First Gen 6 team

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 240 Def / 156 HP / 112 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Softboiled
- Calm Mind
- Dazzling Gleam
- Ice Beam

Clefables job is to enter the field every time a dragon is locked into a dragon type move, setup a CM and clean up.

Excadrill @ Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Earthquake

Excadrill has a good offensive presence while helps leaving the field free from hazards and is a great counter to the new threatening fairy "Togekiss"

Manectric @ Manectite
Ability: Lightningrod
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]

At first i was just trying out Manectric and thought it wouldn't stay on the team for a lot of time but mega Manectric is actually a lot better then i thought nice to scout at the start of the battle and the ability intimidate helps a lot

Noivern @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Air Slash

Noiverns ability "Infiltrator" now allows its attacks to pass through substitutes which is a great help and turns Noivern in a good counter to sub disable Gengar

Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Stealth Rock
- Gyro Ball
- Leech Seed
- Thunder Wave

Ferrothorn is here to setup the hazards and help against sweepers that the team has problems with, leech seed and T-wave helps so slower pokes can defeat faster threats

Slowking @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Ice Beam

Slowking is here to take all the special hits and toxic the threats, its the newest member of the team so im not sure if it makes a good combination with the team, but its bulky that's for sure

Thats the team, feel free to give me some suggestions to improve it, and if you like it feel free to use it too

As of right now, Clefable doesn't have access to Softboiled. Wait until Poke Transfer. It has access to Moonblast for a stronger STAB than Dazzling Gleam:
-Calm Mind
-Moonblast
-Ice Beam
-Thunderbolt
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef (what purpose does your EV spread serve? What OHKOs/2HKOs does it avoid?)
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard

Iron Head isn't available for Excadrill till Poke Transfer as well. You'll have to make do with this:
-Swords Dance
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide/Shadow Claw
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 176 HP/60 Atk/252 SDef/20 Spe (this spread worked for it in Ubers, and I'm pretty sure it'll work this time around as well)
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker

Noivern doesn't have much use for Shadow Ball, since Dragon Pulse and Draco Meteor hit Gengar hard enough already. It's also currently walled by Steels, despite Shadow Ball's neutrality on them:
-Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse
-Hurricane/Air Slash
-Focus Blast/Flamethrower
-U-turn
Nature: Naive
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs/Choice Scarf
Ability: Infiltrator

or
-Draco Meteor/Dragon Pulse
-Hurricane/Air Slash/Boomburst
-Focus Blast/Flamethrower
-Roost/U-turn
Nature: Timid/Naive
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Infiltrator/Frisk

Nope but it does get Moonlight which could be an option if you want healing too.

Heh forgot about that, thanks. The weather nerf kinda made it more useful.
