Electric Mouse Team (NU)

So I decided to make a team of electric mice, also known as Pikachu clones. Obviously a team like this would be pretty atrocious, and I've won very few games with it. I'm wondering if there's a way to make a team like this actually good.

Zeus (Pikachu) @ Light Ball
Trait: Static
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 SAtk / 4 Spd
Lonely Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Brick Break
- ExtremeSpeed

This guy is a standard mixed Pikachu. You've all seen it, and it works really well. Extremespeed kills some top threats, like Jynx.

Mr. Jigawatt (Raichu) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Static
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Focus Blast
- Signal Beam
- Surf

I felt Raichu would be good with Choice Specs. Focus Blast, Signal Beam, and Surf give good coverage, and Volt Switch allows it to get out of there.

Tiramisu (Pachirisu) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Flatter
- Thunderbolt
- Substitute
- Grass Knot

I-I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do with Pachirisu. Usually it's just a struggle to stay alive when this guy is out.

Ball of Annoying (Emolga) @ Leftovers
Trait: Static
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Tailwind
- Encore
- U-turn
- Toxic

Emolga works great as a lead, and this moveset almost always gets me a great start with a Tailwind up and a Toxic on the other team's lead.

Phil (Plusle) @ Leftovers
Trait: Plus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SDef / 252 Spd
Careful Nature
IVs: 30 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd
- Encore
- Thunder Wave
- Substitute
- Swagger

Of course I gotta have some parafusion. It's practically a guaranteed kill :P

Melvin (Minun) @ Leftovers
Trait: Minus
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Nasty Plot
- Substitute
- Baton Pass

If Minun gets the chance, it can Baton Pass to someone and help them [try to] sweep.

Sorry I didn't have much to say, I can't really figure out how to explain a team like this.

It's generally a better idea to give your Pokémon +Speed natures so that they can outspeed as much as they can.

Pikachu really needs all the Speed it can get. As such, using a Hasty or Naive nature with 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe is your best point, considering that with your current spread, Pikachu is outsped and killed by a LOT of things and the fact that its STAB is specially oriented.

While it's true that Raichu is frail to set up Nasty Plot, it's its best shot at NU, since LightningRod and Encore give it some setup room. A Modest nature leaves it outsped by threats such as non-Scarfed Timid Haunter and Jynx:
-Nasty Plot
-Thunderbolt
-Grass Knot/Focus Blast
-Encore
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Lightningrod

Pachirisu is generally a joke Pokémon. Flatter is terrible, as using it on a special sweeper spells trouble:
-Bestow/Fling
-Covet
-Volt Switch
-Super Fang/Toxic
Nature: Timid
EVs: 156 HP/52 SAtk/44 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Lum Berry/Zap Plate
Ability: Volt Absorb

Taunt or Air Slash are better options over Toxic on Emolga. Taunt allows Emolga to disable support moves used on it while it sets up Tailwind, while Air Slash gives Emolga something to do should it be Taunted. If you're using U-turn as the sole offensive moves, make Emolga Jolly and move the Special Attack EVs to Attack.

Both Plusle and Minun should stick to Baton Passing Special Attack boosts; if one is KOed, you can use the other one for the pass. Due to their stats, Plusle is the offensive passer; Minun the defensive one. Also, Plusle is too frail for parafusion, even with investment.

Plusle:
-Nasty Plot
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Baton Pass
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Minun:
-Nasty Plot
-Thunderbolt
-Encore
-Baton Pass
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers
