Today I had Healthy Choice Beef Merlot, some carrot sticks, healthy choice Chicken Margherita, some fresh strawberries, V8, Iced Tea, Green Tea (hot) and Orange Juice, What about you? What did you eat today? |

Today I had two chocolate chip cookies, random bits of leftover pizza (it was a supreme so...yucky), and right now I'm eating Sour Patch Kids with a root beer because my maw maw is the best and got all my favorite stuff. :) And I'm 100% sure that nachos will be consumed soon. |
Ummm, I ate bread with cream cheese for breakfast. Then ate two glazed donuts for a snack. Skipped out on lunch. That's it. :c

I think I made pasta as a lunch/breakfast (I procrastinated eating until around 1pm because getting work done is of a higher priority than eating haha). Then ate it as leftovers later. It's only 7pm here, and I'll be up until /at least/ midnight (and my blood sugar trolls me when I don't eat), so I probably will end up eating the remaining leftovers tonight. You have no idea how much I had to think before remembering what I ate for breakfast/lunch. .__. Edit: Bread with cream cheese, Dipu? That sounds either disgusting or good. I can't tell which. |
Two chocolate chip waffles, two breadsticks, a slice of pepperoni pizza, a Snickers bar, and a few Oreos so far. I'll eat more before the night's done, but I doubt any of it will be healthier than I've already had...

The "What I ate today." thread.
Today I had 2eggs, wheat toast, and hash browns for breakfast. I had some FrootLoops, cheese stick, yogurt tube, golden Oreos for lunch at school. I had pork loin, and sweet mashed potatoes for dinner. I had golden Oreos, oatmeal cookies, and baked potato chips for a snack. For about 2 month's now I've had to follow an acid reflects diet where I can't eat red sauce, fast food, candy, most red meat, chocolate or chocolate flavored deserts, oranges, pineapple, apples, hot dogs and ham, also I can't drink tea, coffee, soda, fruit juices, sports drinks, ice tea, lemonade, or caffeinated drinks. I have to follow this in order for my body to get healthy and it's prescribed to me by my doctor. I don't mind it.

I don't know what its called in English, Spanish my grandma says is "Arroz Con Leche" (literary 'rice with milk') white rice, with milk, cinnamon, and some sugar, taste great. I had two big bowls.

For breakfast I had two slices of raisin toast which I drowned with peanut butter along with some apples and peaches. At lunch, after we had headed out to the beach and drenched ourselves, I ate three pork ribs, drank some peach iced tea and afterwards I bought a small vanilla ice-cream. :>

Today I had a sausage burrito from McDonald's for breakfast and a McCafe mocha frappe. (since there was literally nothing in the house for breakfast, not even toast.) Some fish, rice and peas for dinner along with a cup of tea and a slice of triple chocolate fudge cake for dessert.

6" Meatball Sub on Italian [Swiss Cheese] from Subway around 4pm (woke up around two).
- Lettuce - Tomatoes - Onions - Green Peppers - Black Olives - Pickles - Squirt of Chipotle Sauce Then around midnight, made myself some nommy pasta using three different sauces - Sweet Garden Tomato [Classico], Roasted Mushrooms [Classico] and Garlic and Tomatoes [Hunt's] - adding sliced cheeses, red peppers and bits of processed turkey deli slices. Nomnom. |
Subway. Chicken and Bacon Ranch. And also some sour blue raspberry bon-bons from work. Having a sweet tooth sucks when you work in a chocolate shop.

It seems that every forum I'm a member of, always has this same topic..... had a couple of oranges, and some Jalapeno poppers the ones with the cheddar cheese, drinking some Canada Dry Ginger soda.

I had a 90-calorie Special K bar this morning for a quick snack. At work I had two Pop Tarts :C (Making myself fat) but I was hungry ;-;

It's noon here, so of course I haven't eaten yet. I only got up an hour ago, and I can't stand eating right after I wake up. (I only slept in that much because I haven't been able to sleep lately.)
Edit: Half of an hour later and I'm eating leftover pasta. Yes, the same pasta I made too much of for breakfast yesterday. .__. I also have been drinking soda, if that counts. [: Edit again: 5:00pm and I just finished eating frozen vegetable lasagna (not because I'm being healthy/vegetarian- I just like it). |

So far I've eaten a chocolate chip & peanut butter Lara bar, a banana, and two scrambled eggs. That was over like two hours and was breakfast and lunch combined. And all of that is under 500cal. I was only keeping track out of curiosity but wow it seems to be really easy for me to create a calorie deficit and still eat a lot of food.

Lunch was half of a peanut butter and banana sandwich... dinner was a veggie sub. + Like 10 pepsi today. x3

Today, I ate... a Nutella Sandwich, rice with chicken and potatoes along with a salad, and then a huge bowl of chocolate and vanilla ice cream with Nutella on top.

Skipped breakfast Dinner is rice because I haven't eaten in 8 or so hours and I was shaking pretty hard earlier because my blood sugar dropped too much. Also laziness. :D |

For breakfast, I had a Wawa heart attack special. It's a six inch hoagie with sausage, scrambled eggs, bacon, and pepper jack cheese with salt and pepper sprinkled on top. It's so good, but so bad! ;)

I had a banana for breakfast, a LOT of sweet tea at work (I needed the sugar!). Then after work, I picked up a chicken sandwich, fries, and a Dr. Pepper from Chick-Fil-A. And for dinner, we had a P.F. Chang's orange chicken skillet thing. It was good and the leftovers are for lunch tomorrow! n__n

I ended up eating fast food for lunch (skipped breakfast) because I was busy today. Just recently made pasta but it was pretty gross so I ate something else. I: Well, I skipped breakfast, unless you consider eating one of those really small bags of potato chips counts. I wasn't home and there was a vending machine where I was, while waiting for my sister and her fiance (she was renewing her license, he was getting his ID renewed). Actually, the machine messed up and dropped two of them, so I gave the other to my sister and she shared it with her fiance. |
Breakfast: Leftover Chicken/Broccoli Fajitas. Yes, I put broccoli in my fajitas. lol
Lunch: Costco Chicken breast, with a small Caesar salad, a kiwi, and a banana Dinner: Vegetarian pizza. (Green peppers, olives, spinach, and mushrooms.) A glass of milk to drink with each meal... and a few bottles of water throughout the day, and I ate a few handfuls of peanuts and a banana as snacks. That's actually a pretty good representation of what I normally eat... although I don't usually get that much fruit. Trying to work more into my diet lately though. |

I skipped breakfast again today (although, I'll attribute that to sleeping in later than usual on my day off). For lunch, I had some leftover pizza from last night, and for dinner I had chicken strips, corn and rice. I also had a handful of sour cream & onion chips for a snack a little bit ago, which seemed unfortunately stale for a brand new bag :/

Started the day with a blueberry scone! Then had a BK stacker and fries for lunch with a nice Dr. Pepper. Came home to find lo mein and egg drop soup for dinner. Finished that and ended my eating for the day with a...blueberry scone. lol

I had leftovers from Panda express (fried rice) for lunch and then tried to eat this casserole stuff my mom made for dinner and didn't like it so more fried rice for dinner! Then an entire chocolate bunny. Very healthy indeed.

Today for breakfast I had scramble egg with iced coffee. For lunch my dad went to the store and bought a can of tuna and a bag of Fritos so I had a two tuna sandwiches with two bowls full of Fritos. For dinner someone donated us tickets for our Parish's chicken fried dinner, so I had fried chicken, macaroni, french fries and a brownie for dessert. Then we nt to Quik Trip and I got a 32oz of Dr.Pepper with vanilla and cherry flavoring. And about an hour ago I had a few crackers as a snack. Yeah I ate alot today. I'm fat. D:

For lunch, I had awesome nachos and a taco from Taco Bell. For a pre-work snack type of deal, I had a double cheeseburger and fries from McDonalds. Then had some Cajun spiced fries at work. And then later a small bit of the cedar plank trout we had. We had tons leftover, so I have one saved for lunch tomorrow. n___n They're delicious btw. I cheered after taking a bite. lol

Lunch was frozen food because I'm boring and lazy. Now I'm drinking soda. I probably sound really unhealthy. I'm not really- just have had a really busy week and I haven't bothered to actually cook anything real lately. |
At some point in the mid-afternoon I ate some kind of cheesy hash brown thing that my neighbor shared with me, but then I didn't eat again until I had a bag of popcorn about an hour ago. The hash brown thing was okay. It tastes more potato-y than cheesy.

For lunch, I had my leftover cedar plank trout from work. :) I had leftover egg drop soup with it, but apparently egg drop soup is disgusting as a leftover, so after two slurps, I was out lol. I had two blueberry scones (not obsessed okay) and a small bag of cookies. Then at work, I nabbed some cheese cubes and two small potatoes. For dinner, I went to Waffle House with my friends and had a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. I normally get the same thing at WaHo every time I go, so it was nice to have something else for once. n__n I might have a new usual!

I just finished off a strawberry smoothie with some grapefruit flavoring from the local coffee shop. Was very good, although the grapefruit was a tad strong...:P

For a late breakfast I had a few chunks of pineapple, a cup of coffee, and a small (the bread is cut smaller) bacon, lettuce, and cheese sandwich on gluten free toast.
For a snack, half an aero-bar and a slice of that gluten free toast again with orange-whisky marmalade spread. Then I was on a.. well.. 5 hour journey back home, so I had another cup of coffee. And then for dinner I made egg and vegetable stir fry (cabbage, radicchio, beansprouts, pepper and a couple eggs dropped in with a dash of teriyaki sauce and brown miso paste for flavour) had it with a cup of rice instead of noodles :3 Was lovely. Oh and a soya pudding :3 |

Before work, I had two blueberry...MUFFINS! Thought I was gonna say scones, didn't you? Anyway, I had lunch at work, which was mac n cheese, roast beef, zucchini, mashed potatoes, and some chicken. Dinner was pizza from Dominos. :3

Sometime around 1 I ate a ton of chicken tenders, and I haven't eaten anything since. They were so good. I love chicken tenders.

Pack of Reese's peanut butter cups, a few doughnuts, two breadsticks, a bacon cheeseburger, part of a strawberry shake, and then curry that I made for dinner!! The curry was the best. :D

I've spent my entire day baking bread and I will eat some of it when I'm finished, but for now my stomach is as empty as my wallet. Edit: The bread came out horribly because it turns out my yeast expired in August of 2011. |

This morning I had knock-off Cheerios like cereal called Mom's Best with milk and a cup of coffee. For lunch I had a grilled sandwich and for dinner I had popcorn chicken, rice and canned corn. I've also had two cups of tea.

My breakfast just was the result of mixing various foods with rice. That was both good and nasty. Don't ask me how that's possible. I don't know, either.
I didn't eat lunch because I was busy. Dinner was at like 9 (because I was busy still) and was pasta. I'm not creative. |

Normally I'm not a big fan of these sorts of threads, but I HAD to talk about the meal I've just had, as it was easily within the top five dining experiences ever. It's at this restaurant called Pitt Cue in Soho in London: a southern BBQ place, and it was absolutely amazeballs. Succulent and juicy pulled pork in a tangy barbecue sauce, grilled broccoli with almonds, and some gorgeous celeriac and gherkins (which I normally hate). Then, if that wasn't good enough, it all ended with a bourbon-and-coke sticky toffee pudding with ice cream to die for. Deeeeeeeeelicious. If anyone is in London and NOT seeing me, you have to go here. ( Unless you're a veggie; nothing here for you guys, unfortunately.)

This morning for breakfast I had a honey bun and some tea. For lunch I heated up the TV dinner I was supposed to have last nigh but I basically slept all day. :( It was cheesy chicken and rice with broccoli.And dinner was hot dogs and fries. And in between the day I had some crackers.

It's 2 AM and I haven't eaten anything today, haha. Yesterday, though, I had a ham sandwich for lunch, a cheeseburger on my break for dinner, and a few mini-donuts when I got home from work. It was too hot yesterday, though, so I wasn't really in the mood for eating.
