I'm pretty sure there's a way to fix that, but it's probably easier to do as an American than as an Australian.

Cordelia March 3rd, 2014 7:56 AM

I generally watch only one episode at a time due to time constraints actually. :/ But I love to watch stuff until I'm done with it.

donavannj March 3rd, 2014 8:19 AM

That's actually my biggest obstacle to marathoning. With all the shows I'm currently watching, I have no more room to add more, and I don't intend on dropping anything I'm already watching to make room for more stuff until I finish what I'm currently watching.

Nick March 3rd, 2014 8:28 AM

I can only watch maybe five shows at a time. Any more and I feel overwhelmed, and I'm a completionist, so if I start watching a show, no matter how bad it is or how bad it gets, I absolutely have to finish it. I like resolution.

Except there are some shows I stopped watching at the end of a season, only because I just feel everything was resolved and I was satisfied. Great example of that is The Following. I'm not watching season 2 because season 1 finished on such a "This is it." note.

I don't marathon shows much, but I have Netflix which is a lot easier for me to catch things because my Mom and Sister are always on the TV, and I don't have cable in my room. I've lost track of a few shows because they refuse to give up the TV for 30 minutes

Tsutarja March 3rd, 2014 9:49 AM

^ I don't have TV service in my room either, so I know how you feel haha

Taemin March 3rd, 2014 10:53 AM

I like to be able to watch a few episodes at a time. The only way I watch a single episode, is if that's all there is for the week.

Sheep March 3rd, 2014 11:32 AM

I never watch TV.. makes me feel guilty because having TV service in my room costs money when I never use it lol. But that's largely because my "TV" is just an old computer screen plugged in to work like one. It's small and uncomfortable.

moon March 3rd, 2014 12:29 PM

I can follow two or three series slowly, like if they release one episode every week. Currently Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother!

But there's now and then a show I marathon watch as well, if I'm not caught up with it I mean. I can only do one at once, because if I like it, I usually go supernerdy about it and obsess even. Hrmm. Doctor Who, currently. Not caught up yet. Loving it to bits. Before I go to sleep every day, I watch one or two episodes, haha. Makes me sleepy, so that's double good :p

At the party last Saturday I actually found two real life people to discuss Doctor Who with!! liek omigod I never find people rl people to talk about my nerdy interests with aaa The happiness. The bliss. The alcohol. We fangirled over Ten's glasses for at least a quarter of an hour since we realized one of our friends at the party had exact similar glasses as he did. And that friend didn't understand anything we giggled about.

Raine March 3rd, 2014 2:39 PM

I'm similar to Sheep, I never watch TV unless I'm eating. The only channels I find myself gravitating towards when I do are Family, HGTV, TLC and Slice \: Same shows over and over again.

Miracle Seed March 3rd, 2014 2:42 PM

I'm not really a fan of anything on cable as of late to stalk the channels to watch religiously

Nolafus March 3rd, 2014 2:43 PM

I'll watch TV every once in a while. The only show I try to keep up with is Legend of Korra. Other than that, I'll watch random shows when I'm bored and have no homework to do.

Hiatus March 3rd, 2014 3:29 PM

I keep TV turned on whenever I'm awake. Usually don't pay any attention to it, though. xD" I keep it turned on only because the sound kind of livens-up my room.

Puddle March 3rd, 2014 3:31 PM

I found out that my TV doesn't work right now for whatever reason last night.. And, at my mom's, we don't have cable, I just use my Ps4 for Netflix. Anyone else use Netflix? I love it.

That's what I do too as well. Too bad my mom doesn't like me doing that.

Crystal Glaceon March 3rd, 2014 4:26 PM

I normally don't watch tv. I wait until the weekend to catch up on all my shows I recorded via DVR XD

And I'll be the third person to say that applies to me as well XD There's something about lying around in bed without anything playing that makes it eerie \:

Alexander Nicholi March 3rd, 2014 4:49 PM

Instead of burning a hole in my energy bill with a TV playing nonstop, I instead always have music playing. It soothes my ears and acts as a release. Believe me, I can't stand silence either. :P

Taemin March 3rd, 2014 5:01 PM

Admittedly, when I spoke of keeping up with / marathon ing series, I was mainly referring to thing I watch online. XD;

Tsutarja March 3rd, 2014 5:38 PM

I remember last year when I got into Adventure Time, I was marathoning every single episode I could, and I just got so distracted from life until I was caught up on the series xD

Hiatus March 3rd, 2014 5:44 PM

Last time I've watched an Adventure Time episode was about seven months ago, haha. Yeah, it's a long time. Really need to keep up with that. :(

Raine March 3rd, 2014 5:55 PM

I've always wondered about this Adventure Time craze and I see it everywhere...It looks so colourful and happy, makes me want to join the fandom XD

Oh my gosh, some episodes will give you feels good grief. I thought it was goofy humor but some stuff brought me to tears

Nolafus March 3rd, 2014 6:35 PM

I don't find Adventure Time as amusing as most people, but it does have its moments.

My favorites are always the flashback episodes with The Ice King and Marcy. Now those are some good stories right there.

Aeroblast March 3rd, 2014 6:51 PM

adventure time is just a typical kids show, nothing special about it *waiting for angry mobs*

To be honest, though, I have no clue what it's actually about, and I don't want to know about it.
