i thought i have... >_> okay, download any brushes you want from http://veredgf.fredfarm.com/vbrush/thearchives2.html, and then load them into PS, and brush over the thing i just told you to do. you can also make a new document, and brush on that one, as long as it's transparent, and take out your rectangular marquee tool, and select the whole document, and move it over into the one with the mosaic BG. change the grunge layer's blending mode to screen or overlay, a nd you're done. ^^ btw, i love your new avy, it's awesome. ^^

a good way to make grunge brushes is to get old pictures of floors or buildings, well thats how i do it

eek... i don't have PS Elements on the computer i normally use, but it's almost the same thing as PS7, and since i'm incredibly fluent with PS7, i can help you out there easily. (although i use CS now)
