Ugh. I have a habit of not eating when I'm really pissed, and that just happens to be the case now. Damn working all day and forgetting to buy food.

I hear ye guys, ever since I started dealing with depression, my job, and my school, I started overeating like crazy and gained 40 pounds.

Now I'm trying to shave them off.

Flip side for me. I prefer walking around my neighborhood than walking on a treadmill. The air is usually cooler and you get some nice sightseeing

Intercourse is a beautiful thing. It really draws people together and it's a sign of how attached they are to one another. In the heat of the moment, two people share a special bond and can't bare to be apart from one another.

I can as well.. however, mainly losing weight is what I need to focus on, which was why I brought up the idea of a treadmill. When my brother took me to his gym one time, I found I was able to walk more distance in a shorter time on a treadmill (at a faster pace) than walking around my neighborhood in the same amount of time.

@Zach It's always going to be easier on a treadmill, you don't have that kind of concrete impact hitting your foot every step and so it'll make you less tired and pained. Personally I don't know what to think of it - is it helping you burn more calories by allowing you to run further or does it even out because there's no impact? I think a treadmill is a very good place to start, but it's always fun and more challenging to take it out on the sidewalks after you've reached a certain level on the machine.

I eat like crazy, and never gain any substantial weight. :I Not that I mind, to be honest. I like my body. :D GUYS MY BOSS GAVE ME 200 BUCKS. With tomorrow's paycheck, I'll be able to get my Galaxy S4 :'D Just trying to decide on colors now whooooo.

I have literally ate a few thousand calories worth of food in one sitting before (Was at work all day, starving, etc) and felt no ill effects. Curse my god-like metabolism.

I hate everyone with good metabolisms.
I run about 1-2 miles every morning and I just about maintain weight.
The annoying thing is, I want to put weight on but running is such a part of my routine that I can't get up without going for a run in the morning.

'just eat more' doesn't really work too, I have a pathetic appetite.

Just think of it as:
No matter how slow you run at first, you still beating those who are too lazy to start at all.

Also: drinking more water is huge. It reduces your appetite, and stops you drinking other liquids which are really bad for you. [fizzy drinks, alcohol] although i'm a terrible person to be preaching about not drinking bad things.

Don't eat so much (especially if the food is crappy), walk more, drink more water. That's me right now.
