No Cottonee it can only be obtained in White in ingame trade it can be caught in the wild in Black (Reshiram Fire/Dragon as the mascot)

Gen I Pokemon
Gained evolution/prevolution in 2 different Gens than the one it was introduced in
They're great to use for exp

Pineco and Forrestress were both introduced in Gen II :o mine was Kingdra.
