The joys of being a vegetarian include not having to eat things like that. That's literally how almost all meat looks to me these days.

The joys of being an omnivore include not having to eat things like that either!

>implying people that aren't vegetarians are force-fed meat

By "Rite" did they mean "Rite Aid," the chain of pharmacies that bought out Eckerds?
Why is that Unicorn in a barn? Aren't they supposed to be majestic creatures living out in mystical places and not cooped up in some barn?
Was is raining that day? I mean, it's relatively dark.
Does the unicorn have a good healthcare provider? I mean, if he's gonna go around saying people look so dumb rite now, you know someone's going to blow their gasket and try to hit him. What's a unicorn going to do in that situation? Stab him? Oh wait...
Who wrote on the unicorn? That's not cool. Was he drunk at some party or something?

I mean, guys.... come on.

I mean really guys. Come on.

I thought that exact same thing.

TRIFORCE89 April 1st, 2012 6:13 PM

Better picture.... It's just Polish sausage. The other picture seemed to be the dry variety. It can be eaten as-is, that way. These ones are more like hot dogs, I guess. You have to cook them

For those who have no idea what crawfish look like. :'D
Don't worry I know they look gross, but all the grossness goes away after you taste them! lol

Livewire April 1st, 2012 7:24 PM

See I want to try octopus, but I'm afraid of how it will feel while I'm chewing it. :'(

lol *Crawfish is plural. And it's okay, most people here have no clue what that is. lol
It's common in the southern parts of the united states like texas, Louisiana, Mississipp etc.

TRIFORCE89 April 1st, 2012 7:36 PM

I've never had crayfish (not crawfish, that's different). They're not found where I am

:(

Ease your way in. Start with some cuttlefish and baby octopus.

How the big guys feel... hmm... somehow light and dense at the same time.

droomph April 1st, 2012 7:42 PM

Haha, "baby"

Weird...I've never seen a crawfish in the two years I lived in Dallas (when I was five) Probably not the most crawfishy place on the earth, but still, you'd think I've seen one before.

Shiny Celebi April 1st, 2012 7:49 PM

Crawfish? Ive never eaten them. I would try them though, I like seafood.

Oryx April 1st, 2012 7:50 PM

When I was a kid I went to a chinese buffet that had full crawfish, like they were just boiled whole and then put on the tray in the buffet line. So my mom put them trying to escape the cup they were in and wrote "SAVE ME" on a note and left it for the waiters.

What? I've seen them labelled that way on menus.

Yeah, its more common down in the Galveston area. My dad used to live around Dallas and he used to complain about how he would rarely find a place that sells them. XD

Oryx April 1st, 2012 8:07 PM

They probably didn't care tbh. :(

In the southern States, yes. Crayfish are the typical "mudbugs", and the term crawfish was derivative of that and used interchangeably.

Elsewhere in the world crawfish refers to small spiny lobsters and stuff like prawns. Kind of freshwater versus saltwater

Haha no I just thought it was hilarious the way you nonchalantly said to eat a baby octopus

Something was kinda funny about that.

And if I'm not mistaken, isn't "crawdads" also another term for crayfish?

Halcyon April 1st, 2012 10:45 PM

Yes, pizza has sent me here.
