-Started for Mt. Coronet after beating Cyrus and a commander whose name I can't remember -Grinding for both Gabite and Boulder, and Gabite evolved! -Beat the 2 commanders, then went into the confusing Distortion World -Beat Cyrus, then waited for night so I could use a Dusk Ball on Giratina -Finally caught Giratina with a Dusk Ball after numerous soft resets -Defeated Volkner with ease of course -Now I have an HM slave dilemma. Bibarel is full of HMs so I can't teach it Waterfall. I don't have any Pokemon that can learn Cut, Fly, AND Defog so I decided to get another Bibarel and give it the same HMs with Waterfall in place of Cut. I don't think I'll need that before the E4. Tis’ a beautiful morn’ as I strolled through the caves connecting Oreborgh and Jubilife. I believe I have discovered why Mich’elle is rebelling so; she prefers to enhance her evasion before attacking with uncontained ferocity.
My hypothesis was disproven by Mich’elle’s actions not a moment later. I sighed and continued on my merry way. Upon reaching Jubilife, many things happened at once. Galactic villains attacked the great Professor, though I and Lady Dawn quickly defeated the grunts. They ran off, and a spectator gave me a fashion case. I then traveled towards the quaint Floaroma Town. I stopped only to heal Mich’elle, and then went on to the next route. Barely upon leaving the town, a helpless little girl ran up to me, distraught because the villainous Galactics had taken her father hostage. I ran to the Windworks, and battled the guard. The coward locked himself in the building, but in a lapse of intelligence he told me were to find his cohorts who held a key. I ran to the flower field to the north of Floaroma town and challenged the two cohorts. A quick battle later, I held a key to the windworks, and a jar of honey from the person the cohorts had been terrorizing. I stormed Windworks, striking down Galactic Grunts left and right. Then I faced the commander behind it all. She called herself Commander Mars, and we engaged in a vicous battle. She sent out a zubat, who Mich’elle viciously destroyed with an Icy Wind. The battle increased her level to 20 and she was ready for the purugly. A double team which Mich’elle took as false protection. She was struck hard, but I restored her heath with a potion. Whence I ordered an attack, she used another Double team instead, and once again a potion was needed. Purugly then took a small Icy Wind. The potions had yet to fail me. I switched tactics to Headbutts, and the Double Teams finally pulled through against a scratch attack. Again I tried my luck at a Headbutt, but Mich’elle used Powder Snow. Purugly restored itself with an Oran berry, before once again not hitting Mich’elle. Then the purugly again used scratch, and a potion was once again needed. A faint attack did little damage before I ordered a Headbutt. However, Mich’elle took a nap! I kept using potions until Mich’elle’s health was at full upon which I ordered a Headbutt. She woke up and ignored me, using an Icy Wind. She then spent the next turn loafing around. I’m starting to run low on potions. Mich’elle then used a powerful Headbutt before using Icy Wind. Cries of retreat ran through the building, and a daughter was paired with her papa once again. All in a good days work. Pokemon Mich'elle @ Quick Claw Snorunt, Timid Female, Lv. 20 ~ Icy Wind ~ Powder Snow ~ Headbutt ~ Double Team HM slave Geodude Male ~ Rock Smash |

Recently restarted Diamond anyway, so I think I'm gonna do Psychic like did with RBY. Though I'll trade over a Ralts or something for my "starter".
[EDIT]Had a game started that was only as far as Jubilife so I just used that one. Playing as the girl for once. I named her Dawn. Current blog: I traded over a freshly hatched male Ralts (inadvertently gave it Psychic, Calm Mind and Thunderbolt through breeding). I forgot to nickname him before I traded him over so for now at least he is simply: RALTS. I trained him up to level 10 before heading over to Oreburgh. But then due to an annoyingly quick level up... he got cocky. After just about getting through route 203 with Ralts barely listening to a word I say I chatted to Roark and proceeded to battle him in the Gym. After losing many times due to Ralts being to lazy or ignorant to listen to me I eventually beat him and gained my first badge. Annoyingly because he levelled up to 15 in the Gym battle he still won't listen to me... I also caught a Geodude to be my HM Slave. Current Party Name: RALTS http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/9/9a/Spr_4d_280.png Level: 17 Moves: GrowlConfusion Psychic Calm Mind Thunderbolt Name: Slavedude http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/e/ed/Spr_4d_074.png Level: 6 Moves: Tackle Defence Curl Mud Sport Rosck Smash |
I just noticed that I'm on the list ;D
Which is good, because I was gonna sign up anyway ^-^ I'll start up later on today . (: |

Keep on trying to find a Bronzor...
Also grinding for a few minutes. |
Platinum Ground Update:
-Grinded a little in Victory Road. -Beat my rival before the E4 -Defeated Aaron. Surprisingly his attacks took out huge chunks of HP from my team. Luckily Boulder's Rock Slide hit both times on Yanmega and Vespiquen. -Beat Bertha. It was 1HKOs all around so it was really easy. -Flint was pretty easy. All 1HKOs except for Houndoom only because it used Sunny Day before Gastrodon used Surf. -Defeated Lucian, who wasn't too difficult. -Cynthia: Gastrodon took out Spiritomb with 2 Surfs. Turtle used Earthquake on Roserade, who then poisoned him. Since Roserade was in the red, she used a Full Restore while I used an Antidote. Turtle used Crunch, and was poisoned, then defeated Roserade with Earthquake. Gastrodon used Blizzard on Togekiss, which got it in the yellow. I used a Max Potion and Togekiss used Air Slash. I was going to use Blizzard, but Gastrodon flinched from another Air Slash. It didn't survive the next Air Slash. I sent out Boulder not knowing Togekiss knew Aura Sphere *facepalm* So I sent out Garchomp, who defeated Togekiss with Dragon Rush. Garchomp used Dragon Rush on her Garchomp, who flinched :D (I'm surprised my lower level Garchomp moved first.) My Garchomp defeated it with Dragon Claw. I didn't switch when she sent out Milotic so I could use a Full Restore on Turtle. Of course she used Ice Beam, which knocked out Garchomp. When I sent out Turtle I used a Revive on Gastrodon since I had no other Ground types to use, and now I know for sure Turtle would be 1HKOd by an Ice Beam. And wouldn't you know it, that's what happened. I sent out Gastrodon and used a Hyper Potion. She used Surf, and I used Mud Bomb. This happened again, then I used another Hyper Potion. She used Surf. Mud Bomb. Mirror Coat. Hyper Potion. She missed w/Dragon Pulse. She used Surf. Mud Bomb. Milotic is no more :D Now for Lucario. I used Revive on Turtle. Lucario fainted Gastrodon w/Aura Sphere. So I sent out Turtle and used a Hyper Potion. Lucario used Aura Sphere twice. Turtle survived and used Earthquake, the final blow! :D -Yay, now I'm the champion! So now I've finish the Ground Monotype Challenge! Here's my final team: Garchomp - Lv61 Holding Soft Sand http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/b/ba/Spr_4p_445_f.png Dragon Claw Crunch Dig Dragon Rush Turtle - Lv60 http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/1/1c/Spr_4p_389.png Razor Leaf Crunch Leaf Storm Earthquake Gastrodon - Lv63 http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/f/fc/Spr_4p_423.png Surf Mud Bomb Blizzard Water Pulse Boulder - Lv57 http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/7/70/Spr_4p_075.png Earthquake Magnitude Rock Slide Rock Blast |
