please rate my lv. 50 battle tower team

Hi, I finally beat the sapphire lv. 50 battle tower after over 2000 battles. This is an indicator of my bad trainer skills, also I wanted to do it without legendaries. Now I want to do the level 100 battle tower. Please rate my level 50 team, so I can decide if I should level them up or get a new team.

Gardevoir (synchronize), male, timid nature, leftovers
HP: 144
ATTACK: 91
DEFENSE: 92
SP. ATK: 142
SP. DEF: 140
SPEED: 112
psychic, will-o-wisp, thunderbolt, calm mind

Salamence, male, bold nature, lum berry
HP: 172
ATTACK: 144
DEFENSE: 110
SP. ATK: 135
SP. DEF: 107
SPEED: 126
flamethrower, crunch, earthquake, dragon claw

Walrein, male, jolly nature, chesto berry
HP: 194
ATTACK: 98
DEFENSE: 121
SP. ATK: 102
SP. DEF: 115
SPEED: 105
surf, ice beam, rest, sheer cold

I lead with gardevoir. If it's a physical attacker, not ultra strong, I will-o-wisp them to get their attack down. I have survived explosion from regirock doing this. If it is special attacker (milotic, ludicolo, gardevoir, starmie, latis, etc.) I calm mind at least a few times, then start with psychic or thunderbolt. Often if I calm mind 4 times I can take out most anything after that with one or two hits.

salemence takes out those that use shadow ball and regis (except regice), fire types, and others that may use elemental attacks (except of course ice).

walrein takes care of ground types, dragons, some grass types, if presented the opportunity, and sheer cold if desperate.

I only bred the gardevoir special for the timid nature. this took many hours because of the two type of abilities that are possible. I have to breed about 150 before I got timid nature and synchronize ability.

I saw someone asked us to post EV's for our pokemon. How do I get the EV's?

Only real problem I can see is the lack of a physical attacker (I used Metagross).

Gardevior - quite a fairly resilient Pokemon, especially with WoW protection.
Salamence - not too shabby for moves
Walrein - Encore has saved my butt many a time in the Battle Tower, consider that over Sheer Cold. I use Walrein myself for L50, with a similar set up (Chesto Resting as well). And Encore is much more reliable than Sheer Cold

As for EVs, they are the first 510 points gained after battling Pokemon (so by glancing at these stats I can see your EVs are really all over the place). Battle certain monsters to increase specific stats (Whismur for HP, Spinda for Special Attack, Tentacool for Sp Def, as a few examples), and remember that one stat can only reach as high as 255 EV (so that means you can max out two stats with EV training).
