Improvements for this team?

This is my netbattle team. So far so good, but I've had a lot of luck and battled a lot of...um...unskilled people. Just looking for tips to make it better (from the people here who know).

Ninjask; Jolly, Liechi Berry
EVs: +spd, +atk
Substitute
Swords Dance
Silverwind
Baton Pass

Marowak; Adamant, Thick Club
EVs: +atk, +def
Bonemerang
Rock Slide
Double Edge
Hidden Power Ghost

Jolteon; Timid, Leftovers
EVs: +spatk, +spd
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power Grass
Substitute
Wish

Espeon; Modest, Lum Berry
EVs: +spatk, +spd
Psychic
Hidden Power Fire
Morning Sun
Quick Attack

Weezing; Impish, Leftovers
EVs: +HP, +def
Haze
Sludge Bomb
Pain Split
Will O Wisp

Milotic; Quiet, Leftovers
Evs: +spdef, +spatk
Surf
Ice Beam
Mirror Coat
Recover

Am I missing anything? I'd like to keep the ninjask/marowak combo but I'm open for changing the rest.
Thanks...

Ninjask - it's the standard, but that makes it easy to defeat nowadays, since it's been so overused. It's more of a n00b detector than anything.

Marowak - Jaskwak is nasty when pulled off. Shift a few of the Def EV into Speed as insurance in case you have a problem getting more than one Speed Boost from Ninjask.

Jolteon - I'd rather have HP Ice over HP Grass, gives you an extra edge against Dragon types. Otherwise, it works, but you can consider Thunderwave over Wish.

Espeon - this moveset is asking for Houndoom to come along and Crunch it to death...

EV: 252 Speed, 252 Sp Att
Nature: + Sp Att, - Att
Calm Mind
Psychic
HP Water/HP Special
Rain Dance/Morning Sun

There, now you have Houndoom protection.

Weezing - I've used this set up myself and it works well. Can deal with Blissey, Miltank and even Sublax if used right.

Milotic - works, but there's a few other possibilites for Milotic. High Sp Def counters the use of Mirror Coat, so consider a -Sp Def nature and drop the EV to make it truly effective.

[email protected]
EV: 252 HP, 129 Sp Def, 129 Sp Att
Nature: + Sp Att/Sp Def, - Att
Surf/Hydro Pump
Ice Beam/Confuse Ray/Attract/Toxic
Mirror Coat (with changes above)/Confuse Ray/Attract/Toxic
Recover/Toxic/Confuse Ray

Let Milotic get paralysed to help with tanking, throw on your choice of annoyance moves and don't die. Easy way to use Milotic.

I think you covered it all. Nice about letting the other people come get some. =P I guess I'll still try to get soemthing here.

Ninjask; Jolly, Liechi Berry
EVs: +spd, +atk
Substitute
Swords Dance
Silverwind
Baton Pass
Standard. Nothing to change except possibly ditch it for too 'happiness'

Marowak; Adamant, Thick Club
EVs: +atk, +def
Bonemerang
Rock Slide
Double Edge
Hidden Power Ghost
I suppose this could work even without Jask there.

Jolteon; Timid, Leftovers
EVs: +spatk, +spd
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power Grass
Substitute
Wish
Like Tooth said, Ice over Grass. Then you can ditch Wish for something more reliable. Maybe Thunderwave.

Espeon; Modest, Lum Berry
EVs: +spatk, +spd
Psychic
Hidden Power Fire
Morning Sun
Quick Attack
Decent, just keep it away from Houndoom or other dark types.

Weezing; Impish, Leftovers
EVs: +HP, +def
Haze
Sludge Bomb
Pain Split
Will O Wisp
Thunderbolt over Sludge Bomb or Explosion over SludgeBomb. m00b is always good =0

Milotic; Quiet, Leftovers
Evs: +spdef, +spatk
Surf
Ice Beam
Mirror Coat
Recover
I dont do Milotic.
