In my small town, I ride my bike to most places. I also run/walk on the treadmill in my basement for over an hour, almost everyday. Combined with healthy eating, I've lost 23 pounds since March! :D

I walk everywhere I go, I also work in a warehouse which gives me a lot of exercise.

But I also go to the gym 3 days a week for 3 hours. Hasn't helped me recently as I got really stressed and ate a lot. But I am now on a strict diet and will remain on it till I look exactly how I want to look.

The gym is really fun. Wasn't sure if I would like it but I can run on the run machine for a good 2 hours before moving onto the weights. So I am not unfit. Just overweight.

The only main workout I do is walking to and from school every schoolday. I also go down town every weekend.

Aye. You've already taken the first step, the important thing now is to keep the routine going.

I've been fortunate in that I can pretty much eat whatever I want without picking up much weight, and unfortunate in that I'll probably be a skinny shrimp forever.

Lazy as a pregnant pig, too. Waking up is enough of a work out for me.
