Dual Steel One Houndoom [XY Pre-Bank] [OU]

Author's Note
Dual Steel, One Houndoom sounds like a horrible team idea.
Team Building Process
Spoiler:

The first member on this team was Mega Lucario.
http://sprites.pokecheck.org/icon/448.png * http://sprites.pokecheck.org/icon/479-wash.png
I had to think about resistances to Lucario's weakness. I first thought of his fire and ground weaknesses.

Next up I handled Lucario's fighting weakness. Gliscor also makes great use as a wall. Originally my defensive core was Gliscor and Rotom-W

Scizor was also added. Standard Choice Band. Can weaken some mons, and can offer me switch advantage at times.

I didn't like the weakness my team had to fire so I needed something with flash fire, and a true ghost resist (as Steel no longer resist ghost attacks)

Gengar found his way on to my team since he has triple immunities (Fighting, Ground.) Also he is an effective revenge killer. My team already had a psychic resist so he made a perfect fit.

Lucario (M) @ Lucarionite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Vacuum Wave
- Dark Pulse
- Flash Cannon

Lucario is my Mega. He evolves, and nasty plots then attempts to OHKO EVERYTHING with (Adaptability) Vacuum Wave. Though the way the team is built he rarely sees play.

Rotom-Wash @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Trick

Originally this was a specially defensive Rotom, but I hated, hated getting burned by other Rotoms. Rotom-W vs Rotom-W is not a good day for me.

Gliscor (F) @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spd
Impish Nature
- Substitute
- Protect
- Earthquake
- Toxic

Toxic Stall Gliscor works against people who don't know what they're doing. It is sad he is walled by Skarmory, Flying Types, and Air Balloon Pokemon.

http://sprites.pokecheck.org/i/212.gif
Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Brick Break
- Pursuit

Just a standard set from BW2. Brick Break because Super Power isn't legal.

http://sprites.pokecheck.org/i/229f.gif
Houndoom (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk
Hasty Nature
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Fire Blast
- Crunch

Houndoom is my mixed attacked. I have him here to absorb fire, and kill anything weak to fire or dark. In at least 70% of battles he is able to revenge kill, and perhaps sucker punch, and get another KO. I respect him.

http://sprites.pokecheck.org/i/094.gif
Gengar @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast

No body expects Gengar to be scarfed. I use him like this because I want to outspeed other scarf's, and mega gengar's. Aegislash is his only problem with those stab shadow sneaks. I like the type coverage he has. If my Gengar was modest (scarf) could he outspeed a Timid Mega Gengar.
--------------------------------
The whole point of this team was to have Mega Lucario sweep, but that rarely happens, but I enjoy how most of the team is self reliant. Azumarrial, Breloom, Aegislash are some threats, and even Mold Breaker Excadrill.

Importable to Pokemon Showdown:

Could anyone giving help please play at least 1 or 2 games with the team, give a rating of the team, and perhaps give suggestions for the team. I am willing to make changes to the team as well. Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Nick Rain
P.S.
If anybody has articles to learn how to play better please post them here or PM them to me.
Also should I post some Replays?

I don't see the point in having two Scarfers. Scarf Gengar is Pursuit bait, but allowing it to die to a Pursuit would usually give you a good chance at setting up Lucario. So, I think it can be kept. Rotom-W would benefit from the ChestoRest moveset found here (http://www.smogon.com/forums/threads/completed-rotom-w.3490875/), which would provide you a check for Blaziken, Talonflame, Azumarill, and so on. You are pretty severely weak to all of those, so it would help out your team a lot.

@Wolf. I do like the RestoChesto =]
Right now I'm debating between Special Def like before or Physical DEF.
Since Gliscor is Toxic Stall. Do the Will-O-Wisp and Toxic contradict one another?
I also did want to use VoltSwitch on my Rotom but I was unsure what to replace.
Thanks for help with my rotom.

Should I use a different set for my Gliscor?
Oh and should my gengar be modest scarf?
