I don't hunt for them, nor do i notice large exp, but they are annoying as hell with double edge, so.... die

Keep on hackin'

Autobot Silverwynde June 14th, 2011 11:26 AM

Normally, I don't. I figure if I'm going to level up, I'll hit the Stadiums or EV train. I've only Audino ground once, and that was to level up a Zorua in Zoroark so I could trade for a Golett on GTS. However, I discovered that I completely blow at Audino grinding: the ones that healed me, I caught.

...so, anybody need an Audino? I have like six of them. I'm also voting "nay" because I'm a total sap.

Ƈlydę June 14th, 2011 12:52 PM

the thing gives hell lots of exp!..

Ho-Oh November 21st, 2012 6:42 AM

Little bit late but this week I'm reviving one of the more popular older threads, rather than a deep discussion. Post about whether you like hurting Audino, whether you feel bad about it and so on. Keep in mind that if you reply to older posts they probably won't get replies since the users have likely left! Have fun xoxo

Krazzikk November 21st, 2012 6:56 AM

I never really thought of audinos being cute, in fact they just seem really boring to me...

The exp is awesome though so I'm all in for the killing of them! >:)

Hikamaru November 21st, 2012 7:10 AM

I like Audino's looks, but I also love to slay them for that massive EXP.

When I need to train something, I just equip the Lucky Egg and go on an Audino massacre!

Correspondence November 21st, 2012 7:20 AM

I fell in love with the thing when i first saw it.There shall never be a Audino massacre in my game...unless i really need the exp.

Bounsweet November 21st, 2012 9:34 AM

They're cute, but why not? I don't catch them until the end of the game though because they're on nearly every route and they're about level 50 in the wild by then, though.

So, aye.

Cyclone November 21st, 2012 9:40 AM

I need to fill my Pokédex, so I only have one question: WHERE ARE THEY? DIE, AUDINO! MY POKÉMON MUST GROW!

*ahem* And that's that.

FrostPheonix November 21st, 2012 11:23 AM

I am very, VERY much confused by the little small type text but I'll ignore it as it seems it has nothing to do with me.

I don't hunt Audinos really, I mean the only team I've really trained in BW is my team for the game play, and that i just train by going to the sport places, or E4 etc. High enough levels. Audinos are cool, but give not nearly enough. Plus I just hate waiting for them to come.

Sukisu November 21st, 2012 11:31 AM

I don't know why but when I first started playing White 1........I first saw Audino I couldn't stand it but I don't go out of my way to hunt and kill it tbh.......so I guess for some go right ahead with the killing but for me I don't see the point.

Hand a baby a Lucky Egg (B/W), traverse to Route 11, start an Audino battle. Swap out (it doesn't know Pursuit) to a convenient Lv.60-something or higher in your party that can take them out in one or two hits. By the end of that battle, the baby is a quarter of the way to fully grown with over 10,000 XP gained and around Lv.25; I often reach Lv.28.

The downside is those that learn moves upon evolving at an earlier level. If you want that move, it later costs you a Heart Scale.

Brendino November 21st, 2012 4:34 PM

Audino aren't generally something I go out of my way to find, but if I see rustling grass, I make sure to at least have a look at what it is. If it is Audino, I'll beat it for the XP without feeling bad, unless I'm near one of the earlier routes and it's only level 10 or something, then I'll leave it alone.

Adore November 21st, 2012 4:46 PM

I don't usually seek them out, but I run across them while I'm training I do usually KO them without thinking much of it (unless it's really low leveled. Then I just run).

I do feel bad when they use Heal Pulse and restore my HP before my Pokemon mercilessly attack them though. :<

Legobricks November 21st, 2012 5:38 PM

They most often use Take Down on me, so I'm not terribly sympathetic.
It's one of few things that give HP EVs too.

imevil November 21st, 2012 7:17 PM

Nope no guilt at all. The exp he gives, plus Lucky Egg, plus the heal is amazing. May sound like a jerk but w/e

Pinta77 November 21st, 2012 8:10 PM

I didn't realize how much xp Audino gives you. I always kill it anyway. As far as it going extinct, it's like the ozone layer: no matter how much I abuse it, it will always be there.

Pvt Tamama November 21st, 2012 8:15 PM

looks ugly to me glad it's dead i know i'm a heartless crook but the xp is just to good

Cyclone November 21st, 2012 8:22 PM

Just as an aside, they don't die. They faint. They eventually recover and go to get beaten up again.

True, however what if a level 100 dragonite used hyper beam on a level 10 audino? would it still faint or would that be enough for it to die? D=

Raichupacabra November 21st, 2012 10:04 PM

I kill countless Audino because it's better than just killing normal wild Pokemon. It also makes grinding less tedious.

TheTimidHoodlum November 22nd, 2012 1:13 PM

Aye. Those things give so much EXP, beats having to grind on regular Pokémon for so long.

何贤豪 November 25th, 2012 12:59 AM

I don't do this, not because I feel guilty, I just don't need to do this, actually. Whenever I would level up my Pokemon, it's always from Join Avenue, never from anything else. I don't kinda like to grind using Pokemon...just because it's teddyous tedious. Not even Audino...not even that Pokemon.

Synerjee November 25th, 2012 5:20 AM

I love Audino-hunting. It's a really great way to level up my team quickly and efficiently, plus they're really common in shaking grass and I don't have to worry about lack of trainers to fight (which is not really accurately said seeing as the White Treehollow is another great way to grind as well). I just feel kinda sad that I have to mass-murder innocent-looking supporters and healers as if they are pests or the like, which they are not. If the common shaking grass dwellers looked a lot meaner, I would be more than happy to mass-murder them (but that would be kinda weird if that were to happen as I'm very used to seeing Audinos pop out of shaking grass).

Jordanrocks November 25th, 2012 8:51 AM

If it gives me the XP I need, then they shall all di- I mean faint by my hand!

Pikapia November 25th, 2012 9:41 AM

To me, they're just Pokemon I waste my moves on. :P I don't target them, because tbh, they're noobs to me.

Squirrel November 25th, 2012 5:31 PM

I always aim to defeat Audino because they give tonnes of exp and I see literally no reason not to. I KO my favourite Pokémon like Sandshrew and Grimer when I see them in the wild so I don't get why Audino would be any different haha. I guess it's sort of like shooting the field medic in the middle of a war, but he's attacking you anyway so he deserves to be defeated!

Golurks Were Meant to Fly November 26th, 2012 2:30 PM

To be honest, I always go about murdering these cute pin bunnies. And Audinos are so nice about it! They smile, and are such bros...they heal you up for free! Paired with a lucky egg, and maybe even traded to BW2, I can get a TON of experience, thanks to these guys. So yes I cause droves of them to faint, and feel no remorse for it. :D

Konvict November 27th, 2012 11:08 PM

I used to beat up on Audino for the EXP whenever I encountered it, but once I finished the game, I'd leave the lil' buggers alone. If I wanted EXP, I'd slap my mons with an Exp. Share and leech 'em at Black Tower.

It's just.. I'm sorry, but I've had more than enough of my fill of beating on ridiculously cute critters in Ragnarok Online.

halcyonic November 28th, 2012 6:42 PM

Altho they're cute, I hunt them down like crazy just for EXP, we all know that, right? Plus, if they're 'dumb' enough to use Heal Pulse, I get free HP, another yay! I do feel sorry for them tho, sometimes.

Arcturus. December 2nd, 2012 1:00 PM

I'm guilty of relentlessly hunting down Audino for EXP. I do feel sorry for them.

Mononoke Hime December 2nd, 2012 5:16 PM

NAY!

I never feel that this is necessary. Is just annoying to run right and left and hope for some grass to shake while I can battle the trainers that appear in my way.

LividZephyr December 2nd, 2012 5:44 PM

Audinos are great for grinding. I don't always kill them if I don't need to grind. Sometimes I'm too concerned with getting to Point B.

Glad they at least put a good way to grind in there. Very helpful if it's needed.

Lyritsu December 2nd, 2012 8:24 PM

i couldn't exactly be bothered much about them... I'll just run because I'm lazy to kill them~ however at the start of the game I'll just kill them for the xp. but in the long run, they generally give lesser and lesser xp.

Triston1zn December 6th, 2012 7:01 AM

Gyarados' attack missed! Wild Audino uses Double-Edge! Gyarados must recharge! Wild Audino uses Double-Edge! Critical hit! Gyarados faints! Use next Pokémon?

This happens occasionally...one shows up who doesn't use Heal Pulse. My hatred comes from those. This is why I do not feel guilty.

LMAO DUDE you PWNED my Gyarados!!.....why? whhhhyyyyyyyyy!!! lol

True though, I don't feel bad....Audino reminds me of a cute teddy bear I had growing up....dude I loved that bear...I used to talk to it...walk with it..sleep with it.....but then the day came when I watched my first ever WRESTLING match......and I may have walked with that teddy and slept with that teddy and shared my secrets with that Teddy...

BUT nothing compared to the joy I got from kicking the living crap outta that Teddy.....

Apply the above scenario to Audino and you have my feelings...case closed

Arlo December 20th, 2012 4:26 PM

I level pretty much everything I catch at least to its final evolution, and I also breed and level specialists for my teams, so I need lots of EXP. Audinos give out lots of EXP. I also EV train for HP whenever necessary, and Audinos give out lots of HP EVs.

Every once in a while, I feel a pang of remorse when I faint one of them right after it gives me that cheery smile, but it always passes.

Altairis December 20th, 2012 11:45 PM

They annoy me, they would be one of the Pokemon I'd get rid of if I could. They were literally only created for being the new Chansey and to help fix the stupid EXP system that was created in this generation. I don't feel bad just because they're pixels and I don't like them one bit.

Cyclone December 21st, 2012 7:53 AM

Update: after fighting the same Lv.33 Audino I used to encounter on Route 10 in the Route 7 of B2/W2 and having my SCRAGGY of all things put to sleep and knocked out in two consecutive battles, my hatred for the things is restored. The wild ones always seem to get lucky with their usage of Secret Power, inducing sleep, then can Attract the heck out of you and then pummel you. Entrainment can give you a chance to swap out, but if not Regenerator, it's useless for you as well.

Cyclone

Bigbazz December 21st, 2012 10:43 AM

I dunno about harming it, never really thought about it, didn't think it was all that "cute". I did use it for my team in Black 2 though, was one of the best allrounders with great defense, far from a useless pokemon for the playthrough.

Mr Cat Dog December 29th, 2012 1:36 PM

Sorry if this is going to sound sociopathic, but I don't feel empathy towards video game characters. So aye. Definitely aye, with the amount of experience that Audino give!

Oshamaru December 29th, 2012 1:56 PM

I actually used an Audino in my White playthrough. They´re not useless.
However...I did hurt a lot of them in my White 2 playthrough. XP

PikachuAddict December 29th, 2012 3:49 PM

Unless it's the first Audino that I find and try to capture, I'm sorry but you're going to give me the experience that I need to level up, and I will mercilessly mow your pink and cream colored ass down.

CourageHound December 31st, 2012 12:25 PM

Yup. Audino was my main source of exp for black 2. Cuz they give a ridiculous amount of exp so, why not? The spawn rate of the shaky grass wasnt to bad either. The only downside was ocasionally(sometimes it was semi-common) to find an emolga instead of the audino your after >.>

BanditThePikachu December 31st, 2012 12:57 PM

Definitely! It's a good amount of EXP, and the encounter rate isn't too bad, either! It's a chance to level up, for me. :P

Sassy Milkshake December 31st, 2012 1:07 PM

Apparently it's just me I guess, but the grass never shakes lol. And when it does, I run into a Pokemon before I can reach it. So no I don't use Audino to train. ;P

Icy Burn December 31st, 2012 1:10 PM

Yeah - I only just finished a huge training session leveling up all my Pokemon up to Level 70. The highest level Audino I can find in Unova are Level 50 right now - any suggestions on where to find stronger ones?

Gotta use dem repels :P. Doesnt effect shaking grass pokemon so its all good

BloodyRoyaltyandNarwhals December 31st, 2012 5:12 PM

I use a Repel, then bike around the grass until I hit the shaky grass. And of course my Pokemon is equipped with the ever sexy Lucky Egg. But they're still underleveled. ;n;

pikakitten December 31st, 2012 6:07 PM

I don't use them to train on purpose, if I see one, great! If not, whatever, I already kill anything I don't plan on having on my team anyway, rarely use Repel unless Zubat, Tentacool, etc xD

BanditThePikachu January 1st, 2013 8:03 AM

Aye, I don't try to find Audino, but whenever I find one, I definitely defeat it.

Magic0loc0 January 3rd, 2013 8:31 AM

They should've been shaped like dart boards.

Captain Gizmo January 3rd, 2013 10:21 AM

No, they just look so innocent and nice, I couldn't bare hunting them down like wild animals :(

The Amazing Justin January 7th, 2013 6:21 AM

I usually don't. Audinos are too random to spend all of my time waiting for.

Urugamosu January 7th, 2013 6:50 AM

Nah, they be so cute, couldn't bear to see it happen. Usually run.

Dullstar January 10th, 2013 6:42 PM

I've noticed that Audino feels like the only viable way to grind because of the redone experience system. It really does feel like they balanced it around Audino.

Tman January 10th, 2013 7:51 PM

Ayeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!

They probably breed like rabbits.

MichaelSK16 January 10th, 2013 10:23 PM

Aye!

I absolutely despise Audino (for no real reason) and hunt them not for experience, just because I hate them so much.

Just kidding. I just think they're essential to train off of, especially when you run into cases where you've sped past a certain part in the game and reach a point where you're now underleveled and need to catch up.

cammio January 26th, 2013 10:47 AM

Audino bashing!

ok, so not the BEST title for a training method, but I had to call it something (since I don't know if it actually has a name, if it does, please correct me!!). Heck, I'm pretty new, so I don't even know if I am posting this in the right place :O
This will (hopefully) be a thread about different methods of high-level training. (you know... when your pokémon get to that level where you have to battle six thousand wild pokémon to level up?) I'll tell you which method I use and in return you can tell me yours! It will be an exchange of awesome technique, and probably a bit of fun too!

Also, for the record, I LIKE audino, but it's just too much exp. for me to not battle with it constantly...

Ok so what I do is this (I don't claim to have invented this method, it's just the one I use)
1. Find an area with plenty of grass, and a clear path that you can run around on without encountering wild pokémon.
2. Run around this clear path until a rustling grass happens (what is grammar?)
3. Dive on in and battle! Most of the time, it will be audino!
4. BEAT THAT SUCKA DOWN!
5. reap the spoils

this method works better if your pokémon is holding a lucky egg (exp. boost!)
So far my favorite places are route 16 near lostlorn forest, I use that place where the cut-tree is and just run up and down there, and route 7 near celestial tower.

Hope SOMEONE finds this useful, or that ANYONE has other (better?) methods. (Maybe ones that don't involve mass speciescide?) This works well as long as you can find reasonably strong audino (they get progressively higher in level as you venture further)

Sorry Audino :(

chella182 January 26th, 2013 12:46 PM

This is pretty much how I trained all throughout Black 2. The method does have limitations, but yeah. I also used it to train up weaker Pokémon, like give them an Exp. Share, and the battler held the Lucky Egg.

Ho-Oh January 26th, 2013 6:44 PM

Problem is, pretty much everyone is using the Audino method, and if they don't, well they've mentioned it in the Audino thread, sooo imma merge this with the Audino thread, where your post is most relevant. :)

Addy January 26th, 2013 9:33 PM

I hadn't felt bad but now I do between those two comics....if it was real I don't think I could be a trainer and hurt pokemon...but seeing as they're pixels....exp is exp lol

Cerberus87 January 26th, 2013 9:59 PM

Audino is a godsend.

Why feel bad about them? You never felt bad for zapping thousands of Zubats and Tentacools, have you?

Seth Rollins January 30th, 2013 3:31 AM

I would hurt Audino, but I feel sorry for him sometimes...I captured one because he healed my team when my Dewott had 17 hp.

MrBloodyKrieg February 16th, 2013 3:07 PM

Aye, of course! Destroying that thing whenever the grass shakes is a joy for huge amount of EXP they drop. No matter how cute and good it is.

ISA56 2.0 February 16th, 2013 4:23 PM

Aye. I believe Audino is more devious than you think. You see, it decieves people into thinking it's friendly, then turns them into Audino! Why do they do this, you say? Why, to stop Pokemon from hurting each other by taking control of Unova, and eventually, THE WORLD!

Only you can prevent Audino dictatorships. Beat up Audino.

RenegadeClyde February 17th, 2013 10:51 AM

Audinos are cute, but the amount of EXP they drop...Make me forget their cuteness. XP I never felt bad for defeating 'em. Actually only once.

I was training my Rufflet to face the elite four, and he was with low health (Just one attack and he would be done for). He was almost at level 54, I just needed a little bit of EXP and I would have my Braviary. Then I found an Audino, and decided to fight against it even trough Rufflet was seriously injuried. Audino was faster than me and attacked first. However, Audino used Heal Pulse and healed my Rufflet. Then after that, Rufflet defeated it with a Critical-hit Crush claw. After the battle he evolved ><

Firox February 17th, 2013 11:13 AM

I just can't seem to defeat Audino, not physically, but emotionally (its too cute to defeat all the time) I just flee from battles, the only time I have to defeat is when my Pokemon can't flee from battle. I prefer to defeat the other trainers first, much stronger Pokemon next (I'll just go to another part of the forest/river to where wild Pokemon are stronger than my team by 5 to 9 levels and train my weaker Pokemon there - lucky egg and exp share - after a while points add up).

I feel bad picking on Audino that way.

skyluigi2 February 17th, 2013 12:29 PM

No, beating an Audino doesn't affect me at all, probably because I don't really find it that cute.
Now, defeating a Chimecho? That's another story...

twistedpuppy February 17th, 2013 1:30 PM

You know those commercials that speak out against bullying? Well those don't apply to Audino. It was created to be our little punching bag and nothing else.

Musica February 17th, 2013 5:13 PM

Oh, a rustling grass... Oh, an Audino... *spams A*

I vote YAY.

Mark Kamill February 17th, 2013 5:28 PM

AYE! Audino is a great way to gain 50+ levels for new egg Pokemon with exp share, it was basically built to be abused. Its like the Oods, natures created them for our needs.

Cerberus87 February 17th, 2013 6:58 PM

I hope Audino is in XY.

At high levels, abusing him is the easiest way to grind. Yes, it's faster than fighting regular mons. Maybe because the other mons give crap exp, while you can one-shot Audino for a ton of exp.

However, fighting Audino with low-level mons can prove difficult... They know lots of annoying moves like Attract, etc. and their DoubleSlaps seem to always get 5 hits.

tente2 February 17th, 2013 7:07 PM

I do hunt the Audino species into extinction for the purpose of my own Pokemon's experience (particularly in B2/W2), but I voted Nay in the poll because it does make me a tad guilty.

Besides, in B/W I used an Audino on my team! It was just too cute. I hope in X/Y it gets an evolution with better stats though; don't get me wrong, I liked using it! But if it could have a tad bit more offensive potential, that'd be lovely. Besides, I want to use Audino again!

Nothing Is Real February 23rd, 2013 1:06 PM

I'm very guilty of hunting down Audino. Especially considering they use Heal Pulse and save you from having to run to the Pokemon every 4 Audinos or so.

Although tbh, I can't see why anyone would grind the hard way when hunting Audinos is a much easier and quicker way of leveling up your Pokes (assuming you're not EV training).

Diversity Pumpkin March 14th, 2013 10:59 AM

Do you KO Audinos?

As the title says, do you reguarly defeat Audinos for easy exp?

Zorogami March 14th, 2013 11:08 AM

Sometimes I'll "hunt" for Audinos to get the exp. but usually i just defeat them by chance. When i see rustling grass, i'm always hoping for a cool pokemon...then, when Audino shows up, my disappointment demands a sacrifice, hence, Audino

PlatinumDude March 14th, 2013 1:41 PM

Yes, but only when the Pokémon I'm using is fully EV trained, as Audino gives 2 HP EVs, which I may or may not need.

Guy March 15th, 2013 3:25 PM

What good are Audino, if not for the experience?

Whenever I'm in the need for some grinding, they're my go-to targets.

D-poke March 18th, 2013 6:57 PM

-drools over exp. points-:knockedou

Egg to Nidorino in exactly one hour. Thank you Audino!

Ho-Oh April 13th, 2013 7:04 AM

Just a few related questions here, do you think it was right for GF to make the cutest Pokemon the one with the most exp? Do you think that promotes a bad message to the public given that Plasma was p much the Pokemon version of PETA? Or shouldn't the two issues intertwine?

Retro Bug April 14th, 2013 12:10 PM

DIE Forever

Uhh, I'm not sure if it was right or not but I do think it's funny because you know how people don't want to "kill" cute things but in order to get that exp you need to.

I don't think it promotes a bad message to the public necessary because if you go that route I'm pretty sure there are tons of things in Pokemon that would "promote a bad message" or you can look at a lot of things like that.

Aurora April 14th, 2013 11:30 PM

In the interests of convenience, I faint any Audino I see. I'm impatient and I detest grinding, so having such a great source of experience points really helps me get through the game. That being said, sometimes if I'm in a blue mood, I do feel a little bit guilty whenever I down an Audino...

As for Game Freak making one of the cutest Pokemon in the game one of the highest sources of experience, it's supposed to be a matiarch / support Pokemon, so they fit pretty well with each other... being cute is most probably just collateral damage.

Ho-Oh May 6th, 2013 7:53 AM

That's a good point!

Actually guys... isn't there a deeper message you can take from it, like, maybe that pink = female (the connotation, and given it works with Nurse Joy etc, and it + Chansey are nurses, and nurses are portrayed as female), and therefore you slay the female rather than a male for more exp, the reverse of spiders, which actually is a bad message? Or do you think by that it's defying the gender norms? Thoughts anyone?

BrandoSheriff May 6th, 2013 10:15 AM

I don't like to do it, but i do anyway if i need to grind a little.

Why'd they have to make it adorable!? I feel guilty after every one i defeat, sometimes going "Sorry dude..." after each. Why couldn't something else have been the EXP Pinata, like Emolga. I have a serious hate for Emolga.

I use them a lot. If I didn't have them in BW2 I wouldn't have beaten half of the gyms.

Pillodox May 6th, 2013 12:06 PM

I always hunt down Audinos for exp.

Krookodile777 May 7th, 2013 10:56 AM

Well yeah, the thing yields high XP... so I do KO them whenever they pop up :P

I pwned a level 2 Purrloin w/ the level 100 Deoxys I got for free today from a wifi event, these things aren't real so I'm not going to have mercy on the cuter pixelated characters :P

I also made sure to use Nasty Plot 3 times 1st so that it would be about -9,999% of the things HP when I did hit it lol

In a semi related note, I have a roach problem in my bathroom, and I think I die a little bit inside every time I have to step on baby roaches, but I know if I don't they will grow to be the big nasty ones, and have 1,000 more babies that will also grow into big nasty ones, and come into my bedroom and crawl on all my stuff, etc.

Actually it bothers me a little even to kill the big ones when they're just in my bathroom, not as much as the baby ones though

But it's simply unreasonable to try to scoop them up and throw them out, there's too many and they'd get back in anyway and if I don't keep their population under control my house could end up looking like this : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Xs4OX8nl8o

And I ain't letting that happen!

So, I mean... the point of all of that rambling was that, while I show no mercy to cute pokemon because they aren't real, and I still don't show mercy to real life creatures.... that at least I do feel kind of bad about it and I'm not totally heartless

I could honestly care less x( Audino gives up so much exp in death so I figure taking them out is worth it to quickly level up your team. Audino grinding+lucky egg= EASY LEVEL UPS. Thats one fault I had with gen 4, especially heart gold. It was way too time-consuming to level up your pokemon.

Zekrom1066 May 7th, 2013 10:58 PM

I don't really train against Audino, instead I train against the E4.
I usually don't hurt them as I kept running away from them in order to find those "5%" Pokemon in the rustling grass.
Although I do pity it somehow... :(

pokemart789 May 8th, 2013 6:53 AM

I don't but my girlfriend does. She smashed many Audino's on her way to beating the gym leaders.

Lolcatcomics May 15th, 2013 1:04 PM

I like Audino, i even catch them whenever i can. of course, until now i didn't know that they gave a lot of EXP... Also, i was seriously scared that its simple beam changed my Pokemon's ability permanently.

EDIT: so do i like hurting this pokemon? i guess i'd just say... Audino.

hiff8 May 15th, 2013 3:33 PM

I'd usually say Nay, but when that cruel harlot throws that brutal heal pulse attack at me I can't help but have my Pokemon bash its face against the pavement.

Ashmi May 20th, 2013 12:59 AM

I really don't like Audino. It gives good XP, so even if I liked it, I'd still mercilessly bash it ;)

Powerserge May 20th, 2013 1:38 AM

I could never accept Audino into my heart. I just cling to my memories of Chansey and Blissey, and there is no more room in my heart for another pink nurse pokemon. So yeah, every time the grass shakes, I pray that it's an Audino for me to destroy. The extra EXP is just a bonus.

Kyrul May 20th, 2013 2:00 AM

Well the debate comes down to this. What do you desire more? Carrying around a fat pink chansey wannabe or... A little extra EXP and, if your creative enough, a new hood ornament!

Okazaki~Tomoya May 22nd, 2013 2:47 AM

I've felt a smidge guilty since i used Sheer Cold on one the other day just after it healed me.
Poor thing.

Crystal Noel June 3rd, 2013 12:42 PM

I've found Audino be too hard to find for the purpose of leveling. I only battle them if I encounter them during the adventure. You actually don't need to grind a whole lot in Gen V because there are plenty of trainers in the game and the Lucky Egg is obtained during the story.
