unlimited master balls in hg

so i worked out how to get unlimited master balls in heart gold but im not sure if it will work. i have a purchased version of hg and have a downloaded rom on a supercard.
so...
1. first i get my master ball of oak (in my purchased game) and give it to a pokemon.
2. then i trade it onto the downloaded rom of hg which i can play on my ds1 supercard.
3. i then put my super card into windows and copy/paste my save file like 100X
4. then i load one of the saved games on (my supercard) and on another ds and trade my master ball back to my purchased game.
5. i repeat step 4 over and over.

forum think this will work?
i already have traded pokemon between the purchased and the pirated game, and it has worked fine.
let me know your thoughts,
ty in advance

...uhm, why can't you just hack unlimited masterballs on your flashcart?

Yeah, that works I guess... next time you have a emulation/hacking/rom sort of question try the Emulation section though as this is for HGSS questions (and that sort of question could be applied to other games and more importantly is about copying save files). http://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&daysprune=&f=156

Anyways going to close then.
