Clone seeking to kill you?

It's a cold stormy night, and you're walking alone on a busy street. It being busy, there are people walking and cars driving by to the point where it's hard to keep your eye on one and follow it to it's destination. You look across the street and you see someone that looks exactly like you, and seems to be looking at you as well with malice in it's eyes. You're scared, so you run away. You discover through research that night that it has been discovered that everyone in the world has a clone of themselves somewhere in the world with the same information as you. There's a major difference, however. They have a goal to remove you from the world through any means necessary. They're the complete opposite of you. Where you're learning about them just now, they've known about you their whole lives and have been waiting for the day where they can kill you. You also discover only one will survive past the age of 30 years old.

With that information in mind, they have one weakness that will be enough to destroy it - where they can destroy you with anything that can kill, if you attempt to shoot them, the bullet will not work. In many senses, they're somewhat immortal in human standards.

What is the major weakness that'll be enough to destroy your clone?

Remember, they're polar opposite to you; what you like, they hate, what you hate, they love.

Haha, interesting :P.

Well, if they can only be killed by an unconventional methord, mine would have to be a game. Sounds weird but much like Saw. That would be the only way to kill my evil clone. One thing that puts our life on the lines at the same time.

If it hates what I love then it would have super sensitive hearing that can't bear any form of sound, especially music. Since I can't bear being in silence, that seems suiting. Or maybe endless attention from loved ones, that would make it go crazy. So I'd just blast it with music and give it endless attention.

That's a toughie.

I would say that since I'm quite generous and kind to people... my clone would be a big jerk... and people would hate her (him?) so much that they'd be ousted from society - in complete isolation they die of starvation, as my clone is a big eater and must eat every minute (unlike me, who gets full to quickly), and will be purged from this earth!

...but wouldn't that be like an anti-me over a clone? :/

Tough one. But my clone would be weak to anything nice, since I'm a very kind person. Simply just letting the clone experience anything that would cause someone to have fun would suffice.

Simple.

I'm the kind of person that is patient, but really hates it when people annoy the crap outta me..

To defeat my clone, all I would have to do is...
Lock him in a room from the world.

idk.

i could always just push him in front of a car going 50mph though, hehhh.

The clone would be a doppelgänger of yourself, yes. Their appearance would be the same but their personality would be different. And, as stated, they wouldn't be affected by things that would normally kill or severely damage our bodies physically. Gun shots, suffocation, getting hit by a car, etc. wouldn't defeat them. They'd have to be defeated mentally.

Merely loving her with every fiber of my being would quench her eternal hatred for everything and ultimately destroy her.

She would essentially not be much of a threat to me, being my exact polar opposite would mean that she'd be quite unintelligent. Her weaknesses would be my strength...vanquishing her would be absolutely no problem at all.

I'd still shoot the bastard and run him over with a car for good measure anyway.

In my particular case, the gun would actually work. I like guns, so it stands to reason by the standards of this scenario that my doppelgänger would be repulsed by the mere sight or mention of them, right? I could just buy a Mosin-Nagant at my local sporting goods store for about US$100, load it up, and wait for him to come to me so he'll get some 7.62x54mmR to the face.

Interesting.

I'd force them to watch high school romance anime with me. And rent a room at a Quality Inn to watch it in for good measure.
