The 'In Common' Game

This game is simple Someone gives two Pokemon that have something in common (cannot have anything to do with names, region or types because they are to easy) and the next person has to guess what it is and then they give two Pokemon and so on...

The first two Pokemon are:
Tangela

and
Misdreavus.

dragonite149 November 24th, 2010 11:55 PM

They both got a new evolution in generation 4!
What about Raichu and Stunky? There is something they have in common.

Shiny Gardevoir November 25th, 2010 4:03 AM

They both have 'U' in their names :D

And are they both rodents or something?

Bulbasaur and Zangoose? (dunno if they have anything in common XD)

vaporeon7 November 25th, 2010 4:15 AM

Both can learn Curse through breeding.

Jumpluff

Also you can now give hints if it is a harder one.

Hint:
Spoiler:
What they have in common is rather lower that other evolved Pokemon.

DoctorFred November 25th, 2010 6:44 AM

Both have a base stat total of 450.

What about Victreebel and Staravia? They do have something in common.

Good answer, but the answer I was thinking of was that they could both be found in the Haunted Zone in Pokepark Wii!
Also, I'm clueless about DoctorFred's question. Hint please?

Hint:
Spoiler:
It has something to do with Evolution. That's all I'm telling ya, so bye!

DoctorFred November 27th, 2010 1:02 PM

They both evolve via evolution stone.

What about Exeggcute and Cherrim?

Spoiler:
It has to do with a certain move they both learn at the same level.

You are right, but the answer I had in mind was that they both gained an addition to their evolution family in Gen 2.

What about Exeggcute and Cherrim?
Is it that they both learn Sunny Day at the same Level?

My answers are in the awesome text modification known as bold.

They both have that ability that protects them from Poison. Immunity was it?

What about Cyndaquil and Pachirisu?

DoctorFred November 27th, 2010 6:04 PM

They are both in the Ground egg group. They both were owned by dawn in the anime. And I think they both learn covet by breeding. Were you thinking of something else? Because that's all i can think of.

Ok. So what's the similarity between... Bronzong and Steelix?

iRyu November 27th, 2010 6:45 PM

They're steel type pokemon?. Jasmine uses both of them in rematch

Hmm Gallade and Politoed?

http://archives.bulbagarden.net/media/upload/3/32/Spr_5b_425.png

Hint:
Spoiler:
Castform

GrifSpark November 28th, 2010 9:58 AM

Both Bellsprout and Drifloon can learn Weatherball, which is a rather rare move to be used by any Pokemon. It can only be learnt by Lv.up by four Pokemon, two of which are legendary, and the others are Castform and Roserade. Bellsprout and Drifloon can both learn them via breeding.

Eliminator Jr. November 30th, 2010 1:09 AM

dragonite149 November 30th, 2010 1:22 AM

They both evolve from Pokemon introduced in Gen 1!
Pinsir and Koffing?
Hint:

They're spinning off the beaten path, not following the signposts.

The hint is like a short riddle.

wayne111222333444555 November 30th, 2010 3:49 AM
