Still I get drunk for the sole reason it's the fastest way to end the night. If I don't get drunk I'll go asleep at 3 AM, because I will be reminded of my time in jail..

Isn't getting drunk with a pistol with you not a good idea?

KanadeTenshi July 9th, 2010 7:45 AM

I put my pistol at somewhere I won't really find when I'm going to get drunk.

biology is annoying. It.. isn't for me. I like either math (easy) or English (more easy, aka I get out of class to smoke a cigarette.)

I hate math, ever since my Freshman year. He ruined all the fun D:

Cynic Kaka July 9th, 2010 7:51 AM

Whatever, I'll leave you people to your chatting then.

KanadeTenshi July 9th, 2010 7:51 AM

Math is easy. 90% of math is just a formula. So yeah..

That cigs part now reminds me of how terrible I am..

Heroin + started smoking (15)
3 months or something..
1 month in jail
half year in rehab

I'm probably missing something.

@Twilight Sky
I'm shy and quiet too. Though you probably don't think me like that because umm.. my solution to everything is "Beat xyz up!

Guillermo July 9th, 2010 7:54 AM

Typing on an iPod which is about to die at 2 in the morning sucks.

And do you, Derk? I'm so whitty. :D

KanadeTenshi July 9th, 2010 7:55 AM

Well I'm going to the shower. NO LUCKS ALLOWED.

Luck July 9th, 2010 7:55 AM

Can I co--omfg, fine then ;;

Netto Azure July 9th, 2010 7:58 AM

I don't know what you guys are talking about, except for that Proposition to legalize Marijuana in California. :U

Luck July 9th, 2010 8:05 AM

Proposition 19? I completely forgot about it until you mentioned it D:
Time to move to California!
I hope California chooses the right decision. They can't screw up again like with Prop 8…can they?

Citrinin July 9th, 2010 8:08 AM

It might be meaningless if Gonzales v. Raich is applied to it.

Netto Azure July 9th, 2010 8:09 AM

Yay I'm voting in November. Gotta keep that crappy Majority in Congress. XD

And remember Prop 8 passed by a 52-48% margin possibly due to the influx of Minority voters who are a bit...hmmm religious?

I doubt that due to
Schechter Poultry Corp. v. United States which upholds intrastate commerce. :U

How do you even know this?
Apparently Gonzalez v Raich is only against home grown cannabis.

Netto Azure July 9th, 2010 8:16 AM

I know, I was surprised when he mentioned the Nolan Chart. Seriously, I need someone to talk with about these things because PC isn't like BMGf where people are interested in this kind of stuff.

True, but Gonzales v. Raich, passed by a politically charged and more contemporary court, essentially talked about how regulating intrastate commerce isn't outside the scope of the commerce clause if it can indirectly affect interstate commerce.

Personally, I support the legalisation of marijuana. But you can expect this to be contended in the Supreme Court again.

KanadeTenshi July 9th, 2010 8:23 AM

Well I support the legalisation of heroin!
Too late though, I already spent my time in jail..

Citrinin July 9th, 2010 8:42 AM

OHNOEZ DCC IS STALLING. D:

We need some kind of automatic new topic generator for when this happens.

Cynic Kaka July 9th, 2010 8:48 AM

Hm. Let's play the letter game!

Lolwut

Spinor July 9th, 2010 8:51 AM

Oh, I like math a lot. I'll be a taking Precalculus next year. And then I'll be a having a lot of AP credits when I graduate :D

I'm going to become someone far more dangerous than that. A lawyer. :D

Although, I could be a lawyer for a radioactive plant... I just have to leave the country first. :3

Spinor July 9th, 2010 8:54 AM

Lawyers are... weird. The only one I find appealing is Phoenix Wright.

Citrinin July 9th, 2010 9:01 AM

I've only played Justice for All, but I loved it. Even if it had a rather interesting interpretation of the judicial system. :P

Yeah, but someone needed to point out the obviously polarized and political Supreme Court conservatives still has their States Rights roots to look into. So much for principles. >_____>

Ugh, talk about holdovers and the supposedly equal courts.

Jolene July 9th, 2010 10:18 AM

I don't like it when animals die in movies. Why do they make movies where animals die? People don't want to see that when they go to watch a movie.

It wasn't just the conservatives. When I spoke of politically charged, I speak more of the general "ZOMGWARONDRUGS" tendency from both sides. Rehnquist and Thomas (two generally conservative judges) dissented. Ginsburg and Breyer (generally liberal ones) concurred. What disappointed me, though, was Scalia's concurrence, because he usually is consistent and principled, if nothing else. :/
