Customising XP
It's kind of a newbie-ish question, I guess... But anyways, how in the world do you use themes with Windows XP? And how do you create them?
|
Well it depends on who you ask.
To use Windows XP themes, I use Windows Blinds. To created and edit, I use Skin Studio, and PSP for icons and stuff. |
