Which Card is better?
Which card is better (and why is it better)?
Bearatic 130HP Stage 1 evolution (w)(*)(*) energies for "sheer cold" 50hp and the defending pokemon cant attack during your opponent's turn (w)(w)(*)(*) energies for "Icicle Crash" 80hp and the attack isnt affected by Resistance Weakness of x2 steal No resistance (*)x3 retreat OR Gyarados 130HP Stage 1 evolution (w)(*)(*) energies for "Hydro Splash" 50hp (w)(w)(*)(*) energies for Hyper Beam and the defending pokemon has to discard one energy card attached to it Weakness of x2 lightning Resistance of -2 fighting (*)x3 retreat Two very similar cards. Same HP, same number of energies required, both have a weakness of x2 (although against different types - i would rather steal than lightning), same retreat cost, both are stage one evolution cards (which i really like).Bearatic dosent have a resistance like Gyarados dose, but the conditions on its attacks (especially Sheer cold) are what make it better imo. ps. Would have posted URL's but they wont let me yet! |
Just Go and catch 15 post in this forum @TinMahn!
And for this thread, I would choose Beartic better... Because it more strong than Gyarados |
Personally, I'd prefer Beartic. But if steel were the dominant type in my local metagame, I'd probably use Gyarados... or run a Fire deck.
Anyway, this is something that belongs in the main forum, so I'll just move this there. |
