The Main offices for Toys R Us and Game Stop buy rights to distribute if they aren't paid by Nintendo America to do it. It depends on who Nintendo wants to send the events to and which one thinks they can make a profit off of.

Being that the two are also heavy on competitive/Kid friendly environments Nintendo most likely won't be breaking this idea with the two.

Well, Victini is via wifi, which means Nintendo is wising up when it comes for events. I personally don't mind how many they have, as long as they are wifi events, so everyone actually has a chance at getting them.

Honestly though, I'd prefer less event legendaries. Maybe one or 2. I'd like the pokemon to actually be in the game so I can catch them myself.

I feel like I'm betraying pokemon by saying this (lol?) but I'd much rather wi-fi events because I'd feel really funny to be going to a toys r us or whatever to get the event pokemon, at my age... I'm already told by some I'm too old for pokemon. but I can ignore that complete invalidity xD ... going to those places would make me feel really uncomfortable, though

one thing I can say: if some pkmn are going to be available only at places like that, everyone who goes to get them has to promise they'll start breeding!! :D
