Dem Angles

What are your thoughts on Black/White's camera angles? Is the top-down view as amazing as it always was, did you like seeing the clouds when Skyarrow Bridge went bird's-eye? What would you change about the camera in Black/White and in future games?

I think all the various angles in Black/White were cool, Skyarrow Bridge especially, I never expected the camera to pan up like that, let alone me see a cloud(s). I lost my Black version so I gypped my girlfriend's and am now dead set on playing the entire game with this perspective though: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQNKMvlMUsU

This has me wishing the entire game, except for some areas like Skyarrow Bridge, were like this. A few graphical kinks need to be worked out, but I think this would be an awesome change in a new game.

I LOVE THE CAMERA ANGLES. I hate the quality when zoomed in though :( Skyarrow has amazing camera angles, yes, but it sucks they don't really vary. They're always the same set in stone camera angles...

Castelia's seem kinda overdone in parts though especially with that one street (can't quite remember it) but I do like that depending on where you stand in the main area the angle changes. It'd be nice if the angles changed in different parts around Unova but hey this was experimenting, soo.

on that note we need more detailed clouds in Unova when zooming in...

At first the camera angles were a bit weird to me because it was new to me but after getting use to the angles (of what 3 days of playing Pokemon White) I have gotten pretty use to it and then I started to love it also.

Is it in the alley because if that is what you are talking about, I also feel that it is a bit too detailed, I dont know why I feel that way, I think they should have kept the camera angle normal

Honestly some of the angles can start to be a bit bothersome, just like the angle in that video, it makes it hard to judge distances and you just keep bumping into objects, people and sides of doors. xD

On the topic of the angles in the games right now, I do really love them. I love it when you go under the bridge on route 4, and the camera angles pan out and you can see the trucks zooming past.
Skyarrow does have some nice angles to it. I guess the main flaws in the angles right now are the quality, a bit like Forever mentioned.

Am I the only one who hates it when you walk into a building, especially a Pokémon center, and the camera just zoom in for like the duration of 3 seconds, what ever happened to the quick door animation and flash. xD

I loved how the camera angles were used in Skyarrow Bridge and Castelia City. Somehow, I find the random moving around of the camera angles when the battle is idling annoying.
