You're Gonna Go Far Kid! October 2nd, 2009 4:09 PM

Are you planning to dress up for Halloween?

If so,what?I'm thinking of being Luigi from Mario Bros. It's still too early to be certain but it's the main idea.

Btw,do any of you know any sites that could get me a good fake moustache that looks Luigi-ish?Thanks XD

Lana. October 2nd, 2009 4:26 PM

This year might be the first year I don't do something for Halloween. Unless I get invited to a party or something (unlikely), I'll probably just hang out at my house Saturday night and hand out candy. Maybe scare a few kids. >D

If I do end up dressing up... I have no idea what I'll be. xD

BJ088 October 2nd, 2009 7:57 PM

I have a gig that night, so I'll be playing dressed as Mike Myers. Can't wait!

Izanagi October 2nd, 2009 8:07 PM

Naw, man. I stopped celebratin' Halloween a couple years ago. Nothin' against those who still do, though.

michele October 2nd, 2009 8:19 PM

i'm either going out as a female version of pavi from "repo! the genetic opera" [in my icon] or a spice girl.
.....yeah. :|

Rehab Doll October 2nd, 2009 8:22 PM

I'm not sure, I have an old zebra suit. Might wear that... If I even go that is.

Bagel October 2nd, 2009 8:39 PM

Yes!!!!!

I'm going to be SALLY from THe Night Before Christmas!! It going to be awsome!!

BUt, im also going to a halloween party and for that I'm going to be Kairii from kingdom hearts (school girl style)

bit.trip void October 2nd, 2009 8:40 PM

I am Australian. We dont "do" Halloween.

Pokeyomom October 2nd, 2009 8:54 PM

Hells yes I am!!! Are your freakin kidding me!?:XD

I'm going to be Master Shredi. A concept I developed involving a jedi knight who is also one of the galaxy's most fearsome guitar players. It's gonna be so rad:p

It's kinda pointless for me to be trick or treating though. I am a raw foodist lmao. So pretty much I labor to get the most candy, etc, then I just give it away to kids:X Ah well!

Haza October 2nd, 2009 9:42 PM

I am.. Last year I was an, escort an my bestfriend was my pimp. This year Im not sure, I was considering Jeffree Star but I will save that for next year. Need help choosing what to be.

Vigilante October 2nd, 2009 9:46 PM

Well, I know what I want to be, but there is really no point. It would really be only for school, and it covers my face, so I wouldn't be able to wear it anyway.

I'm gonna stay home and mess with a Ouija board ;). If I did dress, it would be a home-made Kool-Aid man costume.

Pyrax October 3rd, 2009 2:31 AM

I stopped trick or treating last year..
And if I did dress, it will probably be anime-related.

♣Gawain♣ October 3rd, 2009 3:51 AM

Nope. I'll probably be tricking a few new neighbors of mine, if that's possible here. O.o

markiemania October 3rd, 2009 4:09 AM

I never really go as anything, I just put an old mask on & tell 'em to hand over the sweets. XD

deliriouspurple October 3rd, 2009 4:45 AM

No, that stuff isn't popular at ours.

Cold Fusion October 3rd, 2009 4:49 AM

Nahhh, I never dress up for halloween!

It's not done really often over here.

XxDawnfanxX October 3rd, 2009 6:51 AM

I think I am going out with a few of my buddies to have fun one final time as it is our senior year, I am thinking of going out as a pokemon trainer. Buy the jacket, gloves, hat and use my fake pokeball and go out. That would be pretty fun.

Symphonic.x.Fantasia October 3rd, 2009 6:59 AM

.-. Yep. I know a make-up artist for scary movies--and he's good at it, too!--and me and my friend are going to get made up, then hide in the bushes and scare the wits out of anyone who comes by. xD

Elite Overlord LeSabre™ October 3rd, 2009 11:44 AM

Yes. I might use Halloween as a trial run for my cosplay outfit that I plan on wearing to an anime convention in January. If not that, I still plan to dress up as something.

Captain Hobo. October 3rd, 2009 11:55 AM

I still do not know want i am going to be.

Superjub October 3rd, 2009 12:47 PM

Never been trick-or-treating in my life ;_; ;_; ;_;(I sooo need to get out more xD)
So yeah, I won't dress up as anyone :\ (though I might scare a few neighbours :P

Honest October 3rd, 2009 12:49 PM

Yes. I'm gonna dress up as ME! :P

Lolz, actually, I don't know....I haven't done so in 3 years though, but I might this year. Lolz, I might just hang out with friends instead, though. :P

Misheard Whisper October 3rd, 2009 7:33 PM

Because I'm a bah-humbug type, I'm gonna spend the 31st painting a sign that says 'No trick-or-treaters please! Happy Hallowe'en!' *shrinks*

luke October 3rd, 2009 7:59 PM

I'm going as my friend Dave.

Pokeyomom October 3rd, 2009 9:17 PM

Win. I don't know if I would carve out my best friend, and wear him for halloween though. That's just fudgin extreme.

Arc October 3rd, 2009 9:25 PM

If I do go Halloweening (is that a word? o-o), I will be the most original idea ever! A BOX!

vanna. October 4th, 2009 11:32 AM

I was planning on being Boxxy :3
But I think I'm either going as the Mad Hatter, Chesire Cat or Alice.

Alexithymia~ October 4th, 2009 11:37 AM

I'll only dress up if one of my friends hosts a halloween party.
If they are, I'll be a fairy.

If not, I'll just stay at home shouting at the trick or treators out of my window.

Misheard Whisper October 4th, 2009 11:41 AM

Although I don't do Hallowe'en (never have, probably never will), I have a strange urge to cross-gender cosplay for some reason. Somebody please shoot me before I scare the kids.

Caelus October 4th, 2009 11:50 AM

Most likely not, but if I do it'll probably be something very simple.

I'll probably just be dressed as myself since that's the easiest..

Rokusasu October 4th, 2009 12:13 PM

I'm planning on cosplaying as a zombie Roxas for Halloween. :3 Not a Halloween Town Roxas, but an undead one. 8D

Samme! October 4th, 2009 12:15 PM

My friends and I are either dressing up as the Addams family, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Alice in Wonderland, or Snow White.

I'm rooting for Alice so I can be teh mad hatter :3

TFN October 5th, 2009 9:26 AM

I most likely won't be dressing up I have kinda grew out of it.

Jazmine Marie October 5th, 2009 5:49 PM

I'm thinking about it. It depends on how good the weather is, because if it's too cold outside, I'm staying home. If I do go trick-or-treating, I'll dress up either as a Power Ranger or a LotR elf.

Luck October 5th, 2009 6:25 PM

No. but to anyone wondering, I plan to run over small children.

BHwolfgang October 5th, 2009 6:54 PM

Yepp! I'm going to be a skinny, stereotypical Asian-! ... oh wait.

HyPeRsHoCk October 6th, 2009 8:04 AM

Yes. I'm dressing up in a suit. Once again, I will say that it's my sister's wedding that day lol.

PikaFreak October 6th, 2009 2:38 PM

I'm 11 years old sooo... Yea... I'm totally gonna go cause' I'm still a kid. Only in 6th grade. I'm going as Princess Peach. My friend is going to the church to do Halloween cause' he doesn't celebrate(neither do I cause' it's the Devil's Day and I'm Christan but I just go for the candy and so does he) but I'm gonna go around the neighborhood with some of my hommies. Oh and OMG! I forgot that my friend that's going to the church is dressing up as Mario... o___O And he's a boy... And I'm going as Princess Peach... >.< Eww... (note that I decided to be Peach before he decided to be Mario)

Captain Fabio October 6th, 2009 2:43 PM

I grew out of it a long time ago.
I am not.

HOWEVER, I am going to be going to lots of Halloween club nights ^___^

Ellie October 6th, 2009 2:48 PM

No, our Homecoming dance is on Halloween and it's a masquerade theme, but not full-on dressing up. The administration said it was too dangerous :x. But I still need to run by the costume store to get some face paint and hair dye in our school colors for the Homecoming game/week =P

Sonikku October 6th, 2009 3:22 PM

Officier Jenny "Sir there has been some counterfit candy in your area. I will need a sample to take back to the lab for "testing"."

Aberbecam October 7th, 2009 1:43 AM

I will not wear any costumes because i am not very interested on them. Although i will wear 2 vampire teeth on my two pointy teeth (hope i make sence), And also i will put some tomato ketchup on those vampire teeth to represent blood.

Wyld_stallyon October 7th, 2009 8:10 AM

http://moviesmedia.ign.com/movies/image/article/674/674429/v-for-vendetta-20051208093357493-000.jpg

I'll go as this guy if I can get a costume, hopefully I'll be allowed to spend as much as I like if I wear it to the prom too...

mikey October 7th, 2009 3:17 PM

I'm not sure yet actually, probably not this year.

machinegun777 October 7th, 2009 3:30 PM

No, I'm a little to old for Halloween

I'm actually surprised that many of my classmates still trick-or-treat

Aberbecam October 7th, 2009 10:40 PM

In halloween,I see most peoples dresses cute more then they dress scary. For example i see people dress princess, spiderman, superman (all kind of super heros),pumpkin etc. Those are really cute, But it is really hard to find someone dressing scary for example- Goblin, vampire, devil etc. But people supposed to dress scary on halloween but most of the times its exact opposite 0.0

True, it's just another day to us, but it's always fun to dress up if you are going to be at a Halloween party or something. Most nightclubs will run a Halloween party and expect people to dress up. I still dress up if I'm going somewhere like that but I don't really know the meaning behind it so I'm not "celebrating" the day as such.

Tamaki October 8th, 2009 7:18 PM

Yesss, I love Halloween! I'm dressing up as Lady GaGa. XD

Nick October 16th, 2009 4:23 PM

I haven't dressed up for Halloween since I was, what? The fifth grade?

I always hated having to go buy a costume. Whenever we went out to get one, they always had that disgusting smell like the whole thing was sitting in the inside of one of those fake masks. That was just something I never enjoyed being around and tried my hardest to avoid getting costumes like that. But my brothers, on the other hand, always managed to get themselves costumes with masks and whatnot. :(

Spinor October 16th, 2009 4:53 PM

Believe it or not, I shall dress up as a Whoopee Cushion this year. I alternate from scary to satirical every year, though I don't know why I dressed up as Link last year, but since I found that costume I think I'll make this year satirical.

*ppttttt*

Halfwit October 18th, 2009 2:02 PM

alas, my family never embraced the whole halloween thing, and so I've never dressed up.
last year we bought sweets, then had no trick-or-treaters at all, so we had to eat them all instead :c
ah well. it's a tough time of year.

Metatron October 18th, 2009 2:16 PM

Probably not. I just found out I grew out of my Green Ranger costume.

T____T

Lover's Kite October 18th, 2009 2:20 PM

I haven't dressed up in ages, I think the last time I did was in 7th grade. lol I'm so boring :(
I *might* dress up this year for halloween party though~

Rudy October 18th, 2009 2:24 PM

I always dress up for halloween, even when I'm not doing anything, I just have to get into the spirit :v
This year I'm going as Sylar, the villain from Heroes!
I'm drawing over my eyebrows with eyeliner to make them thicker, and i'm gonna walk around with fake blood and draw lines across people's foreheads and tell them they're getting my autograph :v
If that fails, I'm going as a redshirt kfjlsf lol.

Dignifiedsoul October 19th, 2009 3:55 PM

I was going to dress up as Jareth from The Labyrinth but I can't get a costume together due to lack of funds.

.little monster October 19th, 2009 4:00 PM

I am nine years old, I am too old.

Actually, I am sixteen and I am still not going to. The most I will do is dye my hair black. xD;

NarutoActor October 19th, 2009 4:09 PM

nope I am no cheep to send monny on it :D

.Ozymandias October 20th, 2009 3:21 AM

I'm going out to celebrate my 21st on Halloween (my birthday is the 1st of November), so I'll be donning some cute fairy wings and a halo :D

Rai-chan October 20th, 2009 6:16 PM

No one is too old to trick or treat!! I'm going as meowth!! I'm going to have a silk scarf as well (get it? :P hehe) some of my other friends are going to be team rocket so its definatly going to be awesome

Shikon no Tama October 20th, 2009 6:28 PM

Me and my friends might all just crash at my friend's house, climb his roof, and chuck candy down below to the kids. Yeah. We're that cool.

If I do dress up, I'll dress up as an over-the-top nerd.

THIRTY-SIX October 21st, 2009 12:05 AM

Dress up as nero but use white paint instead of black. Not likely to happen though.

Guillermo October 21st, 2009 12:41 AM

I won't even go trick or treating. No need to.

THIRTY-SIX October 21st, 2009 12:43 AM

Wearing fancy dress doesn't mean you'd be going trick or treating.

Usually it does, yeah. I don't wear a fancy dress any other day of my life so why would I on halloween?

Besides, Australia hardly has a halloween.

It would if you're being an upper-class British person

molepeople27 October 22nd, 2009 10:03 AM

Hell yes!

I'm dressing up as a ghost buster, I'm just looking for someone to portray Slimer.

The costume I bought comes with this stupid blow-up ghost-busting pack, so I'm just going to use a super soaker instead. :P

Hopefully I'll find a hood to trick r treat in, no one in our town seems to do it anymore; except in the gated communities, which is very lame

twocows October 22nd, 2009 10:08 AM

If I wasn't dressing for Halloween, I'd get arrested. Nudity is illegal where I live.

Quite right, old chap.

Gerri Shin October 22nd, 2009 12:37 PM

We have a costume contest at work, I did the whole doctor thing last year complete with scrubs, charts, stethoscope, and lab coat with gloves in the pockets. This year I figure I'll do something a little more adventurous to me, I'm trying my hand at looking like a professional football (not american football) player. I got myself a jersey and the warm up pants they wear onto the field so, while it's not the most creative, I'll still have fun.

Anxiety. October 22nd, 2009 2:27 PM

I'm being a Zombie. Typical, I know.
But my sister and her girlfriend (Who is dressing up as a Nazi) are both doing Theatrical Make-up. They're going to make it look like half my face has fallen off.

It WILL be hardcore. Then I'm doing a Zombie walk, so I wont have to make another costume.

And my other friend is being a Zombie version of Lady Gaga, she keeps singing:
'E-e-e-eat your face, e-e-eat your face'
To the tune of Poker Face

stephenpolicia234 March 31st, 2011 7:34 PM

Halloween is huge in my house and we really get into the "spirits" of things.Where there is no imagination there is no horror.

Livewire March 31st, 2011 7:37 PM

Yeah, hi, don't revive dead threads. This thing is nearly two years old. The revival cut off is only 30 days.
