I haven't tested this much, and I think it needs some work.

Code:

Gengar (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Destiny Bond
- Psychic
- Snatch
- Thunderbolt

I've surprised many Jolteon and Ninjask by using Snatch. Stealing subs is nice. Gengar just sweeps until it can't anymore; then it takes something with it.

Code:

Cradily (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Suction Cups
EVs: 110 HP / 200 Def / 200 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Barrier
- Mirror Coat
- Recover
- Toxic

It's worked surprisingly well. However, it can't stand up to anything with Substitute or Immunity. God help anything else.

Code:

Milotic (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Marvel Scale
EVs: 110 HP / 200 Def / 200 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Confuse Ray
- Recover
- Surf
- Toxic

Standard. I'm thinking of removing Confuse Ray for something else, though.

Code:

Metagross @ Lum Berry
Trait: Clear Body
EVs: 66 HP / 252 Atk / 52 Def / 88 Spd / 52 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Agility
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash

Another standard monster: speed up, sweep, then explode.

Code:

Miltank (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 110 HP / 200 Def / 200 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Heal Bell
- Milk Drink
- Seismic Toss
- Thunder Wave

I couldn't get a good feel for Miltank. If I use Curse, then there's no room for Heal Bell: you can't have Return without Shadow Ball.

Code:

Camerupt (M) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Magma Armor
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SAtk
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Overheat
- Rock Slide

At least this monster isn't totally OU. It can mix sweep pretty well until it runs into a water type...

The items for Camerupt and Miltank are just throw-aways. I didn't really think about them. They need to be changed, but I really hate putting Lefties on everything.

The team doesn't have any (pseudo)hazers, either.

This team needs some work.

have the item that recovers any lost stat. white sumthing (on camerupt), maybe or replace overheat w/ eruption

Gengar- snatch works well, but snatching your way to activate salac berry? Difficult... I'm just a little iffy about the item, but salac is still worth trying. I'll personally take petaya over salac though.

Cradily- well it has always been annoying... as long as it doesn't meet up steel/poison types or Snorlax... =/ Being very weak to toxic isn't a good thing too.

Milotic- you WILL want ice beam over confuse ray, seeing that Milotic is the closest salamence counter for your team

Metagross- I'll rather move the 52 sp.def to def, to ensure that you got an edge against other metagrosses.

Miltank- and it's not like having just seismic toss will save you from ghost types either, just like how return is useless against ghost types. If you really want to free up your slots, take body slam to save the slot to attack and to par a bit. Generally, I'll just directly transfer the Blissey moveset on to Miltank, making it mdrink/counter/seismic/bell. Leftovers for Miltank definitely. Also, I'll get even more hp for EVs.

Camperupt- quick claw over lum berry... not much "status" to lose anyway. You will want quick claw in hopes of hax-plosion in desperate situations. And this isn't OU. It's UU extreme.

Miltank, Cradily and Milotic are all tankers, and generally speaking unless for mega-stalling teams, 2 tankers (one of each type, or 2 that is decent towards both) are enough alrealy. I'll remove Milotic (for the sake of changing the team to OU Extreme to just OU) and add in a pseduo/hazer for the last slot. And I don't know who that should be, as I always have tons of problems myself to find a suitable pseudo/hazer...

Also, quick attack is missing as well, meaning that Heracross with HP Ghost will be a huge headache.
