EV Training

I recently found out about EV Training. I just want to get an idea of how everyone else EV trains. I'll give a few examples:

I'm EV training a Snorlax in HP, and defense. Basically just a giant damage-taking tank. Its at lvl 73 with a little more leveling to go. I taught it rest, flamethrower, heavy slam, and sleep talk. My strategy is this: Fight with heavy slam and flamethrower until my health is in the yellow. At this stage, I use rest to restore all my health. Since this puts me to sleep for 5 turns, I'm unable to attack. Sleep talk allows the random use of one of the learned moves while asleep. Basically, Im just doing one big cycle of attack, sleep, attack, sleep, and so on.

If you dont know what EV training is, follow this link:

I'm not sure how this specifically relates to Black and White, but there's a nice discussion over in CBC (click here) where you can chat about your strategies, get ideas from others, and just discuss competitive battling as a whole there.
