Xbox 360 on a monitor?
I know it's possible, but what would I need exactly? I'd like to be able to use my monitor for both my computer and the Xbox, preferably without having to unplug the monitor each time I want to switch. Isn't there some sort of converter box I can use?

There is another thread with the same problem on this page. Look there. From what I hear in that thread, there's an Xbox to VGA or DVI, but I'm not sure.
The better option, assuming you can, is to use an HDMI cable, plugging that natively into the screen. That way you're also guaranteed to get HD signal. Most good monitors have a button to switch between inputs. That would allow you to switch easily, assuming each used a different port. If you have the choice between a DVI and VGA, I'd go DVI for the computer and VGA for the Xbox. Sorry if I produced any nonsensical sentences... |
Wow am I not very observant.
*did not search at all* This thread is pretty much useless, lol |
