I'm interested in this: "Sistema de combate ligeramente cambiado. Se menciona algo de tener que "temporizar" o medir el momento del ataque."

Slightly modified battle system. They mention something about having to "temporize" or to measure the attack's moment/time

Also, Zoroa's ability has something to do with it.

Well, I hope they don't ruin the game mechanincs that we have right now...

@Hamilton. Good guess, but almost one hour has already passed by since the news were posted; I think that's more than enough time to scan some 2-4 magazine pages.

so that means no peacock..but more importantly no grass raptor? D:

at least we get a fire pig then...ohh man I usually stick with water starters but I don't know...this fire pig and grass starter (whatever it is) are sounding pretty interesting to me. hmmm, guess it's too early to judge. I'll wait to see what types they are and their evos.

No. Just no.

Why? Bibarel is a beaver.
What does this mean? Bidoof in regional Dex.

Bags!

it might still be a bird though just one with maple leaf's... it's my favorite type of tree!:D so if it's a bird and a maple combo then i'll be the happiest member in this site!:D

Well, the right could be a beaver, and the middle a bunny...

(Wow, this game might actually be in Canada)

PatJamma May 11th, 2010 6:23 PM

im going to laugh when all of this is proven to be a load of crap when the true info about the starters is released

but it's also stereotypically known for its syrup..and last time I checked maple syrup came from maple trees and Canada has 'em! Heck even Canada's flag has a maple leaf on it :D.

oh well, that was off-topic, and I know the games aren't based in Canada though many regions could be made out of Canada. One I suggest is that area of Ontario Province that I like to call the pan-handle of Canada (where great lakes, Ottawa and Toronto/GTA are)...

Lol, me too, i will laugh whether it's was fake or true...
It could be a wood pecker if that thing that looks like a scarf is actually it's beak than the fluff in it's head would be it's crest... and have a maple tree like tail...

Volroc May 11th, 2010 6:41 PM

The Maritime provinces are more shapely. And if Newfoundland was ever chosen, we would have Generaton Tree remakes!

I think Chugoku will be the snowy/mountainous part more than likely, and the shikoku island will probably be tropical. I was hoping for a desert but idk if we will get one. If we do though then I think it should be on the southern-most part of shikoku.

yung_link May 11th, 2010 6:46 PM

maybe Game Freak employees do monitor these forums....that means they're doing it all 4 u MRAS! XD

yeah Newfoundland is definitely a good shape..I think the region would mainly snowy though. actually most of Canada if broken into smaller areas would make great regions...one could be vancouver island.

The climate of Shikoku is mild and has typhoons in the summer and heavy rain's too, it's connected to other islands through bridges and is connected to Honshu, as in the place Johto and Kanto are partly in, by ferries and air services... as for Chogoku it seems to have sand dunes so maybe if this is the real place the region is based on then it might have a desert! for those people who like dead sand boxes, with lots of wind, ect. look at this site http://www.discover-japan.info/japan_regions_chugoku.htm

one of those pics show a bridge, and seems like a historical region so it might be the same place the Sinjoh ruins were located in...

Chugoku has sand dunes! so maybe this could be used as a the desert you wanted... I want all of use to get at least one wish in these new Gen... i get a region that might be next to Hoenn and you might get your desert this is great:D.
