Mono-Dark

Alright, so my ideal team consists of Mightyena/Umbreon/Hydreigon/Absol/Zoroark/Bisharp (all male).

I'm well aware that's probably a poor structure/variety in terms of competitive, but I want to make them work nevertheless; I don't want to use Pokémon that aren't my favourites regardless of how well they do and how many people use them. Currently breeding for a 5/6IV Calm Eevee w/ Wish so I can get the Synchronize Umbreon.

Anyway, I was wondering what everyone thinks each of those Pokémon should be like to be at their 'best'. Nature, ability, what IV should be skipped out (as I can't see me bothering to try for 6), what EVs should I train them in, movesets, etc.

I don't want suggestions on what other Pokémon to use as I'm dead-set on using this team no matter what. I just wanna see how well, and how, I can make them work. I'm not a strategist in the slightest but I do want them performing at their best.

Is this Gen V or VI?

Mightyena is TERRIBLE. But if you insist, here's the best it can do:
-Sucker Punch
-Crunch
-Substitute
-Taunt/Toxic
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: BlackGlasses/Lum Berry
Ability: Moxie

Umbreon can't do much offensively back at the opponent, but it can provide support:
-Wish
-Protect
-Foul Play (Gen V)/Payback (Gen VI)
-Heal Bell/Toxic/Yawn
Nature: Careful
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize

Hydreigon's movepool is wide, and you should take advantage of that fact:

Gen V sets:
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Superpower
-Dark Pulse/Earth Power/Earthquake/Roost
Nature: Rash/Mild
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt

or
-Substitute
-Dragon Pulse
-Focus Blast
-Fire Blast/Roost
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Leftovers/Life Orb

or
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast/Flamethrower
-Focus Blast
-U-turn/Dark Pulse
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Choice Specs

Gen VI set:
-Draco Meteor
-Dark Pulse
-Flash Cannon
-Roost/Fire Blast/Focus Blast
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Note that Absol gained a Mega Evolution in Gen VI; this Mega Evolution has Magic Bounce, which reflects status moves back at the opponent. If this is Gen V, use these:
-Sucker Punch
-Superpower
-Night Slash
-Fire Blast/Pursuit
Nature: Naughty/Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Dread Plate/BlackGlasses
Ability: Super Luck

or
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Superpower
-Night Slash
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
Ability: Super Luck

Gen VI:
-Sucker Punch
-Pursuit/Night Slash
-Play Rough
-Fire Blast
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Absolite
Ability: Super Luck (changed to Magic Bounce when it Mega Evolves)

or
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch/Night Slash
-Play Rough
-Fire Blast
Nature: Naive
EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Absolite
Ability: Super Luck

Zoroark doesn't do well in Gen VI compared to Gen V, but here goes:
-Sucker Punch
-Focus Blast
-Flamethrower/Hidden Power (Ice)
-Dark Pulse/Night Daze
Nature: Naughty
EVs: 252 Atk/40 SAtk/216 Spe
Item: Life Orb

or
-Nasty Plot
-Dark Pulse/Night Daze
-Flamethrower
-Focus Blast
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

In Gen VI, Bisharp gained the notability of being the only Steel Pokemon that still resists Ghost and Dark; it's also another way to deal with Fairies:
Gen V:
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Iron Head/Low Kick
-Substitute
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 52 HP/252 Atk/204 Spe
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Defiant

Gen VI:
-Swords Dance
-Sucker Punch
-Iron Head
-Night Slash/Substitute
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 124 HP/252 Atk/132 Spe
Item: Dread Plate/BlackGlasses/Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Defiant

It's for XY, sorry, shoulda mentioned that. But wow, seriously appreciate the amount of work you put into that (assuming you didn't just copy&paste smogon xD), thanks.

Haha like I said, I want to make the best out of my ideal team regardless of how bad they do in comp usually.
Despite Mightyena being 'terrible', is there any reason why Moxie is better than Intimidate?
If Mighty is as bad as they say then surely it wouldn't manage to get the full use of Moxie, seeing as it wouldn't last long enough to sweep anything (in comparison to immediate effect from Intimidate).

Was thinking Toxic or Yawn for Umbreon rather than Heal Bell. Might give it Yawn just so Mighty can have Toxic.

I've been using a Mega Absol since I got the Absolite and I'm loving its ability, so I'll definitely take advantage of its Mega.

It's 3am so I don't have the ability to reply to that whole post right now, but seriously, thank you. I'll look over it again tomorrow when I get back from college.

Moxie, which boosts Attack upon KOing an opponent, is preferred because it makes up for Mightyena's average Attack. You can get a Moxie Mightyena from the Friend Safari.
