That cloning glitch was introduced ages ago when the GSC generation came out... But you need 2 consoles to do it, or its easy with ROMs.

poke-nome123 July 29th, 2006 7:17 AM

No no no, this is the EMERALD one. It was just found, and boy, will it change PvP battling FOR-E-VA (Hello maxed sp. Att. FR Deoxys). But the good thing is, you only have to turn off the game once. And that means better time saving.

~Solarys~ July 29th, 2006 9:34 PM

You can also steal those Battle Factory's full stat pkmns in emerald. but b4 u do that fill ur team with wurmples or some shyt pkmn that u dont want, because u lose ur entire team when u do that.

poke-nome123 July 30th, 2006 7:16 AM

Never heard of that cheat before. Which site told you that?

Bakura July 30th, 2006 2:09 PM

Yo ^^ Sorry Im not posting much, I have been busier than expected :o
anywho ive also been kinda out of the pokemon loop lately... what cheats are these? How do they work? Not that I'd use them XD I stopped using cheats on games a few years ago ^^ Just interested in knowing them really so I can catch up on things.

Oh yeah, a while ago I made a Garde pic and some other pics on deviantart, but because they sucked i took them off. ^^;;
Getting on to the point, I searched up sirnight in image google, and something unexpected has happened! :o The 5th pic is a pic from my deviantart site that i took off! (It has nothing to do with sirnight either.. :-/) Kinda irritating really. D:

~Solarys~ August 1st, 2006 12:20 AM

well u need action replay codes to do that.
just warp to a different place once u chose ur 3 pwnage pkmns and WON THE FIRST BATTLE (!!!). go to www.supercheats.com under emerald to find the exact codes and instructions.
my suggestion i that u win a few rounds b4 stealing them because u get all 0 IV's on ur first try, and u get 1 more full stater for each round u won. its not easy to spot the full staters because their natures and EV's distort the stats a little.
just remember to fill ur team with SHYT or u'll lose all ur hard trained pkmns permanently!

Arrrg...

There must be a real lack thereof of things going on as far as RKG are concerned.

There is some good news: I finally acquired a new mouse! My old IBM optical died a few months ago. One Microsoft Laser Mouse 6000 should prove useful. I'm going to make another stab at some fan art before long.

Bakura August 9th, 2006 2:56 PM

Always good to get a new mouse :) I use a Razer mouse myself, which are one of the best. :P Oh, also I got a book collection thing on 'how to draw manga', hopefully it'll help me do some decent drawings for once XD
Later this month (about 3 weeks time) i am getting a MacBook Pro! Never used a mac before, but apparently Mac OS X is built on Unix, so hopefully the mechanics should be similar to Linux. ^^
Here's a thought (not sure if covered yet while I was gone) - you know how in Diamond and Pearl Male pokemon will look slightly different to Female pokemon? Just wondering, will we see a more masculine version of gardevoir? Just thinking back to some fanarts I remember seeing on here a while ago. ^^
One thing that might be interesting to add in game is being able to hold a weapon, or temporary attack item, that you could use in battle as an alternative to learnt moves. Warrior Gardevoir! :D

poke-nome123 August 9th, 2006 3:03 PM

Oh ho, Bakura, I see you're into the fighting Gardevoir as well.

In my spare time of thinking I wonder what it might be like standing next to Gardevoir, surrounded by enemies.

And so in these thoughts I have I edit moves, making them hurt more and more complex.

Oh, and here's something that might crack you up - Mawile and Kirlia as Mario and Luigi in Superstar Saga. Now THAT would be a twist! (Mawile's a steel type, it learns Firebrand...lol)

Also note that Gardevoir would make a great Peach substitute.

Dr. Mack Foxx August 9th, 2006 3:41 PM

"Later this month (about 3 weeks time) i am getting a MacBook Pro! Never used a mac before, but apparently Mac OS X is built on Unix, so hopefully the mechanics should be similar to Linux. ^^" -Bakura

Ah! A MacBook Pro, eh? Excellent choice! You can even run Windows on it with a few slight software modifications. Either way, the MacBook should prove quite useful. The GUI is easy to work with as well.

"Oh, also I got a book collection thing on 'how to draw manga', hopefully it'll help me do some decent drawings for once XD" -Bakura

I'll be looking forward to the results. With the proper software tools, you could even render it out on your brand new MAC.

Ha! That's quite an idea. Why not try and draw that out?

"One thing that might be interesting to add in game is being able to hold a weapon, or temporary attack item, that you could use in battle as an alternative to learnt moves. Warrior Gardevoir!" -Bakura

That would be interesting, indeed!

poke-nome123 August 10th, 2006 10:13 AM

I would try, but seeing as how I'm currently in training for Gardevoiroth, I'll put it on hold.

Althogh depicting it isn't hard, I've been thinking about it for some time now.

Partners in Time I don't think I can do. On my own, that is.

Well, here's an attempt at some more fan-art. It's been months since I've tried anything. This is the most complex thing I've rendered in Flash to date. I know its not perfect, but it's still good practice. It's an idea I've had for awhile and suggested to Housyasei-san as something to consider. Here's a rough rendering of Cardcaptor Kirlia.

Aether August 10th, 2006 3:08 PM

heh, you definately made it humanlike, I'm still baffled as to why Gardevoir is'nt the humanlike egg type...

Dr. Mack Foxx August 10th, 2006 3:46 PM

"I'm still baffled as to why Gardevoir is'nt the humanlike egg type..." -Darkralts7

Eh? What do you mean by that?

Aether August 10th, 2006 4:42 PM

In the pokemon games, the Ralts family is the Amorphous egg type, It seems to me that they look more like humans, don't you think so?

Dr. Mack Foxx August 10th, 2006 4:51 PM

Indeed. Ralts, Kirlia and Gardevoir are quite human in appearance.

~Solarys~ August 11th, 2006 3:58 AM

Razer Diamondback FTW!!!

Ralts is in the indeterminate group because he looks more like a ghost than a baby, similar to Duskull. How they look when they evolved is irrevelent I say, Dusclops looks more like a dude than Alakazam, but he's not in the human shape group either.
anyway, Ralts does benefit from being in the indeterminate group, that gets him free Shadowball and Destiny bond. but I wonder why they didn't put Curse (Curse + CM FTW!!! - rofl @ Slowbro/king!) and Nightmare into his egg moves, or Feint attack, that would be helpful against psy's and ghosts.
Another good thing is that Shadowball checks Special attack in D/P so Ralts line should pack a punch with that, but the FIL punches are physical now so Thunderbolt/Icywind are the only useble alternatives for elemental attacks...

Aether August 11th, 2006 7:46 AM

yeah, the Ralts I'm trying to get to level 100 in Colosseum knows shadow ball, its my fave ghost attack.

Bakura August 11th, 2006 11:51 AM

Hehe, I've been off the past few days from an operation, but I'm back now! Yay!! XD Anywho, time to do some replying :P

Yup. A lot more people seem to be using Macs now. Although I won't be getting mine for a few weeks, so I'm really excited! (and cant wait XD)

Heehee, that's pretty well done, I think. Good work! :)

Here's the final version of Card Captor Kirlia. I felt that some additions were needed. What do you think?

"Hehe, I've been off the past few days from an operation, but I'm back now!" -Bakura

Welcome back! I hope you're recovering nicely.

Shadow Ball is quite an effective attack, but still does not give a Ralts or any of its evolutions an edge over Dark Types. Hmmm...

True, however, it does give Ralts an advantage over psychic and ghost types, but when it comes to dark types? Well, I just switch out pokemon...

~Solarys~ August 11th, 2006 8:36 PM

get HP bug if you r really desprate to pwn dark types (u'll need a brave/naughty nature with at least 168 points in attack), but dark types generally have poor special defense if it's not called Umbreon, so Thunderbolt after a couple of CM's should KO them.

btw, as i've mentioned a number of times already, we really need a psy/dark combination on someone, just to reduce the number of weaknesses psy's have to 1. but if Sableye gets an evo and WONDER GUARD, then...

... OMFGWTFBBQ!!!

(even tho, there is still ONE way to defeat him: Foresight + fighting attack, save Destiny bond!)

Aether August 11th, 2006 8:51 PM

I'm not desperate to beat dark types( almost all of them are dual type anyway), but I always have back up pokemon to deal with them, like my Aggron that knows Brick Break. However if I go up against a trainer with dark types and my Ralts out, I'd be screwed. (It knows Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Psychic and Shadow ball)

Dr. Mack Foxx August 11th, 2006 9:43 PM

Arrrg and a half!

Okay...HERE's the final version of Card Captor Kirlia. I hate it when the servers around here are unreliable. Thank goodness it's rather rare these days. Anyway, what do you think of this edition? Maybe I'll do some more of these. Maybe I can even render out Poke-nome's Mario, Luigi and Peach idea.

Housyasei-san August 12th, 2006 7:50 PM

I am back, from vacation. Yey.
Solarys~ As I've seen, I do believe you to some extent, but your behavior still leaves me skeptical. Also, I am tired of aguing anyway. I would let you get cornered by your lies. I remember before you got "hacked" you where against ROMs; now you are asking people to PM you for a ROM and telling how to use cheats on a ROM. Also, the spamming seemed to stop when you signed up again. I do know some hackers would just keep spamming even when IP banned. You can easily google proxy programs to get random IPs.

Mackfox~ I like that Cardcaptor Kirlia pic. I find it very cute. <33 Also, for future posts, I beg you to use Quote tags. It makes your posts look organized and all you have to do is put [ QUOTE][ /QUOTE] (without spaces) around the text. My resolution makes the text really small; it's really hard to read too. ^^;;

Tags are fun, let's look at them!
http://www.Idonthaveasite.com The URL tag is very useful.

Strike through is good great for sarcasm and rejected/done ideas. It also has many other uses. Try it out!

The glow tag is very useless :\

[AGELIMIT]everyone but Poke-Nome[/AGELIMIT]
I like Kirlia and Mawlile more >=)

Spoiler:
I like the Spoiler tag :>

Also, boobies.

[spoil="the second spoil tag"]This isn't as fun as the first. :\[/spoil]

Highlight is almost as emphatic like the italic, underline and bold tags.

And there you have it. *whew* Or you can go here for easier examples. :>
