It's not too hard if you think about it. Though that's what I like about them, his lyrics make you think.

Anyway I'll give this a 6/10 too. It isn't too bad, but I prefer Take On Me more. 80s sound was always a hit or miss for me.

gimmepie November 10th, 2013 9:50 PM

9/10

I don't know what it is, but I just love that song. The wombats seem to consistently churn out enjoyable music.

Shizzable November 11th, 2013 4:00 PM

8/10 I dig the singer, good drums and guitar as well. Not amazing, but I might check out some more songs by these guys.

Treecko November 11th, 2013 8:28 PM

Not bad. Pretty enjoyable. 7/10

Cause this thread needs even more Arctic Monkeys! XD

pompayyy November 11th, 2013 10:38 PM

10/10. I've somehow neglected to check out these guys (for some reason, the name turned me off). An overall amazing song.

Treecko November 12th, 2013 3:33 AM

5/10 Not to hate on Pink Floyd cause they're music legends, but I only sort of liked it.

gimmepie November 12th, 2013 4:58 AM

10/10

I have never bothered to listen to these guys, changed my mind now. Amazing song.

Treecko November 12th, 2013 1:53 PM

8/10 I never heard of those guys before, but it sounded great. Really interesting ending. Needed a good rock song cause I haven't heard one in a while.

Shizzable November 13th, 2013 1:27 PM

8/10 I like it. Cool guitar, good beat, okay singer.

Treecko November 14th, 2013 7:42 PM

I can rate that without listening to it since I already know it. Um 7/10, not my favorite song but still good.

Shizzable November 15th, 2013 3:28 PM

6.5 I can't really understand the singer at all (not too much of a problem considering I'm putting an a-ha song here) and it's sorta boring. The electronic stuff at around 1 minute is cool, though.

Treecko November 15th, 2013 8:18 PM

Yeah A-Ha's singer isn't the most understandable guy either. :P But this song was cool and has awesome synths and drums.

Shizzable November 16th, 2013 12:13 PM

7/10 The singer is good, the music is okay, and I really don't know what to think about the lyrics besides they're a bit repetitive.

I bet you can't recognize that as an ELO song, this is from their debut album where they were grittier :P

gimmepie November 21st, 2013 10:41 PM

7/10

I can't complain but there's nothing spectacular about it either.

Treecko November 21st, 2013 11:53 PM

8/10 Very awesome, not the best Guns N' Roses fan, but it was very emotional and powerful.

gimmepie November 22nd, 2013 5:11 AM

5.5/10

It's okay for background music but it won't be on my iPod any time soon. The vocals didn't sound to great which might have been what gives me that reaction because the music itself wasn't that bad.

TY November 22nd, 2013 10:43 AM

7/10

Not bad, but not great either

Shizzable November 22nd, 2013 12:21 PM

8/10 great instrumental song!

Treecko November 23rd, 2013 12:38 PM

7/10 Wasn't to crazy about the beginning , but the rest was good.

gimmepie November 23rd, 2013 7:14 PM

8/10

Ordinarily this is not the kind of music I'm overly interested in, but Hayley's vocals made it worth if you ask me.

Thomas November 23rd, 2013 7:21 PM

7/10
This is totally something I would have listened to when I was in high school. I love the melody, it kind of gives off a Celtic vibe.

pompayyy November 23rd, 2013 7:22 PM

5/10: Despite a few stand-out moments, I didn't really like it. The lyrics were kinda repetitive and there is that annoying filler stuff (ah-ah-ah/oh-oh-oh).

gimmepie November 23rd, 2013 7:35 PM

8/10

Again, not what I would normally listen to and I doubt I'll ever really seek to have it but it was a good listen and I won't ever complain about hearing it somewhere xD

gimmepie November 23rd, 2013 7:35 PM

8/10

Again, not what I would normally listen to and I doubt I'll ever really seek to have it but it was a good listen and I won't ever complain about hearing it somewhere xD

Shizzable November 23rd, 2013 7:52 PM

7/10 pretty good song from a (quite obviously) legendary band. The guitar part is catchy too.

pompayyy November 23rd, 2013 11:57 PM

9/10: Amazing! Only one huge problem: it needs more cowbell.

So yeah, rock has taken over the thread! yay!

Treecko November 24th, 2013 12:28 AM

8/10 That was always a pretty good one. Rush were never my favorite artists though.

Shizzable November 24th, 2013 6:58 AM

5/10 What is with that singer? o.O Plus some of the lyrics are nonsense (good instrumentals though).

pompayyy November 24th, 2013 5:12 PM

9/10: I could care less about those vocals BUT THOSE FOTHER MUCKING INSTRUMENTS ARE THE EQUIVALENT OF CRYING ANGELS!!

Treecko November 24th, 2013 5:43 PM

7/10 Not my favorite Beatles song but still good.

Shizzable November 24th, 2013 6:53 PM

4/10 The instrumentals are basically poop and the singer is off-key...

gimmepie November 24th, 2013 7:37 PM

4/10

Not much of a fan of that band I must say, the music was okay but the vocals in the song were pretty bleh, even worse than they usually are. No offence though xD

Something a bit different for you xD

One song I posted from me the same band you said the singer good and no he's off key...okay?

8.5/10 Not the most enticing song, but she has a beautiful voice so I'll give extra points for that. Good instrumental too.
*pulls random song from iTunes*

pompayyy November 24th, 2013 11:25 PM

6/10: Kinda good, but I just love those Jon Anderson-esque vocals.

Shizzable November 25th, 2013 4:22 AM

7.5/10 I've always respected the Who more than I actually liked them... Still very good.

Maybe he had a bad day at the recording studio o.O no disrespect though.

Treecko November 28th, 2013 1:11 PM

8/10 Always a good Journey song great guitars and bass.

*pull another track from iTunes*

Something my brother added to our computer, but I still like it too.

Shizzable November 28th, 2013 5:30 PM

6.5/10 Uhhg I really don't like harder rock like that but overall it's pretty solid...

Treecko December 1st, 2013 1:10 AM

6.5/10 It was decent but I wasn't feeling it completely.

Let's try this for the heck of it.

T The Manager December 1st, 2013 11:07 AM

6/10 Meh, it was ok.

One of the realest hip-hop artists out now.

pompayyy December 1st, 2013 12:41 PM

3/10: Sounds like the laziest song ever made. Stereotypical rap lyrics and as much complexity as a nursery rhyme. But I'm pretty sure that "realest hip-hop artist" thing is sarcastic so :)

gimmepie December 1st, 2013 5:04 PM

8/10

I don't even know why but I just love this song. I prefer Spiderbait's version though.

Shizzable December 1st, 2013 6:05 PM

8/10 Woot, that's what hard rock should sound like! It just pumps me up.

gimmepie December 1st, 2013 8:23 PM

N/A

It's a racist youtube video xD

Here, have some more TFK

Treecko December 1st, 2013 8:36 PM

10/10 I LOVE TFK and that's one of my favorites from them.

How more TFK to keep the trend going?

gimmepie December 2nd, 2013 6:06 AM

10/10

Fantastic xD
I cannot complain, loved everything.

TY December 3rd, 2013 4:10 AM

10/10

Not my genre one tiny bit, but heck is it awesome.

Treecko December 3rd, 2013 5:41 AM

8/10
Not something I'd listen to often, but still very awesome.

gimmepie December 3rd, 2013 6:11 AM

8/10

Seems different from some other songs of their I have heard but I like it xD

POST ALL THE KARNIVOOL

Shizzable December 3rd, 2013 1:46 PM

6.5 The lyrics don't fit quite together with the music, kinda sloppy but overall not terrible.

What are you talking about, it's "So Serious" by ELO. I guess I'll post it again.

gimmepie December 3rd, 2013 7:09 PM

N/A/10

I mean it isn't available in my country for some reason.

Demigod December 3rd, 2013 7:45 PM

6/10

I dont like it but it reminded me of my ex girlfriend

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XbGs_qK2PQA

pompayyy December 3rd, 2013 8:19 PM

5/10: Not a huge fan of rap, but Eminem's new "DJ" thing is super annoying.

Shizzable December 4th, 2013 1:00 PM

6.5/10 Like I've said before, I don't like harder rock like this but it's not terrible.

Oh, sorry about that. I'll post a different video for it.

pompayyy December 4th, 2013 7:49 PM

6/10: Ehhh.... I really like a lot of ELO's songs, but I'm not a huge fan of their pop songs.

LilyAnn December 5th, 2013 4:58 PM

5/10 I don't care much for that song by them.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PspqJ8CbFto

Treecko December 6th, 2013 1:00 PM

7/10 Definitely pretty well constructed song, but not the most interesting one.

T The Manager December 20th, 2013 3:35 PM

5/10 not feelin it, sorry.

Savior of gangsta rap right here, bringing it back to the way it's suppose to be. Most rappers claim their gangsta, but this dude is straight up gangsta (vice lord), and doesn't tolerate ********. Just with more people knew who Gangsta Gibbs was.

Treecko December 21st, 2013 10:38 AM

6/10 Not a big fan of rap, but the beat was pretty sick. Not so much into the lyrics though.

Captain Gizmo December 21st, 2013 11:30 AM

6/10

Not really to my liking but it's okay.

Here's the main song for Disney's new movie Frozen.

T The Manager December 21st, 2013 1:16 PM

5.5/10 she's got a good voice and all I just typically don't like this type of music.

gimmepie December 21st, 2013 7:58 PM

6/10

As far as your typical hi-hop goes it wasn't bad but it's not something I'll go out of my way to listen to.

T The Manager December 21st, 2013 8:05 PM

3/10 I hate "juggalos"

Treecko December 22nd, 2013 11:41 PM

2/10 Sounds like your typical modern day rap song. Not my type of song at all.

One song I'm obsessed with right now.

gimmepie December 23rd, 2013 1:47 AM

10/10

Love it.
Love the vocal, the lyrics and the music.

Treecko December 23rd, 2013 12:49 PM

10/10
As good as Counting Stars. I really need to listen to OneRepublic more.

I was in love with this song this time last year.

Twilight-kun December 23rd, 2013 1:58 PM

9.8/10

Not bad, haven't listened to them in a while

pompayyy December 23rd, 2013 3:05 PM

10/10: Dang..... I'm a sucker for classic renditions of famous tunes...

POST ALL THE PROG!!

T The Manager December 23rd, 2013 3:45 PM

8.5/10. May of been a long ass song and I could barely hear the vocals but the music was fantastic.

It's a shame that you gotta look for real hip-hop now-a-days. Big props to Tech N9ne for keeping it real in the game, he's keeping hip-hop alive by signing talent like this.

Ozymandias December 23rd, 2013 7:05 PM

9/10 that was great! Hip-Hop being my favorite genre it's good to find a breath of fresh air from the ****** mess that is modern rap... but there are a few bright spots and in my opinion Kendrick Lamar is one of the brightest ones

T The Manager December 23rd, 2013 7:49 PM

8/10 I dig Lamar's flow. With Lamar being signed to a major label I'm shocked that he ain't let the industry **** him in the ass like the rest. He's got some deep lyrics which is what hip-hop needs.

This dudes meaning of his songs are really deep and poetic.

gimmepie December 23rd, 2013 11:54 PM

8/10

Good feeling, decent flow, good lyrics and I like the music. Not bad at all.

Treecko December 24th, 2013 11:42 PM

10/10 Another song I can't help but love. It's a different sound for The Fray, but lyrically it's the same positiveness and same quality they always put out.

Something Christmasy for today just because. :) From one of my favorite bands. Merry Christmas guys.

gimmepie January 2nd, 2014 6:31 AM

6/10

It was okay, not their best work though.

It is rare for me to like something so high on the charts but this song is just so damn beautiful. xD

Victreebel's Bro January 2nd, 2014 1:29 PM

9/10

The vocals and piano sound great. The lyrics are amazing too.

Fairy Tale~ January 2nd, 2014 1:40 PM

7/10 Pretty nice but coldplay :(

pompayyy January 2nd, 2014 2:21 PM

?/10: Invalid Parameters.........

To the skeptics: no this isn't a satan worship song.

Treecko January 2nd, 2014 9:14 PM

8/10 Not much of a progressive rock fan (though maybe I should just listen to it more) but this was great.

gimmepie January 3rd, 2014 6:45 AM

9/10

I enjoyed that far more than I thought I would. Great vocals, catchy music and it's really happy sounding xD

dododo dodododo

Treecko January 3rd, 2014 10:38 AM

10/10
Instant love! I didn't have to listen to that cause it's one of my favorite TFK songs.

Keeping up with the harder rock music (and artist/bands whose members are Christian too lol). One of my favorite bands, Anberlin!

Shizzable January 3rd, 2014 9:18 PM

7/10 Pleasantly surprised by this song, I wasn't expecting to thoroughly enjoy it so much!

Demon Wolf January 5th, 2014 5:42 PM

1 out of 10 dont like eminem rap god

Treecko January 5th, 2014 10:57 PM

Is Eminem's Rap God the song you're asking to rate or are you just saying you don't like Eminem's Rap God??

I give that song a 6/10. It's got some classic Eminem elements (mostly lyrics) but not his best work.

As for the Journey song above I give that a 8/10 cause Journey is always excellent.

gimmepie January 9th, 2014 5:11 AM

8/10

Not bad at all, although somewhat trippy sounding haha. The only thing I really have to criticise is that the singer could be a bit more powerful, right now she is overpowered by the music in parts.

Treecko January 17th, 2014 8:34 AM

6.5/10 I haven't heard a Daughtry song in ages. Not as big of a fan of theirs as I was several years back and this one seem more radio friendly than their older song. It's not a bad song, but really different from what they normally put out. Maybe I need to get used to it.

gimmepie February 1st, 2014 5:45 AM

10/10

I love the vocals, the lyrics and the music. This song has everything. :D
