Super Mario Bros. Crossover
I've always wanted to play SMB as Mega Man. :3
Then I found out there was a Flash game that can do that. http://www.exploding-rabbit.com/media/images/smbc-title-screen.png Super Mario Bros. Crossover by ExplodingRabbit. An awesome sauce game. Nintendo chocolate smothered with ExplodingRabbit's peanut butter. - - - Moving away from that odd description, this game is awesome, imo. The game is incredibly nostalgic; I highly recommend that you play it, and see for yourself. Oh and by the way, the full roster of playable characters are: Mario (of course) Mega Man (as mentioned) Samus Link (he doesn't have his Zelda II: The Adventure of Link form, though) Bill Rizer (from Contra) Simon Belmont (from Castlevania) Perfect if you played the games Mega Man, Metroid, The Legend of Zelda, Contra and Castlevania (or at least one of them) in your Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) as a kid. You might have also played new games from their franchise instead of the originals, so if you wondered how they played in old school 2D or in their original form, then you could find out. No representative from the Pokémon franchise, though. The genre calls for platforming, which Pokémon games lack. I also heard that the creator has plans of periodically updating the Flash game, so expect new characters, features and bug fixes in future releases to come. This thread also serves as a discussion thread, because I wanted to know what you guys think about it. :D |
Best. Flash Game. Evar.
Nuff said. I was playing this in IT yesterday, I seem to be best with MegaMan as I got to world 4-2 (admittedly I used the warp zone, but the arse hole down the row turned my computer off anyway :disappoin). Finishing coursework early for the win. |
