Are you pasting them into a saved .gif file? That might be it...

If not, try just giving your paint program a break. A few days ago mine was acting weird so I left it alone for a few minutes and it went back to normal.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sad to say but no more spriting for me
Unless what lil latias says works
Hope it does
But yeah i saved it under every file name available and nothing worked
So i guess in the meantime you could click the blue button in my Sig

That's really strange...when I used to make sprites, they sometimes came up with little dots of all colours all over them because they were saved as GIFs (they needed to be transparent) Is it like that?
If it is, just save them as PNG, and that'll preserve the colours.

Make sure that the image you are pasting them into has 16 million colours, and not 256 colours, as its colour range. If it's a GIF, it could very likely have 256 colours, and it's cutting the colours in your sprite down to fit within that limit.

The usual way you check this on most programs is something like Image ---> Increase Color Depth (that's what it is in PSP8).

just dont sprite for about an hour-2 hours with your comp on.itll cool the system.if that dosent work, download paint.NET.it is like the MS paint, but better.google search"paint downloads"

dark_croconaw November 13th, 2004 8:11 PM

That happens to me sometimes, but its not a big deal, maybe you just need to leave your paint program alone for a while

THIRTY-SIX November 14th, 2004 2:52 AM

try using photoshop and using different layers for each pokemon then the colours will be the same

Geometric-sama November 14th, 2004 4:22 PM

Which programs are you copying/pasting from and into?

santadidit102 November 14th, 2004 5:56 PM

hes using paint.....he told me hes not comming to PC nemore

Get-Low November 14th, 2004 7:21 PM

omg you all dumb. no offence.
But he might be pasting the sprite on an exported sprite of pokepic or rs ball wich also EXPORTS its pallete,He might be making a sprite and pastes it over another sprite to keep the 64x64 size or the green background color.
Thats the reason it happens that, because he is using PAINT and gif sux too.
Use a clean bmp file, dont paste your sprite over another because that other sprite uses a pallete and the one you have uses another. so use a clean bmp.

Goatman56 November 14th, 2004 8:01 PM

Maybe its stuck on inverted color XD

Just to tell you Santadidit102
I never said im not going to visit anymore.
I said there was nothing left for me to do.
But i was wrong.
I now have spriting in my blood.
And im not about to let some glitch mess with one of the only things i enjoy in life.
Pretty much every second of my life is boredom,
But not with PC.
So you can expect those sprites to be coming REAL real soon.
Ok?
OK
