On that occasion I had a male jigglypuff with cute charm leading the party. It may have been a fluke. While I know the overworld effect of cute charm makes pokemon 2-3 times more likely to be the opposite gender of the user, I am not sure exactly how this ability works on Pokemon like mincinnio that already have higher odds of being one gender-- I.e 75% are female. It couldn't have hurt though. |
10 years!!!!!!!!!!
It's been 10 years since I joined the SHC, and I couldn't be happier!! Joining PC's coolest club was definitely the best decision of my life, and I've had an absolute blast so far - here's to 10 more fantastically spectacular years of shiny hunting!!! :boogie: In my very first post back on January 26th, 2011, I included the following list: Quote:
Spoiler:
Wait, what's that last one? I don't remember a shiny Smoochum in there... OMG Shiny SMOOCHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another swarm shiny!! I found Smooch at 11:50 AM on August 29th, 2020. I would've never known that it was shiny, but when I looked down to check my DS, I saw the last corner of sparkles dissipating! "lol" I was so shocked to see those stars, since I couldn't tell that the Smoochum was different from all the others I'd encountered, haha. I got so lucky that I looked down in time to see the stars!!! The thing was a toughie to capture, taking 15 Heal Balls! I only had 17 on me, so it was quite serendipitous that Smooch relented when it did, haha! It shone on encounter #6612 of my Pearl swarm hunt! I named her Brrigette, a combination of "Brrr!" and frigid, since, y'know, it's an Ice-type Pokémon... *hears nickname masters icycatelf and the Alolan naturalist groaning from across oceans and continents* Spoiler:
"lol" so I caught shiny Smooch back in August and saved the above couple of paragraphs as a draft, but I forgot to post it!! This latest capture brings my grand total to... *drumroll* 91 shinies!!! We know what the next goal is: onward to 100!! :pink_boogie: Congrats to everyone on your recent shinies, welcome to all the new members, and may we all continue stupendous shiny adventures over the next decade!! |
Hi, I'm Nick. Am new here (on the fourms) and was hoping to join so here's my first post.
in the mainline games the shinies I have are: Gyarados (in soulsilver from the lake of rage) And Zubat (also in soulsilver, Caught via random encounters at 374 encounters, the night before my birthday as well making it feel quite special) Am currently hunting bellsprout in soul silver (random encounters) Hoot hoot in soul silver (random encounters) and charmander in leaf green (soft resetting) I also have 38 shinies in pokemon go but am only gunna update on mainline shinies here. |
Over my last few hunts only, I started counting my encounters but I have gotten quite a few over the years, I'll try to catalog all of them here though. I am not counting gift Pokemon either.
Sapphire: Marill In Pokemon Y: Bergmite, Absol, Boldore, Feraligatr, Murkrow. ORAS: Zubat In USUM: Buizel, Tyranitar (I didn't play much because Gen 7 was ass) In Shield (This is where my shinies have popped off, my luck has been nasty): Nidoking (first encounter in Crown Tundra), Stufful. Next section are max raid battles: Lycanroc Midday, Dusclops, Mr. Mime. The rest are from hatching and the first section are approximations within 5 eggs and the second section are exacts eggs. Impidimp-74, Rotom-28, Rookidee-38, Charmander-25 and now the exact counts, Mareanie-13, Hawlucha-64, Honedge-356, Zigzagoon-105. If I think of any more I will add them too. My current hunt is Magikarp at 360 eggs hatched using Shiny Charm and Masuda method. |

Been a while since I posted but recently completed some very fun hunts for the lunar year of the Ox and for Valentine's day.
The Oxen are Roquefort the miltank (Masuda method+ SC, slightly under odds), Colorado the Bouffalant (898 Dexnav, no SC), and Big Bos the Tauros (also Masuda+SC, some 200 eggs) The Pink crew were caught in the FS with no SC (Rhoda the wobbuffet, Felix the espurr, Sakura the pachirisu), with SOS+SC (Tamarin the aipom, Alexandria the flaaffy, Mimosa the oricorio and Prima Donna the smoochum) and Island scan (Sun Wukong the monferno) Also shout out to @visionsofmilotic who's been a great trading buddy for friend safari duplicates :) |
Just got a shiny Dratini after 377 eggs, Unfortunately, it is only 4iv with Shed Skin so I have some work to do to make it competitively viable. Super stoked to get it though, was about 3 days of pretty consistent hatching, those pseudos... 🙄

I'd been bouncing between a few Shiny hunts, but I decided to focus on Luxio after a thread earlier this month reminded me of just how happy Luxio makes me. Got my full-odds golden boy today (caught as Shinx)! :D

Hullo!
It's being a while but still hunting strong, well I started again after a break. Currently hunting in SW&SH for a wooloo. Will be posting shinies when I get them. Glad seeing the club is still running smooth & congrats on the club award!!! @G-Money Congrats on the 10 years dude, what an acomplishement and look at all those shinies :O |
Does anyone know shinyrates for dexnaving without shiny charm?
Originally I thought dexnaving was 1/512 regardless of chain and search level. But I’ve heard that shinyrate increases once you have a search level of 999. I like to use the search level as a counter so when a hunt goes over 999 I save it at 989, then reset game when I do 10 encounters. It saves repels as well. But I’m starting to think my odds are currently 1/4096 lol. Partly because the search level is under 999 and also because of the resetting the game. |
Quote:
Consider using your Repels as counters? Or just try to keep track in your head. I personally tend to keep count by playing Saria's Song (Zelda OOT) in my head. (One-one-one One-one-one One-one-one, Two-two-two Two-two-two Three-three-three, and so on.) |
My shinies for the last couple of weeks in SW&SH!
Hunting dewpider & cubchoo atm, wish me luck!! & SHINY VIBES TO ALL!!! https://i.imgur.com/iAm0nPx.jpg https://i.imgur.com/4JPVviP.jpg https://i.imgur.com/4jUyTj8.jpg https://i.imgur.com/WXWMQLm.jpg https://i.imgur.com/wlk1dmE.jpg https://i.imgur.com/ZTpcEB3.jpg |
Hit kind of a dry spell here. Still grinding tho.
Sending shiny vibes to all!! 😄 |
Caught a shiny female Pangoro in Shield after joining a random raid.
In Gigantamax form it's hard to tell if it's shiny but I do like the brown fur and red hands the shiny form has. It was caught in a repeat ball. |
Today shiny Gothita showed up at 1,445 dexnav encounters. My next hunt is Elgyem. But it can have Teleport and Simple Beam :/
|
Got them shinies today ^^
Dewpider finally shined & drifloon showed up around 30ish encounters. The bewear is from a while ago, but I didn't show it off yet ^^ congrats on them shinies guys and *shiny vibes* to all!!!!!!!! https://i.imgur.com/BFMDiK0.jpg https://i.imgur.com/UbxvD0s.jpg https://i.imgur.com/Gzi5Y8I.jpg |
SHINY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUBONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh yeah!!!!!!!!!!! Shiny Cubone!!! What a cool shiny for a Ghost hunter, hahahaha! :laugh-squinted: I've been hunting the daily Swarm Pokémon in Pearl, and last Saturday's was Cubone on Route 203! At around 9:47 PM on May 8th, 2021, I looked down at my DS and saw the swirling stars!! I'm glad I caught them, since I probably wouldn't have noticed otherwise! Cubone's purplish shade is a pretty subtle change from regular Cubone, so the stars really saved me, haha! It looked absolutely dope in the dark of night! (btw the time-of-day differences in GenIV are absolutely dope...it's like a totally different region at the different times of day! And they're all amazingly cool!!!) Cubone shone on encounter #8675 of my Swarm hunt, and I caught him on the first Dusk Ball attempt! I named him Fysdimor, a stylized spelling of the phonetically identical Fils de Mort, which is French for "Son of Death." :pink_laugh: Spoiler:
Spoiler:
|
I’m not 100% certain but it seems that Simple Beam is always in the first slot and thus Teleport, the egg move, also takes the first slot overriding the learned attack. Phew so it can’t have both attacks at the same time from my understanding. Unlike Ralts which can have Momento and Teleport 🤣
With that one I actually bred Kirlia with Muk so I could have one with Momento and Imprison. Switched Muk with Misdreavus to get a Misdreavus with Perish Song and Imprison before hunting Lapras in friend safari. |

First post here. Just wrapped up my shiny Love Ball Jangmo-o breeding. 1800 eggs for 3 of them so I that I could have all stages shiny ^.^ Sheesh Dragon eggs take so long to hatch T^T
My 3rd one to hatch: Spoiler:
Also, yesterday, I accidentally bumped into a random stufful while hatching eggs and got this: Spoiler:
A Pokemon Camp image with all 3 Jangmo-o stages: Spoiler:
2 Pokemon Camp images with the Shiny stufful, as well as feebas & Milotic (my previous shiny breed before jangmo-o was a love ball & level ball Feebas): Spoiler:
I haven't yet compiled a list of shinies I own. I'll include that in my next post if that's not a problem. Edit: put a link in my signature to what shinies I have. The bred page images seem to bug out and require you to click a diff page after clicking on it, and then going back to it to properly align. |
Hello! Wanted to ask a question of experienced shiny hunters - where there is a choice, for Legendary Pokemon would you recommend soft resetting Ultra Wormholes in USUM, or repeating Dynamax Adventures? I'm wondering if the 1/100 chance is really less time consuming when you have to go through the entire thing beforehand, as opposed to just resetting over and over with significantly higher odds. Would be interested to hear some thoughts :3

Caught these in Wild Overworld Encounters:
Spoiler:
Shiny bred and evolved these: Spoiler:
Also, I've put a shiny sheet in my signature. Original Post of this thread said to list all shinies I have. The bred page is bugged for some reason (probably too many images). The pics will be displaced. To Fix: Click on a diff tab, then go back to the Bred page. Also my next shiny breed will probably be a Dream Ball Espeon. Gonna go play New Pokemon Snap first now though =) |
I got shiny Elgyem today in about 750 dexnavs.
It had Teleport so switched to Dugtrio with Arena Trap and fortunately caught it full health awake in an ultra ball. It was level 49. I now am thiefing some Charcoal off Vulpix to get my money back up. |
OMG shiny Anorith!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I did it!! Anorith shone on SR #16356, at 7:19 AM on June 3rd!! I woke up like 40 minutes before my alarm was set to go off on Thursday morning, and after a few minutes of trying to fall back asleep, I figured that I wouldn't have much more time to sleep once I managed to fall back asleep anyway, so I might as well get some shiny hunting in, "lol!"!! I fired up Pearl and checked the daily Swarm, and as always on days that the Swarm ends up being some lame Pokémon, I headed over to SR for my favorite fossil! And Anorith shone!! I'd never seen what shiny Anorith looked like before, and it looks pretty cool! It's like a shinier and slicker-looking Anorith, hahaha! It really does shine and look super rare! :laugh-squinted: I named him Trylo, since he kind of reminds me of a trilobite. Gosh, I haven't seen one of those guys for a long time... :pink_confused: Spoiler:
Spoiler:
And a huge thanks to VIsionofMilotic for naming us Club of the Month!!! :boogie: :pink_boogie: :boogie: :pink_boogie: |
I’ve been dexnaving both Elgyem and Vulpix for Charcoal and today my 4th shiny Vulpix appeared.
|
SHINY SEVIPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OMG I got one the coolest shinies ever!!!! The truly polychromatic iridescent beauty, Seviper!!! I was hunting the daily Swarm in Pearl, and last Saturday, June 19th, the Swarm was Dunsparce on Route 208. Route 208 has Seviper show up too if you put Sapphire into the DS's GBA slot, so of course I did that for a chance at another super-cool shiny, and it worked!! Axiom 22 ftw!!!! :laugh-squinted: :pink_boogie: :laugh-squinted: I knew it was shiny before it was even all the way across the screen, haha, hahaha! Shiny Seviper looks amazing!!!!!!! When Seviper appeared, I swapped out my Illuminate Volbeat for my Kricketune with Sing, and it let off a melody to echo through the night. The Sing worked, and shiny Seviper fell asleep! But I forgot one thing... ...Seviper has Shed Skin, which brushes off the status change! The wild Seviper woke up! "lol!" I totally was caught off guard by that, but I tossed Luxury Balls at the beauteous serpent, and the second Luxury Ball caught it! Woo-hoo! :pink_boogie: I found Seviper at 6:30 PM on June 19th, 2021, and he shone on encounter #7016 of my Pearl Swarm hunt. I named him Severus - the name that sounds most like Seviper - which also makes him... *lowers sunglasses* ...Severus Snake! Spoiler:

My second shiny Elgyem showed up today in 465 Dexnav encounters.
|
Found a shiny Noibat while EV training the other day, making it my 45th found shiny in Sw/Sh. Also found out you can transfer shinies from Go! so I have about 50 that I can send to Pokemon home 😅.

Got shiny Tympole in 308 dexnavs.

Hatched a shiny Kangaskhan yesterday in 960 eggs. Been hatching on and off since Jul 2020.

This looks like a club I'd like to join!
Here's my list of shinies, some have evolved since I caught them (Pokemon Black) Random Encounter: Garbodor (First shiny lol) Zangoose (Pokemon X) Friend Safari: Lampent x2 Trevenant Phantump x2 Masuda: Ninetales Raichu Chain fishing: Politoed Poliwhirl Corsola Clawitzer x2 Octillery x2 Qwilfish x2 Hoard: Wingull Pelipper Random Encounter: Goodra Durant Altaria |

I am planning a shiny hunting spree in October to celebrate my favorite month and holiday. I think I am going to hunt for 4-5 total mons. I am going to hunt for: Pumkaboo, Trevenant, Absol, and Golurk. I figured Dark and Ghost types would be a fun theme for October and since I have a shiny charm and use the Masuda Method, 4-5 is pretty doable.
|
Today I found shiny Shellos in 250 dexnav encounters.
|
I didn't count the eggs but I just got shiny Solosis in roughly 15-20 eggs! New hunt is going to be Marill in honor of my first shiny from Pokemon Sapphire!
|
11865 Pearl Swarm encounters
8192 Route 203/Route 204 encounters 1876 Shieldon I've continued to hunt for the daily Swarm in Pearl when it's something cool (and most days, it is - the Swarmers are awesome!!!), and on days that it's not, I go for Lotad or Shieldon! I was initially hunting Lotad with Sapphire inserted on Route 203, but I've since moved over to Route 204, since it basically swaps out Abra for Budew as an Axiom 22 possibility, and I'd much rather get a shiny Budew along the way than another shiny Abra, haha! And I have five Shieldon fossils instead of just one, so those SRs go much, much faster than the Anorith ones did! :pink_boogie: Spoiler:
|
Hey, I'm desperately looking for some answers. I've been on a shiny hunt for chewtle, for 70 hours i stopped counting my encounters after 10k encounters. I also haven't gotten a gym badge yet. Is there something I need to do to before shinys will even spawn or am I just the unluckily player in all of sword and sheild

Oof. Finally wrapped up my Spheal shiny breed. 2550 eggs for all 3 of them.
The egg count combined with a busy work schedule, made this shiny breed take roughly a month xD Images: Spoiler:
While I was breeding I bumped into a random Cubchoo that turned out to be shiny (before I even hatched a single shiny Spheal xD): Spoiler:
Also took this shiny badboy home from a Dynamax Adventure: Spoiler:
Next on my list is shiny breeding Alolan Sandshrew and Alolan Sandslash. |

Today I booted up the game for the first time in roughly 4 months and did two dynamax adventures, both of which resulted in shinies. Normally I wouldn't count these or really care do the the significantly higher rates but given the circumstances (and the fact that Zygarde is near impossible to beat..), I think I will. :D Spoiler:
|
Dang... shiny Zygarde.... I considered hunting it, but it took me like 10-12 tries with randos to even beat it once (NPC's are useless in that fight) xD
That is a great one to get 👍 |
That Zygarde is sick! I am around 100 eggs or so into my Marill hunt and nothing yet, might do some more hatching today, haven't done any in the last week or so! I did get a shiny Umbreon though :P.

This week I've found a few more shinies. I found a Shiny Galarian Slowpoke after about 38 encounters kinda - I previously hunted this when IoA came out and got one after 511. Went back a few days ago to get another for Slowking. Spoiler:
Also got a two shinies from one Dynamax Adventure, which I'm happy with given the options. RIP to the Nidoqueen (who I despise) to get one of my favorites - Bisharp! I also have no idea why embedding it destroyed the GIF quality.. Spoiler:
I also was extremely bored today and made an entire google sheet to chronicle all my shiny Pokemon. Currently hunting Purrloin in Shield - at roughly 2000 encounters at the current time. Edit: Got Purrloin :P Spoiler:

Now I need to get a Shiny Tyrouge (my second favorite aesthetic Shiny) to replace Sneasel in HeartGold, then I might take a break and try getting back into arting a bit. EDIT: Actually, I got the urge to play XY and now I'm trying for a Shiny Espurr. xP |

ugh..... my Heavy Ball shiny Alola Sandshrew breed is finished at last. 2100 eggs for the first, making it my highest egg count yet for a single mon.
And then another 900 eggs for the second, so a nice round 3000 eggs @[email protected] Evolved one into Alola Sandslash of course. Spoiler:
Couple camp images, because I can't resist: Spoiler:
|
I've been hunting a Shiny male Espurr on and off for over a year, mainly in Shield, but last month I got the urge to explore Kalos again (as it's been a while since I've played XY) and decided to hunt it in Gen. VI instead. The pink kitty appeared today!
Spoiler:
I named him Len, meaning "brave like a lion." He's a cat and has a Brave nature, plus, with Meowstic's blonde fur, it also evokes images of Kagamine Len. (If I ever decide to hunt a female or just find one by chance, I could name her Rin!) Tempted to change it to Kero though, after the Cardcaptors mascot. Once I've finished training him and gotten my fill of the Kalos region, I'll probably trade him to AS where I can try to get the Contest Star Ribbon and make him part of my Super Secret Base team. UPDATE: Changed his name to Kero and earned the Contest Star Ribbon! |
It's finally happened!
Behold! Spoiler:
My beautious third member of the Sinnoh trio has finally shone! So I did make true on my promise of completing the trio before D/P remakes were released, although only barely... I also got a few wormhole shinies (Abomasnow and Crustle) on Ultra Sun and chained a Croagunk and Skiddo on X. I was just going for living dex when I caught the wormhole shinies. I am currently doing some Pumpkaboo breeding for Halloween. I may just keep up this hunt so I can free up my X game for other things. Good luck and congrats everyone! |

Just finished a pretty fast shiny Love Ball Eiscue breed, 220 eggs. Showed up while I was still filling my boxes up =3
Praise be the pink pengu! Spoiler:
Game randomly gave me a shiny Level Ball Duraludon while I was breeding roughly 1,5 week ago. Kinda already had a Heavy ball one, but a freebie is a freebie =3 Spoiler:
Hatched 2 shiny Level Ball Eevee's back in early October too. Wasn't sure if I wanted to feed it max soup or not. But the game gave me a second one while emptying my boxes so I just fed one Max Soup and kept the other as is xD around 250 eggs iirc, so was pretty fast too. Spoiler:
Mandatory camp images: Spoiler:

I haven't posted here in years! But I'm so excited to get back into shiny hunting, make new shiny hunting friends, and hopefully connect with some old friends.
Congrats to everyone and their recent shiny acquisitions! :D Hopefully I'll be amongst you soon! |

Finished my Shiny Lure Ball Shellder breed, 1.200 eggs total for two of them. Evolved one into cloyster. Gotta say I kinda wish Cloyster would've kept Shellder's really nice orange shiny, but the blue ain't bad I guess.
Spoiler:
Also shiny bred a Heavy Ball Galar Daramuka (a mere 150 eggs) and evolved it into a Galar Darmanitan not too long ago: Spoiler:
Some camp images: Spoiler:
I do need to breed another Galar Darumaka so that I have the line shiny, but.... BDSP is calling to me =3 |

Hello again gang! Every time I remember this thread I find that years have passed me by since my last post :( For some reason I can't see all my old posts on my profile, but I'm pretty sure it's almost been ten years since my first post on this thread! I used to go by TheShinyEeeveee here and on YouTube ^^

I myself haven't found any 1/8192 shinies since I found a Seel in Leafgreen in July of 2017. However, my sister and I planned a replay of Diamond to celebrate the remakes, and I wanted a shiny Chatot for my team, so I hatched one! https://pbs.twimg.com/media/FEgdUWFXIAgUz8r?format=jpg Via Masuda method, he took 3448 eggs :) This inspired a nostalgic kick reading a bunch of my old posts here, and now I'm 1,400 soft resets deep into a Dialga hunt on my new Diamond save file, lol! I'm not sure how long this shiny hunting stint will last as I'm now an adult with a job (unfortunately!) but I would love to get some cool shinies and reconnect with some old friends! |
Winter has brought me ice pokemon. I hunted for a shiny delibird in an ice Pokemon Friend Safari on Pokemon Y. I caught the nice lavender bird, and gifted it to a friend of mine who is an ice trainer, as a gift for the Christmas season. I couldn't help, but at with it awhile in Poke Amie before I traded it awayz this guy is so cute. It has a nice timid nature.
Before I encountered Delibird I also found a nice shiny bergmite and beartic on the ice safari. I might use that Beartic, even though it's shiny doesn't change that much, it's still shiny, and has a nice jolly nature. I remember doing well with Beartic when I used it for a Pokemon Black playthrough, and wouldn't mind battling with one again. My greatest ice Pokemon find though was shiny Kyurem on my copy of Omega Ruby. I hunted it in the mirage spot post game, the gnarled den, and am very proud of being able to soft reset for it. I don't hunt legendaries often, Kyurem is my second non-event shiny legendary, the first bring a shiny Lugia I hunted on Crystal and gave to a friend for the secret santa event once. I think Kyurem's shiny is the best of Tao Trio. My friend Janp cloned it for me, and I have given some of the clones away to my fellow dragon lovers at Dragon Ascent. Here's Kyurem. Isn't he beautiful? https://i.postimg.cc/pdsjLKJ5/IMG-20211121-094131247.jpg |

My Shield game gave me the Shiny Heavy Ball Galar Darumaka I was breeding for on Christmas 😊
Spoiler:
Additionally, the main reason I went shiny breeding again despite not being done with BDSP is because the game gave me a free shiny Friend Ball Bagon and Dream Ball Galar Ponyta while I was breeding boxes for an event xD Both have been evolved all the way: Spoiler:
In between the freebies and the Darumaka I also shiny bred for a second shiny Dream Ball Galar Ponyta to have the line shiny (and it gave me two lol): Spoiler:
Mandatory camp images =D Spoiler:

I have not shiny hunted much recently but earlier this week I found on my Shining Pearl game:
Shiny Male Rash Togepi (Jubilee) Ability - Serene Grace OT - Jennifer This shiny was found using the Pokeradar on Route 230 whilst EV training a Starmie for Battle Tower. He was found in a Sparkling patch at the start of a new chain and since I do not have the Shiny Charm yet I think it makes it a full odds shiny. On Shining Pearl Route 230 has Floatzel, Gloom, Weepinbell, Dustox, Golduck and Togepi as Pokeradar encounters so I did not know what it would be. The Shiny Togepi appeared and the Shiny has a pinker body with the red and blue markings reversed. It is a nice Shiny. He is now a Shiny Togekiss. Shiny Togekiss is an off-white colour with the red and blue markings reversed. A very lucky find. Jubilee is my first ever Shiny in Sinnoh. |

I shiny bred the other 2 stages of the Bagon line (Salamence is in my previous post):
Spoiler:
I only bred 150 eggs, and while emptying out my final box I hatched 2 shiny bagon back to back =D Camp image of the siblings: Spoiler:
And now It's high time I get back to BDSP rofl |
First Legends Shiny! And because I only had a research level of 6 on Ambipom, it's full-odds! :D

Not what I was Shiny-hunting, but at least it has pretty colors! I named him Ura, the Japanese name for the ore-loving race from Zelda: Oracle of Seasons.
https://i.imgur.com/F2IZoLt.jpg |
After 4+ years (on and off), I finally got my Shiny 'rouge!
https://i.imgur.com/Mg418W3.jpg One of my favorite aesthetic Shinies, if not my #1 (though not so much in the 3D games). I'll try to figure out what to name him tomorrow! EDIT: I'll probably call him Hikaru (to shine). That's what I'd planned to name him if I got him back when I was watching Hikaru no Go, but I'll want to change my Shiny Luxio's name since it's similar (it WAS going to be Hikaru, but I named him Karu instead since I ended up getting him on a Japanese game). Maybe I'll rename Luxio Akira? EDIT 2: Found a Shiny Phanpy while leveling up! |

The Ultra Wormhole is kinda busted for shinies lol
I originally didn't do it back when I originally played Ultra Sun (I was horrible at the minigame... guess I no longer am rofl), but I've been finishing off my unfinished Ultra Moon playthrough, and at the end decided to just do a couple Ultra Wormhole runs. First three runs each gave me a shiny. After that I just kinda went nuts with, insisting I catch a shiny of every normal mon available, and two for Lombre and Nuzleaf as those could still evolve. And catch everything I bump into while doing so. The result is 72 shinies before I caught the final unique shiny (Floatzel really made me work for it 😤) xD Box 1 Overview: Spoiler:

My latest shiny catch is an inkay I got using the pokeradar playing Pokemon Y. I don't use this method of shiny hunting a lot because it's complicated, and really easy to fail, but I have had some beginner's luck and got ran into this pretty little one on a chain of only 3.
Inkay is a shiny that you don't see a whole lot, but I think it's an especially awesome shiny, since inkay is translucent. The gold tones it gets look really magical. I would name it champagne bubble for the delicate color scheme, but I don't think I have enough characters. Maybe citrine then? She is a girl. Also she has contrary. I will probably not evolve her. I like Malamar, but I think for a shiny Inkay's color scheme is the loveliest, and since her nature isn't great I don't need this Pokemon to be strong, I just want to watch her :) https://i.postimg.cc/xTZYsJ2s/IMG-20220614-014245741.jpg |
SR'd a Shiny Cyndaquil this morning! Now I have a spicy eclair. :)
https://i.imgur.com/IcxYwTq.jpg This is my first time getting a Shiny Starter at the beginning of a game, but I traded him to HeartGold where I could go ahead and EV-train him. I prefer Shiny Quilava's more natural shade of brown in the 3DS games, so I plan to transfer him to one of those (probably X). Might wait until I finish my Vanillite hunt though. |
Playing X after months of hunting in Black feels so refreshing! I still never got my Gen. V Shiny Vanillite, but this guy popped up in a random horde while I was looking for Bergmite (I already have a full-odds Avalugg in SWSH, but I don't like how it does the camera in those games when used in battle).
https://i.imgur.com/arf06Hn.jpg I'm not sure if horde Shinies technically count as full-odds (I still see people arguing both sides), but I've been doting on him anyway. EDIT: Switched over to HeartGold and found a Shiny Drowzee while looking for Nidoran-M. EDIT 2: Hopped back over to Black, continuing my Gen. V Vanillite hunt, and found a Shiny Minccino. Now I've got a Shiny of every Pokémon on the route except Vanillite. Dx |
I don't think I ever joined this club, so let's change that!
Crystal holds very special memories for me, and with the likely shutdown of Pokémon Bank sometime after the shop closes, I wanted to have a go at getting shiny Celebi from the Ilex Forest shrine while I could still send it over to Home. I'm aware that there have been shiny Celebi events, and that it has been available in Go (I think) but I really wanted one from Ilex Forest in Crystal for sentimental reasons. I went to see Kurt, gave him my GS ball, then went off attempting to catch shiny Suicune (with that gorgeous Gen 2 sprite) as a warm-up, while I waited for the 24 hours (and then some!) to pass. I found the beautiful creature after around 1000 resets! https://i.imgur.com/FEwzokq.jpg Then it was finally on to one of my favourite locations in all of Pokémon, to try hunting the pink onion. This has always been a dream capture for me, so I had to try! After 11 days, and 3,350+ resets (I think I missed counting a handful), I finally found it, and I'm sooooooo happy! https://i.imgur.com/nz2k1b6.jpg https://i.imgur.com/w3iRXa9.jpg Both of the above were at full Gen 2 1/8192 odds, so I can't grumble! |
Wanted a Shiny Apriball Dunsparce as well as a Shiny Dunsparce to follow me around in Gen. IV again, so here we are—meet Labyrinth!
https://i.imgur.com/zIXvqya.jpg No EV-training this one. Just wanting to do a casual playthrough with her. :) I consider Dunsparce tied with Wartortle as my favorite Pokémon, but I don't use it a lot these days. I'm hoping this will change that. Quote:
I never had a legit Shiny Celebi in Gen. II, but I always enjoyed seeing it in Stadium 2 (even if hacked). Too bad VC can't connect to Nintendo Online's Stadium games... :/ |
