Can Mods see deleted VM's?
Yea. The questions in the title. just wanna know.
Yes, we can edit and delete VMs.
Actually, we used to be able to. Now that power is limited to higher staff members; Super moderators and above.

Nope, the permission was revoked. As far as I'm aware. You can edit your own VM's obviously, but no one else's. I checked to see if I have the option, and it's gone. I was informed a few weeks ago it was made purely for H-staff.
Moderators do indeed have the actual ability to read any deleted VM.
However, only higher staff have the authority to do so. In other words, higher staff respond to VM reports, etc. |
Maybe I'm secretly an smod because I still have the power to do so, from what I'm seeing.
This is probably just an error in the permissions the admins set at one point. I'm sure when one of them notice it, they'll fix it.
We should all be without the permission apparently.
I'm not a mod, but I know that they can, but only soft-deleted messages (pretty much the only choice, unless from a moderator deleting an extremely offensive one). Although according to their argument, only s-mods can >.>
Mods can see deleted messages. There just seems to be confusion as some can't. We're not allowed to delete them, and we can only view soft deleted messages as massacre. said, yes. Only higher staff can edit or delete them.
While we're on a similar topic.. can mods see deleted posts/ moderated posts in blogs? Or no?
Nope. I think hstaff can, but don't quote me on that. Moderators can't though.
H-staff can yeah, because they're permissions allow them to be moderators of the entire forum, more or less. While, since regular moderators only handle one area, they can only see deleted posts that are inside of that area.
